SEVEN NAMES

ONE HOLY

knowing the Unknowable

1. Much of what we see and observe we can read like an open book.
We figure out what goes on and we are pretty sure we have it right.
Our brains store the information, and we continue learning new facts.
Parents have a way to 'read' their children. So do good friends each other.
And yet there are limits. We can grasp things only to a certain point.

2. What about knowing ourselves? Can we get the whole picture?
We should be familiar with the individual who carries our name.
A mirror tells us how we look and our body chemistry says how we feel.
But do we fully comprehend ourselves? No secrets or surprises?
The truth is that our own lives are full of hidden areas and confusion.

3. We deal with most people without really knowing them well, and when
our personal puzzles or grey areas bother us, we tend to disregard them.
Yet on some level we keep wondering what makes us tick. In what
happens to us, what kind of role play factors we are not aware of?
After all, we are just a speck in the enormous volume of the universe.

4. It is said: We are born alone and die alone. This is not literally true.
At birth, our mother, our genes and a 'life force' are there. When we die,
love of others may escort us, and after death we may be welcomed.
However, the valid point here is that our life is an individual adventure.
No one else lives our life or dies our death. We have to do it ourselves.

5. Most of us agree that life, as we know it, is filled with unknowns,
mysteries and seemingly off-limit areas. This can be quite frustrating.
Our human intellect - with science as mighty exponent -cannot explain
everything. The same goes for religions with their doctrines. It is up to
each individual to face what seems beyond us, and come to terms with it..

6. In trying to grasp the totality of life, we must leave room for unknowns.
With our physical eyes we cannot see everything, and so it is with our
mind's eye. Even our fantasizing runs into solid walls. It seems our fate
that the manual for grasping life has many blank pages. Whether those are
filled in after we die, depends of course on whether an afterlife exists.

7. Words like mystery, secret, unknown or beyond, point at what may, or
may not, lie on the other side of what our encyclopedias describe. As all of
us humans are in the same predicament, in terms of being filled with and
surrounded by unknowns, we take this for granted, most of the time.
But what if accepting it as fact is a result of deceit and brainwashing?

8. This booklet says that it is. The paradox in the title of this segment,
'knowing the Unknowable', seems a play on words. But it is not. Please,
note that Unknowable is printed with a capital 'U'. It indicates that what
seems most ungraspable is not just a different realm, but is the most
dense and central part of reality, from which we here are separated.

9. Throughout human history, the Unknown, as the realm inaccessible for
human understanding, has fascinated people as much as they ignored it.
It has been regarded as divine, a hideout for cosmic forces -benevolent
or demonic -, as irrelevant, or just waiting to be uncovered one day.
Still, dismissed or revered, the unknown realms seem poised to stay.

10. Not really knowing other people does not exclude appreciating them.
And while a mystery to ourselves, we still can live productive lives.
So, making a big deal of life's unknowns does not seem that significant.
Yet regardless of what we say, when we are honest, we all are at a loss
about the great schemes of eternity, the universe, and what is 'out there'.

8

11. Why is it a fallacy that we are incapable of understanding what
unknowns are all about? What or who started that lie? And why? This
booklet opens doors to the world of facts, so we can enter; enter as humans,
that is. The way other entities, like flora, fauna, matter or immaterial units
connect with the full reality and 'know', happens on different 'frequencies'.

12. The crucial issue here is: can we not know the Unknowable, what or
whoever it is, or do we not want to know, for whatever reason? How we
answer this question reveals how seriously we take ourselves and whether
we are willing to be responsible for the direction we want our lives to go.
If we want to know the truth, we will. If not, life's prime facts elude us.

13. This may still seem rather irrelevant. Why not just leave what clearly
is beyond our grasp alone, or think of it as the domain of god or gods?
Of course, with any discovery of what makes the cosmos and our human
psyche tick, the space in which deities operate shrinks proportionally.
But not too many people will lose sleep over that.

14. Challenging limits and exploring them can stem from a deep desire to
understand. Insight can have us feel safer and may lead to smarter moves.
Unknowns make us feel uneasy; they pose potential threats. In this sense,
knowledge means power and self-confidence. It facilitates being in control.
Probing the mysteries and secrets of life seems therefore a positive pursuit.

15. Acquiring full knowledge is not just done by intelligent thinking.
It includes all segments of our person, like feeling, intuition and physical
sensitivity. We could say that we are what we know and feel, consciously
or unconsciously. We shape our worldview, and we react, according to
information we receive from the outside and from within ourselves.

9

16. We learn by observing and wondering about what is not clear. All
people do this in their own way. This booklet has a three-pronged approach
to expanding knowledge of the realms considered unknown. It recognizes
the way life appears on earth now, it challenges limits taken for granted
and it invites anyone to turn their wondering into discoveries.

17. True knowledge thrives on external, internal and innermost harmony.
Its quality is determined by whether it is aligned with the one and only
universal 'reality'. However, our earthly body and mind are not the
principal conduits by which the Unknown is sensed and uncovered.
True insight on the full scope of life originates within our innermost spirit.

18. When the veils hiding the Unknown are lifted and we realize what life
is really all about, it affects every aspect of our being on earth -earth being
the epitome of confusion. This may not lead to abrupt changes, but
something fundamental does happen. What has been hiding in the spiritual
core of our system will start to unveil and illuminate 'everything'.

19. The information in this booklet is as a seed concealed in all that exists.
But what a difference between earth and the rest of the universe in how
this is handled! In the worlds outside of our planet's negative state, the
seed of truth is always unfolding into a wider, unrestricted lushness.
There is no solid partition that separates the known from the unknown.

20. Not so on earth. The seed of truth within us meets opposition at every
moment and every step when it tries to come to life. Yet on the level of our
spirit we can sense and nurture its stirrings. True wisdom germinates there.
What earthly 'fact'-based logic cannot figure out is radiated to us from
within, if we are willing to expose every aspect of our person to its light.

10

21. How will what used to be hidden look? When did the windows to the
Unknown get cleaned? Will 'knowing' make any difference practically?
The last question is easiest to answer because we will personally notice the
difference once we dare to learn. It is entirely up to us how close a look we
take. This booklet only provides information, no prescription or prediction.

22. The question when the Unknown became translucent has to do
with our personal trajectory. How clever are we in understanding life? Did
ever insights come through beyond our traditional beliefs? If so, did that
vision last? And more importantly, do we truly wish to know what seems
unknowable? Whether or not we pursue the full truth becomes our story.

23. Having veils lifted from our ability to comprehend 'everything',
depends on how sincere our desire is to throw out lies and falsities.
As already stated, in the rest of the universe there is no solid division
between knowing and not knowing. All data are accessible at all times for
all. On planet earth this has never been the case, disconnected as it is.

24. On earth, no correct information about anything is readily available.
This is not the fault of us human beings. Earth itself is in disarray.
Confusion, malfunction and limited capacities are typical for our planet.
Yet in every earthly part and unit a link still exists with the real reality
where all is out in the open and transparent. That link hides within us.

25. The persistent human search for answers in the midst of so many
mysteries is a clear sign of the isolation of our planet in the great universe.
There is a whole story behind this. Actually, it is the history of earth.
It can only be told if it is placed in the human linear time mode.
Universal reality's 'no time' or 'all-time-is-now' completely eludes us.

11

26. By definition, what is unknown lacks adequate descriptions or images.
It means that when we encroach upon its sphere, we need to borrow from
familiar communication tools, all of which are rather primitive and prone
to misinterpretation. Yet when we activate the link within our inner core,
even inadequate language or images can reveal some of true reality.

27. This chapter started with mentioning unknowns we encounter daily,
like never fully understanding another person or ourselves. Also in the
wide world around us mysteries abound: what hides beyond the galaxies?
When did existence start? Will it ever cease to be, and what then?
What about the purpose of it all? Could it as well not be there?

28. This booklet does address the dynamics, meaning and direction of the
physical world we live in. It can open our eyes for the on earth poorly
understood principles by which all in existence on all levels 'behave'.
Applying them to the person we are, and thinking all of this through, can
lead to grasping life's secret on the deepest possible level.

29. What these words clarify specifically is the role we humans play in the
totality of the universe. Ignoring them limits us to data gathered on earth.
This means we create and nurture only an illusion of universal knowledge.
Earth-based projections are by definition stillborn. Only by turning our
feebly functioning antennas toward life's core, true wisdom comes through.

30. The capital 'U' in Unknown indicates that all seemingly inaccessible
areas for our understanding are subordinated to the core ones: the origin
of life itself and its endless- and limitlessness. If we can crack that 'secret',
everything becomes explainable. The first name proclaims that the nature
of the one totality of being is indeed all-transparent and knowable.

12

31. The source for insight in what life and living means, lies within us.
Simply because our person is already part of the one total of being.
The sole heartbeat of life also pulsates in us. We did not start it.
We are an investment in, and an expression of life. We add to its totality.
Intellectually, we may not fully grasp this, but practically, we can live it.

32. In other words, we can consciously recognize the universal life force
within us. Treasuring its presence illuminates our link with the true reality.
Taking the Unknown - the one who contains the totality of time, place and
volume -as a person is pure wisdom. For us on earth unknowns will
frustrate us as long as we ignore the one Who Is All.

33. All this points to the fact that not being able to understand 'everything'
is unnatural, besides that it can be quite annoying. If we want to change
this situation while we are on earth it has to come from a sincere desire to
not live by lies or half-truths. That wish will nicely move wisdom along.
The truth is that the for us 'Unknown' loves to be found and enlighten us.

34. Nobody can tell us we must be interested in realms that seem hidden.
Life can be quite satisfying and good as it is. Still, who does not grapple
at times with being at a loss about life's meaning, its shortness and whether
we really are free to choose? We hit so many walls. But then, will we
perform better once we act on a stage without any view-blocking curtains?

35. The fact is that not being able to grasp much of the total scope of life is
highly abnormal. In other realms, no confining boundaries exist, on any
level. There, learning and wisdom are unrestricted options for all.
Yet the reason for being born on earth is precisely to be exposed to and to
have to react to this unnatural situation. It is our special human mission.

13

36. As long as we are on earth, contacting the realm of the seemingly
Unknown and unknowns amounts to an uphill battle. It takes ongoing
efforts. Yet no one will ever be judged or punished for not progressing
enough on the path to more insight. And the tiny link within us that
bursts with the wisdom of the universe will always be within reach.

37. Each human society has developed its own way to teach children.
Some methods employ rigid school systems, others allow for creativity
and improvisation. Besides what is done officially to educate children,
much of what they learn about life comes from observing family, peers,
street life, television, and figuring out things by themselves.

38. To process what this booklet offers does not require a particular
method of teaching, because it does not teach. It just provides information.
It does not even urge people to read it, or consider its content.
Its essence is that it is available. Or even stronger, it simply is 'present'.
Truth does not have to be recognized as truth in order to be true.

39. What is said here is not formulated or coated in a popular language.
Yet, even as some of it seems to be abstract or beyond the intellectual level
we operate on during our daily activities, nothing pertains more to life as it
really is. The message is not dependent on cultural or educational means of
gaining knowledge. It describes, directly and fully, each person's situation.

40. The name One Holy stands for all reality. In what seems Unknowable,
we, without exception, have our existence. Therefore, infants, mentally
deprived people or brilliant minds 'know' what this booklet is all about,
because its content speaks of their lives. The spirit within us 'knows', even
if the rest of us does not. Just realizing this is already mighty liberating.

14

naming what we do not know

41. Giving a name to a person or thing facilitates communicating about
them. It is the reason we, most of the time, use names for what we talk
about without thinking. We give tentative names when we are not sure.
But using a name for to the ultimate Unknown in order to address it,
presents us with a completely unique and incomparable situation.

42. This booklet says that existence, whether we like this or not, is not a
mystery. It is an occurrence we can be familiar with, from its most private
core to its most flamboyant external manifestation. When did the 'ultimate'
Unknown become transparent and knowable? The answer is that, on the
inside, the windows to it have never been covered or obscured.

43. It is similar to keeping our eyes closed. It prevents us from seeing what
is out there even if we desperately want to do so. Not because what is out
there is incomprehensible, but our closed eyes block the correct perception.
In this sense, there never has been any unknown until humans came upon
the scene with their impaired vision and preoccupation with externals.

44. Still, is the full scope of reality knowable? In principle, yes! If we want.
Can we overcome some of the pollution in our mind? Yes! If we want.
Can we grasp all details? No! Our cognitive system is too dysfunctional.
Can this be corrected? To a point, but only by involving our spiritual
resources. This situation will last until the present cycle of time ends.

45. When we connect with the 'hidden' source of life for its own sake, and
not for some secondary gain, we may encounter a distinct presence within
us. It may feel as though we are surrounded by and filled with friendly
light. It does not just fill our space, it is our space. This sounds mystical,
but it is endlessly more. It is true reality making its presence known.

15

46. There is no reality without us in it. We exist as part of the universe
and are, as such, a specific contribution to it. We are not anybody else.
The all-presence dwells in us and exists through us. Because of this
we are connected with all else in the universe, even if many realms still
seem impenetrable for the exploring efforts of our human minds.

47. We face many black holes when we wonder about the full extent of
existence. They devour our capacity to understand. We may agree that
somehow, directly or indirectly, everything is connected in time and space.
After all, we are as a family living in the same house. But how that house,
the universe, got there still seems as baffling as a black hole -if that exists.

48. We could, of course, differentiate between certain levels of knowing;
some based on scientific proof and others on feelings, intuition or faith.
We can place our ability to know on a continuum, going from vaguely
sensing, to being firmly rooted in indisputable facts. Yet the words of this
booklet describe a source of knowledge that is absolute and unqualified.

49. We usually expand our knowledge by learning new facts and having
new experiences. Our storage space is limited and we are conditioned to
give preferred seating to information coming from the outside. This easily
squeezes out the small remnant of true reality that transmits from our
person's innermost recesses. Still, any bona fide insight originates there.

50. If we want to differentiate between categories of knowing, just two
suffice. One is the mentioned continuum, with its varying methods of
learning. The other is embracing what emerges from within our innermost
spirit. Doing the latter requires extreme caution, as any drop of true reality
that reaches our consciousness is instantly exposed to earth's impurity.

16

51. To know if the embrace of the personal presence of life's 'Self' is real,
and not some self-induced delusion, our head should join our heart.
Our mind can scrutinize the veracity of what happens when currents of the
universe and eternity become activated on our spiritual level. It means
meeting with the I AM of all existence, who loves to be acknowledged.

52. Sensing and recognizing the closeness of the source and generator of
all that exists occurs primarily on the level of our spirit; within ourselves,
in other words. It is a purely personal experience. Trying to figure out, for
whatever reason, other people's spiritual status is useless. Gaining insight
into whom and why we are comes from the link with true reality within us.

53. When wisdom from within tries to make us aware of the true facts of
life, it is given a hard time by our own mental and social faculties. Our
hang-ups, the examples of others and their expectations keep interfering.
Even while visiting our innermost sanctuary, we can be bombarded by
disturbing thoughts or voices. They often try to impersonate One Holy.

54. The information in this booklet originates in consciously utilizing
channels other than those through which we usually gather knowledge.
Each person has access to them. When we use them, normalcy is restored.
Universal wisdom can enlighten us because it is already operating in us.
We exist by its grace, in spite of our ability to ignore, twist or defile it.

55. The first name of the totality of all universal and eternal existence is
'One Holy'. Speaking the name acknowledges the all-presence as a person;
a person, transcending all space, volume, knowledge, and existence itself.
Without this name and what it represents, nothing makes any sense. But
honoring the name causes a monumental shift in our status as individual.

17

56. Using the name One Holy for the seemingly ungraspable 'originator'
of life is a long and wide-spread tradition. But so does shying away from
efforts to name the ultimate Unknown. This may be done out of respect,
but also can indicate fear or indifference, or a protest against cheapening
of the name when it becomes part of formalized religious routines.

57. So what is new, special or conclusive about the first name, as it is not
original? The name indeed serves to point at the hidden side of existing,
the mystery of life, or however the 'beyond' is perceived and described.
And in this booklet the name is lifted up to identify the one who is the
I AM of existence, in whom we, and all things, have our being.

58. The name One Holy is the first of seven that disclose who I AM is.
The order is not arbitrary. The first name 'covers' all existence in its
absolute absoluteness. The names together reveal and give a face to the
ever vibrant and expanding realm of the one reality of being. Nothing is
outside of it. The first name heralds the glory of that situation.

59. The name One Holy, traditional or not, lacks any meaning when it is
separated from the other names. Without those, by itself, it is an empty
shell, a hollow sound, however devoutly spoken. It then is a folly of human
minds that want to say something while knowing nothing. The majesty of
the first name sets afire the splendor of the sevenfold fullness of I AM.

60. The first name functions as summary, and epitome, of all existence.
It expresses the multidirectional immeasurable scope of life universal.
Its brightness causes everything to glow with vibrancy. 'One' includes the
totality of time, place, volume, content and density. Joined with 'Holy' it
characterizes the nature and quality of all that is in all absoluteness.

18

61. The name One Holy is not just for use by us human beings on earth.
It has a multiversal quality. By speaking it, we place ourselves within the
unity of all that is and will be. As each part and particle in existence is
unique, so the lifting up of the name One Holy is never the same. Yet the
shared intention in doing it connects all with the one single life force.

62. The words One Holy incorporate regions we never thought we could
access. Yet invoking the name places us where life begins, from where its
volume unfolds and where its meaning sparkles. Whether on earth or in
other realms, the first name is the exclusive sphere of all life. Within it,
the universe marvels. When this dawns upon us who live here, we also will.

63. Each of us can know the totality of existence as if it were a person, a
friend, one with whom we can visit. Yet this same presence also contains
and transcends the sum of the ever multidirectionally expanding universe.
The contrast between these two aspects will never cease to baffle us.
Still, in the rest of the universe, it only inspires outbursts of pride and joy.

64. Grasping life's facts and not grasping them seem opposites. But the
distinction is artificial. Grasping is normal. Not being able to understand
is an unnatural phenomenon, exclusively found in the isolated realm in
which our galaxies exist. Those elsewhere in the universe have free and
unrestricted access to all there is to know, if they so desire.

65. It is hard for us to imagine that those in the positive state will not, like
us, hit a wall when they ponder the origin of a life, in and before which
they too, like us, have their being. After all, they also are a 'product' or
emanation, and not the author or producer of life. Is it not logical that only
life itself can have knowledge of its origin? It was there! Unless....

19

66. Unless something has happened that defies the impossibility that life
receiving entities can grasp the mysteries of life's start and total. Actually,
two things occurred. One is that One Holy decided to share this particular
unknown with what came into being -on their level of understanding.
This booklet is instrumental for this, on the level we as humans operate.

67. The other reason that the Unknown can become known is hinted at
already. It is illustrated by the strikingly opposite way entities in the
negative and positive state approach seemingly unreachable horizons.
What we on earth take grudgingly or fatalistically, as mystery or fate, is
for all the universes an inexhaustible inspiration for songs of awe and joy.

68. Their position is this: Knowing what they do about life in general and
communicating directly with One Holy leaves no desire for wanting to
know more!
If they wish for more, information would be available. Like
we on earth, they are fully aware of the immeasurable 'more' of life's
scope than what they see. But why wishing to know just for knowing sake?

69. This is to be understood as follows: It is no use trying to add anything
to a container that is already full and completely fulfills its objective.
The whole universe treasures its closeness to One Holy. All things pulsate
with liveliness and creativity. In every way the nature of the force that
brings about all existence is reflected. What more is there to desire?

70. Another example is: When being head over heals in love, however
temporary it may be, there just is no need or desire to court others.
Not that one could not or is forbidden to do so, but someone in love is
filled to capacity with the joy, beauty and closeness of her or his beloved.
That way life is experienced in the positive state. There are no loose ends.

20

71. To the whole universe, except the negative state, One Holy, who is
also transcending everything in every way, is an open book, is transparent.
Unbelievable as this may sound here, the reason for this is not complex.
All the universe is familiar with, aligns with, and adores what the seven
names reveal as the nature of all existence as it flows from the one I AM.

72. The rest of the universe implicitly trusts the 'more' aspects of
One Holy. They have no desire to explore them, plus they know that they
have free access to anything they would like to get to know better.
This is, of course, in painful contrast with our idea of trusting. We trust
because we have to. We have to rely on others, dependent as we are.

73. This booklet says that we can approximate what those in the rest of the
universe experience, in terms of knowing the Unknowable, despite the fact
we have been manufactured as faulty products, with defective cognitive
systems. The seven names can jump-start a jubilant trust. Deep within us
something knows the names express true reality - we originate in them.

74. The comprehensive information given here about life's ever unfolding
fullness is a willing victim of the limitations inherent in human language.
Whoever reads this may pause for a moment and check if what the words
say echoes somewhere on the level of their deepest personal yearnings.
What may sound far and high, may nevertheless touch us intimately.

75. Using names often creates distance: what is named is 'there' or 'that'.
It is important to recognize that using the name One Holy can easily fall
prey to externalization, meaning that it is thought of as being 'out there'.
This contradicts the intimate relationship with the one who is always and
with all.
The desire of One Holy to share existence also includes us.

21

76. We return here to the first reason why we can know the Unknowable.
It is not a matter of discovering, but of uncovering; not of learning
something new, but of unlearning lies. The One who is I AM of all life,
including its all-transcending aspects, wants to unfold through us also.
This is the only reason that we, and anything else for that matter, exist.

77. It seems such a strange paradox. We think we know quite well the
external, the surface and observable, sides of ourselves, others and things.
We can study them, compare notes or have science give us insight.
But what hides behind the outer façade is so difficult to understand.
Even if we keep learning, get better educated, and become wiser.

78. The most inner aspects of things escape and confuse us. Their
meaning, what holds them together, why they are there, and so on, baffles
us. In other words, the innermost aspects of ourselves, others and things,
including their ultimate origin, are difficult to even name. Yet, we want
labels, as it seems to give us some, at least intellectual, control over them.

79. This booklet says that it is the other way around. Using the name
One Holy for the most baffling aspect of life -its somehow being there -enables
us to explain ourselves and all that is in existence.
Treasuring the name causes all aspects of life to fall in place, also in terms
of understanding the dynamics of our mind, in nature and society.

80. When we know I AM, we know it all, in principle. It is the only way to
experience life as it truly is. It is the foundation on which all activities rest.
It does not mean we do not have questions about the workings of the world
we live in. But unless we reverse our upside-down way of thinking, and start
with One Holy, we grope around in darkness.

22

the name above all other names

81. The words One Holy express the unrestricted unity in all existence.
Wholeness, all-ness, totality or oneness, indicate nothing is outside of it.
Indeed, everything is included in the one reality, however alienated from
it we seem on earth. Whether we like it or not, we belong to the oneness
of all. This is not fate, but the ongoing ignition of life's vibrancy in us.

82. Addressing life's totality as One Holy in a personal way is quite a step.
We cannot prove anything that is outside the realm of our cosmos, so who
says whether what is there is worthwhile? Yet 'Holy' unapologetically
radiates a majestic sphere of purity, integrity, awesomeness, of something
extraordinary grand. It definitely is not vague, neutral or replaceable.

83. The name One Holy intends to conjure an aura of everything else
surpassing beauty, rightness, well-functioning, liveliness and love.
This booklet invites us to 'taste' the name, to allow its sound to enter our
consciousness and to invite its radiation to touch us intimately.
This will have a tremendous effect, as it reactivates our true, eternal, nature.

84. Every person can experience life's totality as an individual presence.
The first name introduces, defines and personifies this. Yet two traps lay in
wait. One is forgetting that no words in our languages can express the
fullness of real reality. On top of this, they are contaminated by the many
falsehoods with which humans are indoctrinated from birth.

85. The other pitfall is the human need to project something into a void.
The name One Holy fits that bill nicely and can take on a life by itself. Yet
it remains of human design. In contrast, this booklet challenges us to verify
whether the first name is a product of our human needs, or indeed a
revelation of universal validity, albeit in a form adjusted to our level.

23

86. The inescapable simple message here is that each and everyone is
already existing within and before the one who is the I AM of all being.
This makes all relating to the One Holy pure personal. Also in our world.
Thinking this through logically will have the enormity of it grow on us.
Yet its full impact can only be 'seen', treasured and celebrated in our spirit.

87. The name One Holy reveals the unspeakable majesty of the one who
desires to share life, while also being its source and limitless fullness.
'Unspeakable' does not mean we could as well not use human words.
They are inadequate, but combined with the wish to verbalize our awe for
being included in life, One Holy sounds as earth's most beautiful song.

88. Making music in general, but especially singing, we can do in private.
A song of joy can well up from deep within. It is the same with a cry of
sorrow or pain. They express how we feel; they fill the space around us;
not for effect or for the sake of others. So is our whispering One Holy. It
connects us with eternity; it is a surrender to the sacredness of all that is.

89. If we say the first name in all sincerity, we are aligned with all else in
the universe, or more precisely, with the universe itself. Where we humans
use words, others in the universe use their species-specific communication
tools. They create their particular 'language'. All these 'sounds' can
merge and reach the perfect pitch at the universe-wide celebrations of life.

90. We can keep asking for proof that life's totality has the characteristics
of a human person and is not just avolume or aforce that happens to be
there. The answer is already given. Unless we open up our hearts to be
loved as the life-form we are, insight into reality escapes us; meaning that
we only find our identity within the love-radiating presence of One Holy.

24

91. Feeling a deep sense of awe for the majestic proportions of the grand
universe is widely considered a part of true enlightenment. Ancient and
recent stories speak of people reaching mountain tops of insights, having
visions of other worlds, or in all simplicity are 'walking with their god'.
Whether genuine or not, they speak of a 'something' out of the ordinary.

92. Spiritual highpoints, moments of ecstasy, a sense of stepping out of
physical confinements, do not necessarily lead to honoring One Holy.
For one, the fire of One Holy does not just burn on special occasions.
Everything that exists originates in it and is in the most literal sense
inspired by it. Everything is sacred and to be celebrated. All the time.

93. In the other dimensions, life is celebrated in a multitude of ways.
It always centers around the personal presence of One Holy.
We humans cannot imagine the full scope of the spontaneous individual
and corporate adoration of I AM. Yet we can come close, by honoring
the seven names within our mind and with our actions.

94. On earth, our meeting and speaking with the one-who-transcends-all
does not stop when we have to return to our 'mundane' daily tasks.
It is extremely hard for us to scratch words like mundane, secular, non-spiritual
or ordinary, and see the first name attached to all of life's facets.
To think of anything as not relative to One Holy creates only lies.

95. Everything that exists is a direct or indirect emanation of One Holy.
So the word 'sacred' applies to all things, in spite of apparent differences.
It means that treating as sacred others, nature and ourselves, must match
what we say or whisper when we want to honor the one who is everything.
Seeing how poorly we fare in this respect on earth should keep us humble.

25

96. The seven names fully disclose the nature of everything in existence.
They now are in print, and can be read by everyone in our human world.
Like all, the first name can be honored by everybody, if so desired. We can
steer our actions so we stay within its radius. Doing that, we show that we
are eternal. Real life can still occur, within, in the presence of One Holy.

97. Moments of inspiration that lead to testing and breaking through
existing boundaries occur in all segments of human society. Artists are
famous for exceeding the familiar. They can evoke and give form to
hitherto unknown and untried combinations of sounds or materials.
Scientists can do the same in their field of expertise. And so can we all.

98. The most moving, exuberant and sublime contributions, exhibiting
life's abundance, cannot really articulate the splendor of the positive state.
Yet their value is in showing that there is a 'more' to reach for.
That 'more', all of us touch upon when we dare to listen to our own
longings deep inside. Those are closest to existence' perfect composition.

99. We could say that on earth all positive efforts, however flawed their
results, originate in attuning to the rhythm of reality still pulsating within.
Our innermost spirit core contains the link with the might of One Holy.
Only through that force can any form of life exist, function and grow.
The more we trust this connection, the more all seven names come alive.

100. Even while not being One Holy, we are in, from, before, and through
I AM. When we truly see and accept this, it unveils our status as being
precious, important, universally engaged and, yes, sacred!
How could anything emanating from I AM not reflect its source?
Willingness to see our own sacred nature makes us authentic as human.

26

101. Can we use a different name for the totality of life, in view of the fact
that the name One Holy may be just a brave effort to fill an uncomfortable
void in human life? Many people believe in a personal god, using a variety
of names. It is, of course, no proof that there is one. So, would it be wise,
in order to prevent delusions, to avoid specific names altogether?

102. This booklet simply places the seven names before us. It says that
saying them means joining the rest of the universe in celebrating and
visiting personally with the I AM of all existence. We are free to forgo the
opportunity to do so. After we die, the full range of what the names stand
for will be unveiled to us in measured steps. We can learn reality then.

103. Of course, there is no proof that after our physical death anything at
all can be experienced. So, waiting until then is futile. The glory of living
is not speculating about what might be, but daring to uncover true reality
now. We can do it through our spiritual sensitivity, in which the link to it
still vibrates. In other words, we can challenge spiritual illiteracy.

104. As humans we are manufactured dependent on external factors like
our body, food, air, other people, etc.. We are used to this situation.
Yet while for all practical purposes this amounts to a form of slavery, we
still have a sense that we are in charge, especially in terms of being able to
decide how we react to life's demands. In that area we seem quite free.

105. The freedom to choose is the glory of all in existence. It is so for us,
however diluted and, at times, pathetic this looks on earth. It mirrors the
nature of One Holy who is that name, precisely because I AMchose that
nature. The negative state, which includes our earth, is the result of
deleting from freedom its goal to enrich life and make love happen.

27

106. No one can convince anyone else that reality is as a person and can
be related to as such. Visiting with, speaking with, feeling and, to a point,
seeing the presence of I AM remains a personal experience. It is all but
impossible to have words express this comprehensively. Our behavior
can do neither. Still, the first name covers the true reality hiding in everybody.

107. Saying the words One Holy while having some sense of its all-encompassing
majesty, amounts to arriving home. We can marvel that in
spite of all our towering inadequacies, life is sacred, beautiful, exciting and
hospitable to all. Every speck in and of the universe has sacredness
ingrained in it, as it mirrors the first name.

108. We may not want to know 'everything' that can be the result of
meeting with I AM personally. Its bright light may be too revealing or
scary for our minds, so used to grayness and fog. Our earthly constitution
is ill-prepared for true reality taking over. Yet when our spirit realizes its
innate freedom from any bondage, it can start the liberation of our mind.

109. We can mention to others that the glow of One Holy shines in us. But
it is our attitude that will show whether we treat all forms of life as sacred.
The sacredness of everything that exists is the universe's unifying factor.
Practicing this flies in the face of what we humans consider normal. Yet
truly normal is the closeness to One Holy. It challenges all earthy 'facts'.

110. 'Holy' and 'One' are inseparable. It follows that being 'sacred' and
'connected' are also inseparable everywhere in the universe.
Stressing, as this booklet does, the uniqueness of each individual particle
and unit could seem to downplay the interwovenness of all that exists.
However, sacredness includes that one's uniqueness is always shared.

28

111. Whatever or wherever a particle is, it is part of the one organism of
existence. It has its particular place and function in the one body of all life.
The totality of all is One and Holy. Within, and before that, specks of dust,
galaxies, molecules, human persons, and all things, form the one universal
family. Together they make existence into what it is and what it will be.

112. The next two chapters speak of the most inner facets of One Holy.
Those are captured by the names 'Love' and 'Truth'. They form the core,
the heart, the center, the soul and the spirit of I AM. The two words
indicate the essence and substance of all that exists. This means we can
apply them to ourselves also. They form the spiritual core of our person.

113. The first name will always gloriously exceed the fullness the other
names reveal of the nature and content of life. The name does, in every
respect, exceed itself! Nothing is equal to life's one holy totality. This is
exactly the reason that, while trusting the absoluteness of the first name,
we are completely free to investigate all of life's greatness.

114. One Holy is the name above all names. It does not just surpass them,
but it reveals the identity of anything that can be named, including humans.
There is no heaven, paradise, blessed nothingness, eternal home or hoped-for-
place anywhere. There only is the I AM of all existence, the One Holy.
Letting that name vibrate within us restores our blessed status.

115. Our human pseudo-created world exhibits the consequences of
turning a blind eye to the all-out splendor of the one model of existence.
At the closure of this cycle of time, with the human race challenging life's
oneness and holiness, universal knowledge will contain complete data on
what life is not. The 'impossible' pursuit will not have to be repeated.

29

116. Treasuring the names, saying them lovingly, and indulging happily in
now knowing the facts of life, will never cease to amaze and inspire us.
We now know where we belong and, better, to whom we belong. Whatever
brokenness or evil in our life, the first name cannot be undone. It is life. It
is our origin and future. All reality represents One Holy's unfolding nature.

117. When realizations like these reverberate in our hearts and minds, we
are in a state of worship. All living is meant to be worship: of One Holy, as
much as of life itself as expression of eternal reality.
But the word worship is contaminated by associations coming from
religious practices. The word 'celebration' seems therefore more accurate.

118. We can celebrate knowing about One Holy and experiencing the all-presence
directly, personally and intimately, within our inner sanctuary.
We can celebrate knowing the first name by inviting its grandness and
pure light into all the thought processes and other activities of our minds.
We can celebrate the name by seeing our whole world covered by it.

119. Celebrating our knowledge of One Holy, and being invited to operate
daily with the glow of it in our hearts, does not need outer symbols or
rituals, like most religions promote. The good feeling, joining with others
can create, should come from bundling forces to unmask and undermine all
non-love situations. Standing up for the true reality can be done together.

120. But what joint celebrations or religious worship cannot do, is add to
a personal relationship with One Holy. It is within the uniqueness of our
individual spirit that the first name comes alive. We have to open up to it.
As humans, we do have the choice to be illuminated by the name above all
names, and to have it purify and vitalize the person with our name.

LOVE

love is all there is

121. Life is love. Living equals loving. Existing is the same as being an
expression of love. Everything that is, is from, for, in and through love.
The shortest way to say this is 'all is love'. Or even more correctly 'love
is all'. Love was before all! It accounts for what exists, takes up space
and functions as the universe. It, therefore, accounts for all of our world.

122. Love is life. Love brings out life. Our body, mind and spirit are from,
through, in and for love. And so is our space, our environment and what
we produce. 'All' is all. No examples are necessary. No exceptions exist.
Statements like these sound on earth quite ludicrous. And indeed, a more
than humungous abyss separates what they state and how we see the world.

123. It is surprising and illogical that people on earth seem to agree that
life should be better than it is. The dream is persistent that globally love,
fairness, justice and so on 'should' reign. But in view of the history of
mankind, nobody seriously believes that 'all is love' is achievable. Not
only that, but the harsh way nature treats its own finishes off this illusion.

124. Still, the deep yearning inside us humans for love, respect, and a safe
and joyful togetherness does point at love's ubiquitousness. We could say
that on earth every act that reminds us of genuine love corresponds with
and represents the essence of life. Our deep longing for love is the most
powerful link to the real, full, universal, eternal - to One Holy's - reality.

125. It is because love between people and in general feels so good and
seems the key to healthy families and societies alike, that most people
take it as the most powerful force around; often declaring it to be divine.
This booklet may seem to offer a furtive look behind the curtain hiding
the all-love reality from our fragmented one. However, there is no curtain.

33

126. Stating that love is all there is, signifies that love is the essence of the
I AM of all existence, who's first name is, in human words, One Holy.
Our person, too, is included in the all-ness of that name. Realizing this can
turn on a light within that enables us to see and grasp the full extent of our
being in life. Then, in principle, nothing is strange or bewildering anymore.

127. It is the closeness to One Holy that has us experience that love is the
core essence of life, of our person and of everything around us. Unless we
inhale oxygen, we suffocate. Unless we let water get us wet, we cannot
swim in it. Unless we let the face of One Holy shine upon us personally,
we cannot grasp the all-inclusiveness of life's love nature.

128. Love is not dependent on circumstances. On earth, love may be taken
as a chemical reaction within a person or between people, stirred up by
attraction or certain needs. It seems designed to have our species survive.
But no theory has any merit as explanation why the phenomenon of love
exists. Love creates circumstances, not the other way around.

129. Whatever ideas, thoughts, actions, emotions or desires are taken for
expressions of love on earth, they are, at best, fragments of it and temporal.
In fact, most of them are contaminated by all kinds of secondary motives,
self-serving ones being the most blatant. Very few seem untainted, like a
mother's devotion to her newborn child.

130. The second name, face or light of the one in whom and through whom
exists all that is, is Love. In all that is, this name is reflected. Yet, a logical
question is: Even if we accept that love is the essence of everything, and all
that exists is an emanation from this as it is life's only source, why is love,
and not some other noble -or ignoble! -quality, the nature of I AM?

34

131. For all of the universe one answer suffices to answer the question
of why the essence and core nature of all existence is exclusively love.
This answer makes perfectly clear why everything that exists has love as
essence, content, structure, goal, manifestation and energy.
The answer is: The one-who-is-all chooses to be this way.

132. Still, we could ask: Why? Are no other options available? Could not
a universe have been built by other forces than those of love? These kind
of questions multiply when we dig deeper into this puzzling issue. But the
answer remains the same -a very simple answer to life's greatest enigma
that eternally affects everything: The I AM of being wants to be love.

133. Yet, challenging this statement is extremely opportune. It is testing
love, that brought the whole of the negative state and our world into being.
We can say, it had to come into existence sooner or later, earth-time-wise.
The reason for this is that if only love exists, and there is no alternative,
then love -and life itself -appears to be amust and not a free choice.

134. At the end of this booklet the story is told how the exploration of a
possible alternative to love and to the open-endedness of freedom did and
does proceed. It uses the frameworks of our human concept of history and
time, but clarifies right away that the rest of the universe approaches the
same facts of life in diametrically opposite ways.

135. As they all bask in the light, warmth and vibrancy of love, no unit or
entity in the universe asks: Why love? They all treasure every second of it.
As it is with the issue of One Holy's origin, there is no desire anywhere to
question it, because the available information is as lucid as satisfying.
The reason for this is that I AM only 'occurs' as love and hides nothing.

35

136. We humans on earth have to live in the midst of an evidently all-over-the-
place alternative to love. The impact of which is immensely negative.
It is quite ironic that while most of us crave more love and long for more
goodness to reign instead of scheming, ego, greed, illness or whatever
destructive force, we remain so deficient in the all-is-love department.

137. What does it mean practically that love is all there is? How does it
show that through love, with love and for love, the universe came, and is
still coming, into being -in spite of obstacles like us? It sounds quite lofty
that the forces of life in us are exclusively made up of love. But is it true?
Well, unshakably stands: Where there is no love, there is no reality.

138. From the perspective of true reality, the breaking up of love into
different categories, as people and cultures on earth do, is pathetic.
Here, we distinguish between physical love, sex, charity, doing good and
many other activities we associate with the phenomenon love. What is
sorely missing in this is recognizing that the nature of love includes all.

139. The answer to what it means practically, that the essence of all that is
and happens is love, shakes up our human thinking to the core.
And only one conclusion can arise from knowing the truth. It is that on
earth, in individuals and in society, reality has been turned upside down.
Here, love looks like anything but, life's volume, structure and energy.

140. When this booklet uses the expression 'from the perspective of the
positive state' or mentions 'the rest of the universe', it just points to facts.
No judgment whatsoever is implied. The glorious reason for this is that
the seemingly so bleak human performance plays a principal and crucial
role in proving love's all-ness, even if this escapes most of us on earth.

36

141. The practical relevance of love being 'everything' has to do with life
existing as three levels. These three, innermost, internal and external, are at
all times and in everything interactive and complementary. Mind and body
materialize from and 'around' the spirit love core. All three distinct levels
are illuminated by the glow of attraction and the desire to enrich each other.

142. On earth, all frequencies on which love radiates are jammed. Only on
our spiritual level we can pick up some of it directly, undeniably, and
undiluted. This amounts to much more than just sensing or feeling it.
It is a momentary state of being consciously in touch with the real reality.
We can 'get there' by sincerely desiring to be filled with all-inclusive love.

143. One Holy dwells in us, as much as in each particle or entity in
existence. We too, therefore, are receptacles and mirrors for the sphere of
the second name. In a relative way, it is also our second name; the first
being 'sacred'. Realizing this, and allowing its nurturing light to penetrate
our person, means becoming resurrected to our original status.

144. The first generations of the human race, probing the exclusivity of
love, encountered monumental doubts and obstacles. To a point, the same
can be said of the present - the sixth -generation humans to which we on
earth belong. Our ancestors were, and from a different angle we are, faced
with a completely unnatural uncertainty about love's all-ness.

145. During the exploration whether love has boundaries, its very nature
was, and is, at stake. What if limits would show up nobody knew about?
Or, if love is fragmented or forced, does it still qualify for that name?
Also, how does love react when nothing responds to it? These potentially
fatal flaws in love were given a change to materialize and take their course.

37

146. The absoluteness of love is being tested. The very nature of I AM's
existence is put on the line by allowing violation and rejection to happen;
which it did. But even more so, it would show the way non-love situations
would be handled. It could reveal that the range of love is limited.
At stake therefore is the name Love and the veracity of I AM's totality.

147. Being born on earth means we have to deal with its many 'not love'
situations. We have to. We live here. The way we react varies. We may
endure them as fate or punishment, or fight to change them. We can deny
that love is 'it'. Or blame gods, cosmic or evil forces for spoiling life's
goodness. Some of us may join evil. Whatever, no choice will be judged.

148. What this booklet stresses is that through the 'impossible' pursuit of
our human species the question is being answered about what happens
when a supposed alternative to the one reality is fabricated. The relevance
of this is that all defiling on earth of the second name is part of the one-'
time'-only test, whether the I AM of life indeed stays true to being love.

149. We can decide to not oppose whatever is negative, evil, non-love,
and damaging to life's core nature. But we also are free to be the love we
are. This booklet invites everyone to side with what is positive, caring, and
uplifting. This, not in anticipation of nice results, but because it reflects the
one true reality. Despite of everything, we can identify with the name love.

150. There also is the internal, or call it psychological, effect of what the
second name reveals. Love, being another name for life's dynamics and
movements, is a powerful beacon or guiding light at every point in our life.
Never need there be any doubt over what living is all about. Our innermost
love-core will expertly inspire our thinking and intentions, if we let it.

38

151. The same applies to our actual behavior, what we see ourselves do, or
not do. We can measure our actions by the universal standard of love, even
if we would be the only person to do so. No other road leads to growth,
maturity, true success and to finding our 'real self' than the one that
incorporates the two spiritual principles, of which love is the first.

152. The situation is simple: Love does not exist unless it is chosen, unless
it 'breathes' freedom. It is the breath of freedom. By it, I AM is expressed.
Whether there were possible limits to freedom was 'once' an untested
scenario. There were no questions about whether one could do and be
what one wanted. It was the normal situation, enjoyed by all.

153. The idea of loving and freedom having boundaries had no foothold in
any part of a universe that expanded itself in ever new attractive forms and
functions. It is proof of the majestic grandeur of the one who is the second
name that exposure to a potential annihilation of reality's nature was
allowed to take place. Love offered itself to be tested as 'all-there-is'.

154. Life, as we daily encounter it, takes place within a cycle of time in
which efforts to support an alternative to the 'love-reality' dominate.
Earth is the showcase for it. Yet no spirit is forced to incarnate here.
Those who volunteer are brave indeed, as except for the deep yearning, all
consciousness of the real reality is removed when taking on a human body.

155. It is why this booklet appears. It tells the origin of non-love and the
dire consequences of not representing the love nature of all existence.
It highlights the background of the unconditional faithfulness to the second
name of life's I AM. Through that, all of the universe glories. It shows that,
although corrupted and emasculated by us humans, love survives.

39

156. If left up to us, we would very likely come up with another scenario,
one in which evil gets destroyed or overpowered. We would retaliate
against its violence and corruption. But on who's level do we operate then?
Love is 'it'. The denial of this in our pseudo-creation shows where non-love
leads to. Yet unlike love, evil is in the process of exhausting itself.

157. Many cultures and individuals have developed caricatures of love by
limiting it to its emotional quality. Love is then associated with softness or
sweetness. It is seen as a weak spot in society's weaponry, even if it is
respected for its non-aggressive, committed way of catering to human
needs. The reduction of making love into just a feeling mocks its 'all-ness'.

158. Few people are around who at one time or another have not struggled
with a deep ingrained sense that love should be the thing in their lives.
It may surface in completely self-centered ways: other people are
supposed to serve them. It is what they expect from family and society.
Often their gods are set up as providers of comfort and protection.

159. It has, correctly, been suggested that much violence and hatred-based
actions originate in love being thwarted and turned around.
Love is all there is. It is the force of life, so indeed all that portrays love's
opposite, is the abuse of life's energy, purpose and liveliness. This booklet
states that all actions of non-love still serve life's glorious essence.

160. Not to retaliate when wrongs have been done, especially when there is
an opportunity to 'strike back', is considered an almost inhuman reaction.
Yet, doing so reflects the nature of love that never wants to pollute itself.
Love is the eternal nature of all things. It is I AM's second name and face.
The tensions this causes on earth show the depth of earth's isolation.

the gender of love

161. One question is seldom considered, if at all. It is: Why are there only
two genders, feminine and masculine? There may be some variations or
fluctuations between the two, but basically the distinction male and female
seems self-evident; and that not just among humans. The rest of nature also
is full of it, even if other words are used for this duality.

162. Why those two? Why not one, or three, or a hundred genders?
If this question is pondered at all, we come up with all kinds of hypotheses,
suggestions, speculations and philosophies. The reason for raising this
issue here is to highlight the towering majesty of the two, who together
illustrate the core duality of I AM's nature.

163. This chapter and the next deal with the most intimate dynamics of
life in its innermost region, its spiritual realm. The name One Holy
stresses the sanctity of all in and of the universe. The second name, Love,
and the third, Truth, reveal and represent the heartbeat of life, its essence
and substance, its goodness and wisdom, its femininity and masculinity.

164. The attraction to each other and the merging of the two, their being
'wedded' within all that exists, and their pulsating in every part and
particle here and everywhere, is the formula by which all life takes place.
Nothing is which is not real and is not love. We could say that where Love
and Truth embrace life explodes into a multiverse of lasting beauty.

165. This all may sound abstract, which can be irritating. On earth, love as
phenomenon faces us all the time and is practiced by literally everyone in
one way or another. Much of it we do consciously, with both our internal
and external parts involved. So we all have distinct ideas about love as it
happens -or does not happen -among us humans and in our world.

41

166. We may see love as the female aspect of life as it exists and unfolds.
It stands for the all-inclusive creative power in everything that exists.
What most of us consider as the prime glory of being a female, that she
can bring forth offspring, is indeed a correspondence to the universally
recognized sphere of the second name. Love always branches out.

167. Many see the intimate closeness between mother and child as the
most prime, awesome and endearing expression of love. Humanity's
survival depends on it. Yet it is love as the magnetism between the two
sexes, with its passionate manifestations, that is worldwide experienced
as the most commanding and fiery hallmark of all human interactions.

168. Usually, when people think in terms of the two genders with their
distinct qualities, they associate love with the feminine side of life, while
typically masculine traits are seen in the area of physical strength,
rationality and authority. But these kinds of qualifications pale by what
the all-inclusiveness of both love and truth entail.

169. Love is not here or there, or more here than there. Love was present
before here or there. It is through the properties of love that life can exist,
function and be worthwhile. Love is the essence of existence itself and
therefore of everything that constitutes life, in whatever form it may
appear. It is the breath and pulsation of the universe.

170. Still, why does this duality originate within the nature of all life's
I AM? Why is life both love and truth, feminine and masculine, of essence
and of substance? The one answer to these questions is again: Because it
is the way it is. This is the way the totality of existence presents itself.
Therefore it shows up in us and in all other emanations of life.

42

171. To say that things are the way they are because they are that way, is
not particularly enlightening. Yet, this statement about the two genders
contains the most beautiful truth. This booklet points to the one universal
reality which on earth is almost unrecognizably distorted. Nobody has to
accept its message. If we want to, we can just hold on to our own ideas.

172. The beautiful truth in this, that feminine and masculine are simply a
given, is that the one Source of everything is that way. So we better ask:
Why question the beauty of a flower when we can enjoy to the fullest its
fragrance, shape and colors? Why question the distinction male and female
when its splendor powerfully enlivens all aspects and particles of being?

173. The difficulty for us humans is that we only know femininity and
masculinity from the way they appear in our pseudo-created world.
We may recognize the importance, power, inspiration and joy in being a
woman or a man, yet the deepest meaning of this can still escape us, as
we are deliberately manufactured with distorted gender features.

174. Physically, there hardly is any likeness to the earlier humans. Our
present human form is a concoction of animal and vegetation features,
which themselves are a result of experimentations with other elements.
Notably, the location and functioning of the human reproduction organs
are a caricature, to say the least, of true reality's glorious love instruments.

175. Yet it is significant to note that in spite of its deformities, love and its
derivatives are still a -if not the -central driving force on earth.
The reason for this is the second name. Love is simply too essential that it
could be deleted from any life-form. Our ancestors tried, but failed. They
only managed to illustrate that spoiling the best can become the worst.

43

176. Our human ideas of what femininity stands for are highly suspect.
So when it is stated here that love is the female embodiment of life's
essence, we need a more reliable source for knowing what this signifies.
It is the realization that we ourselves are part of the fallout of the second
and third name that can provide us with the proper perspective.

177. What emanates directly or indirectly from the one source of life -which
is everything -, has its own form and place. But it all originates in
the desire that it happily shares in the riches of life and can show that.
And except in the negative state, it does. All in life want to pass on the
love that they feel created them. It makes all loving personal.

178. In this light, we can see the limitless scope of love. Life itself, all
life, is an act of freely sharing of oneself and enjoying every tiny bit of it.
There is no end to the satisfaction in perfecting the perfection and
approximating the splendor of life's totality. Everything participates in
this. The unifying factor in the universe is the desire to let love happen.

179. So we have the two: the innate desire of I AM to share being love and
the eternal occurrence of I AM being the one reality, life's truth.
Nothing in, and of, I AM is just an idea, without also 'happening'.
This is the reason that it was stated that the embrace of love and truth is
the spark of existence. Through their uniting the universe is eternally born.

180. What we know as sexual encounters and intercourse are faint echoes
of the uniting of Love and Truth, which is the most momentous act of all
existence. It does mean that indeed the thrill in sexual activities, the joy in
intimacy, the potential creation of new life and new alliances, the touching,
caring and friendships, have deep and timeless roots.

181. Femininity and masculinity among humans and members of other
species spring from and reflect the core nature of I AM.
There is nothing monolithic, static or automatic in the realness and love
duality of life's totality. The two aspects engage forever like lovers, but
we lack images or a language to describe graphically how this takes place.

182. The love and truth principles of existence are linked by attraction and
the desire to share power, so that life can flourish with both its essence and
substance, its purpose and volume, its female and male side. This happens
within the innermost realm of life's I AM. Actually, it constitutes that
realm. This is the exclusive source of what we know as gender distinction.

183. To take love as feminine can facilitate somewhat the understanding
of the dynamics within One Holy. We are familiar with certain traits
attributed to the female half of the human species. Some of them, however
flawed, do point at what the essence of life is. Already mentioned are the
ability to create, to give birth and nourish new life, and be devoted to it.

184. We can come up with many other characteristics of the concept of
femininity. Sensitivity, intuition, practicality, sharing, loyalty and beauty
fit our idea of love's feminine identity. However, all of these can become
controversial. Cultural and religious dictates, economic hardships and
prejudices easily disfigure the happy face of true femininity on earth.

185. The descriptions of female and male features in this booklet are
adjusted to our inability to imagine the full reality. The primary reason for
bringing it up is to reveal the source of the ever creative passion that
enables life to exist. Even in our world, everything ultimately exists by the
intertwining of goodness and truth, or love and wisdom.

45

186. The history of our human race is one of exploring the viability of an
alternative to love. Te first step in that pursuit was the division on the
external level of the female and masculine principles into two entities.
This was originally welcomed as an intriguing variant of the ever exciting
and inspiring interface of the dual spiritual core within all forms of life.

187. It is important for us to see that our highest achievement is not a
show of perfect harmony in whatever love relationship. This is abranch
of the tree of love and as such can be utterly fulfilling and beautiful.
Yet, if there is a pinnacle of human glory, it is that within each individual
the female and male identities embrace, unite and walk in harmony.

188. Life's essence is its meaning; is being love. Life's substance is its
content; is being truth. Both universally illuminate, for all to see, the
goodness and wisdom of existence in the midst of the infinite variety of life-forms.
In all of reality is mirrored the transparency of I AM. It makes all
interactions, wherever, whenever and by whomever, acts of making love.

189. Climaxing sexually, or moments of feeling one with nature, provide
some taste of love's all-encompassing quality, timelessness and vigor.
The countless obstacles to all-out, all-including and lasting love are
obvious on earth. So is the resistance to accepting the gender duality within.
The focus on external differences suffocates the happening of love within.

190. The external separation of our dual nature has caused alienation,
competition, dominance -and worse -, between the two genders.
Nevertheless, when we treasure being a reflection of both the second and
third name, it will free us up to fully enjoy our gender-specific role.
Being both female and male within, makes for inner playful harmony.

46

191. The seven names of life's totality, of I AM, are not labels for seven
segments of reality. Each name by itself expresses life's completeness.
They each are,by their own light and with their own face, the full reality.
This is hard to understand. We cannot compare it with anything. Yet it can
cause unspeakable joy to know we are part of such an awesome existence.

192. On earth, female and male are taken as nature's uncontested facts. It
is no surprise that these qualifications have been projected into the realms
'above', into gods and goddesses. Divine entities are addressed as heavenly
males or females, father or mother. Or, if there is only one, he or she is
supposed to be in control and almighty, but also merciful and nurturing.

193. In spite of the frequently gross distortions in describing the ultimate
forces behind life, those efforts seem to confirm that the co-existence,
interaction and integration of female and male principles are central to the
dynamics that keep life alive. Indeed, everything that participates in
existence does so as a variation on the theme of femininity and masculinity.

194. This booklet says that I AM is present as each of the seven names.
They all cover the whole of reality. Of course, this defies earthly logic.
Yet when we actually say the names with an open mind and let the sounds
be as a circle of energy around us, it removes any neutrality or passivity.
It reactivates our zest for all-out living on the deepest possible level.

195. Compared with those in the rest of the universe, our human physique
fails to represent the finely-tuned sensuous relationship of love and truth.
Yet we can still be mightily impressed by the intricacies of our sexuality.
Correctly so. Despite their malfunctions and limitations, we can treasure
that our female or male bodies relate to the wonders of love and realness.

47

196. Love is the light that causes all existence to glow with liveliness. It
ignites the spark that eternally creates the universe. Only Love can tell us
who we are, or are not. Her/His light is within us, because we are made
from it. Our person -as every appearance -can radiate it, notwithstanding
our inefficiencies. The female part in us wants our person to dazzle.

197. Being proud of being a man or woman, with the specific gender
qualities and physical appearance, does not have to come at the expense of
our inner, opposite, gender part. On the contrary, outer and mental male or
female features receive their most favorable exposure when the other
gender part plays a supportive role 'behind the scene'. It provides balance.

198. Why human societies are so often marked by tension, fear, power
struggles and debilitating conflicts, has everything to do with the loss of
closeness between life's two spiritual principles. The inequality in social
standing and distrust between the sexes is just one example.
But practicing different social and private standards is absurdly artificial.

199. The beauty of the ongoing love affair in every piece and particle of
existence is, as it were, projected on the big screen of universal life. All the
different societies, dimensions, shapes and densities have within them the
utterly satisfying, invigorating, and always embracing, duality that causes
the universe to be so lively and colorful. I AM is reflected in everything.

200. Nationally, internationally and globally, human societies have to live
with the beautiful gender fabric of love and realness being torn. In each
individual it is the same. Yet, the remnant of it is there. Right before our
eyes we see the outer gender differences. But inside us, they also exist. So
the reminders are everywhere that living means being engaged in loving.

the impact of love

201. When we cannot breathe anymore our life is over, we think.
It is not true. Our spirit part will come alive more than it ever could while
in our earthly state. Our person will still observe, think, and be able to
choose, free from physical limitations. Our body parts will be 'recycled'
for use in other formations. Life is never over. Neither is love.

202. Intuitively we humans realize that it is important to align with, or at
least not oppose, nature's forces; life itself being the most essential one.
Protecting our life comes naturally. Self-preservation and survival have
top priority. This is correctly seen as loving oneself, or as love for self.
It urges us to guard our unique place in the universe. Life wants to live.

203. It is not difficult to notice that loving ourselves can easily become a
caricature of that, by being self-centered, greedy or attention seeking.
However, the root of taking care of ourselves first is healthy. It shows
we are a precious and inimitable specimen of love, worthy to blossom.
Caring for the life-form we are signals spiritual and mental well-being.

204. It is within our human reach to make things happen. We plan, make
moves, and react according to how we feel or like to feel. Amidst that, we
are free to activate our spiritual connections, or not. Yet, one fact usually
gets overlooked. It is that each component of our psyche and our body
has its own link with, and reacts to, the one source and center of life.

205. Our ancestors, who fabricated our type of humans made sure to alter,
suppress and corrupt the influence of love as much as possible.
Love for them is too powerful a reminder of real life. Complete success
eluded them. In spite of being broken up and diluted, love remains the
prime and central drive in us, the offspring they are responsible for.

49

206. The idea that also our physical elements exist by and from the fire of
love seems far out. Yet, we do treat ourselves on that premise.
We feed our body, allow it to rest and cater to its other needs. Whether we
realize it or not, every part, in its deepest core, functions by the dynamics
of love. It wants to share, enrich, please, touch and create well-being.

207. Calling love the essence of existence, of the whole universe and of all
the parts forming our body, still may seem rather exaggerated.
We can argue endlessly about what is the most important aspect of life.
Asking that about ourselves, usually leads us into dead-end streets.
Who knows for sure? And is it even worth having a theory about it?

208. This booklet is not inspired by questions we may have. It just
provides information that has been available only partially on earth, until
now. Yet it has two questions for those who read these words or hear
about them. Actually, these two questions are for every living soul on
earth. If we do not hear them now, they will face us after our death.

209. The questions, or rather invitations, assume we have the ability to
'go inward' with our attention and look beyond the mass of acquired
ideas; beyond what we pretend to be or think we should be.
The first invitation is to uncover and be honest about what our deepest
yearning is. The second is to ask whether that longing may relate to love.

210. In other words, as the most fundamental factor that enables life and
life-forms to exist is love, it somehow operates in each person. So it can be
uncovered. We can be rigorously sincere with ourselves, if we want to,
and we will find the truth in our heart by ignoring what we 'should' feel.
What will be found is a craving for unconditional love and harmony.

50

211. But what if we do not know how to access our innermost spirit self?
What if we can, but find there only negative, dark or skeptical thoughts?
The liberating message of these words is that our value of living on earth
is not: conquering darkness and lies, or creating a blooming spirituality.
Even if we can do some of this, success in that area will always be tainted.

212. Our highest achievement as person is being honest and humble, while
facing life's challenges alone. It leads to a surprising discovery: We are not
alone and we never will be. All situations can be approached with Love as
our companion. What counts is not even what this achieves, but that we
stay determined to make room for Love's closeness, from day to day.

213. Our mission on earth is to test the setup our ancestors placed us in.
It is up to us to fall for what is offered as alternative to love, or reject it.
We are in the closure phase of this task. We humans still provide data
about the two options: engaging in life as a form of making love happen,
or going along with forms of non-love, because they seem normal.

214. No form of lovemaking on earth can be pure. This realization may be
discouraging for some, for instance young people, who believe they can
change the world. Whether that ideal is inspired by the still operating love
essence of life, or is in the service of self-promotion is often unclear. But
some love will always be around, and by nurturing it we cannot go wrong.

215. For some people, practicing love, kindness and wisdom seems to
come natural. They seem born with it or were raised in that atmosphere.
For others it is the opposite. Environment or personality can foster
non-love behavior. This difference stems from what we agreed to be
exposed to before our birth; and of that we have no recollection.

51

216. Love is not dependent on anything. It just is.Existing means, being in
love. The name Love illuminates 'everything'. If its light would be more
welcomed on earth, the oneness with the rest of the universe would be
sensed more. even if the sphere of true reality cannot be copied fully.
Yet acting from love will noticeably undo much of our confusion.

217. The all-ness of love means that any effort to eliminate or numb it is
doomed to fail. As long as this was not actually demonstrated, the universe
would never question whether love is 'it'. I AM's second name and
identity were put on the line, so that the possibility of an alternative to
love could be once and for all proven.

218. When we go to our most inner spirit space, we may find that a sphere
of light, lightness and warmth surrounds us. It is more than an emotional
high. We just know that we are connected with another realm of life in a
totally personal way. Time or circumstances are of no consequence those
moments. Even if short, they confirm that love is 'it'.

219. While in our inner 'sanctuary', we get an impression of what life is
all about. During our visits there, we can take a look at the way we react
to people and situations -especially if we suspect we behave poorly.
Are we willing to let go of pretending and lying to ourselves in the
presence of the one who, being love, has us already included?

220. We can refuse to go the route of letting our deepest yearning for
belonging, intimacy, safety, fulfillment, joy and harmony dominate our
thoughts, planning and actual behavior. But we can also keep choosing as
our 'model' the one who is Love Her/Himself. When we do, we choose a
mode of existing that does no compare with anything else.

52

221. There are many implications to the given situation that love, like life,
is indestructible, as it is the essence of all existence. For one, it withstood,
and still withstands, any effort to remove it from its central position. Love
still is the energy of life, despite being denied, broken up and corrupted.
The time allotted for testing the all-ness of love is limited. It runs out.

222. Another implication is that the powers that resist or mock love receive
their energy to do so from exactly the source they fight.
The whole negative state with its seemingly limitless power to spoil and
break what is positive and beautiful, exists by the grace of being granted
life. Moreover, it serves the purpose of proving its own impossibility.

223. For us, it is hard to judge by outer circumstances, globally or in our
own environment, what plateau the reign of non love has reached.
Will things get worse or better? Our confining linear time concept alone
prevents us from pinpointing this. But more importantly, 'better' and
'worse' are not equal options. Only love is real, is now, is eternal, is us.

224. This is the only realistic way to see the deterioration of goodness and
the pain and brokenness of so much on earth. Many suffer under the
blatant tyranny of evil. No society and individual is immune to it.
Evil, which is everything that is non-love, is an integral part of the pseudo-creation
we find ourselves in. And still, evil is no match for love.

225. We have a choice. We either look to external things for the meaning
of life, or we access our most inner spiritual level to gain wisdom. We do
not always make conscious choices. In many ways our minds are carried
by the winds of circumstances or unaware drives. Yet this is also a form
of choosing, when we let others, events or urges dominate us.

53

226. All of this has to do with us being from love, and being the beloved
of Love. In this realm lies our prime identity during our adventure here.
The outcome of our actions is not the essence of our being on earth.
Life's journey is for some more complicated than for others, but we all
approach true reality when we start treating ourselves as loved ones.

227. We mirror the universal purpose of being in life when we make it a
point to be positive, good, caring, responsible, sharing and creative.
And that, not for a reward, but for the sake of doing so as agents of
One Holy. Loving others evolves from loving ourselves, like loving
ourselves evolves from being an emanation of Love Her/Himself.

228. It has been said that we honor most the privilege of being in life, not
by doing good, but by being good. Besides that nobody on earth is fully
good, as we are not fabricated that way, one point in this statement is well
taken, intended or not: Doing good is a consequence of being good.
The fundamental reason for this is that goodness -love -has created life.

229. What is not correct in the statement is that it intimates that being
good is something to strive for. If the fate of earth depended on that, life
here would be pure hell for everybody, which is not the case. Love and
beauty can bloom not just as an occasional flower in the desert, but as a
lush display, anywhere, because Love is everything.

230. Not seeing love or goodness in everything does not mean it is not
there. Nothing in existence has not burning in its innermost core the fire
of love. In the universe this is lavishly demonstrated. Only in the negative
state, Love's passion is, often effectively, encapsulated or converted into
its opposites, like boredom, hatred, fanaticism, violence or coldness.

54

231. The focus of these words has mainly been on how each person, as a
single entity, may claim love as the core meaning and purpose of life.
It underscores what many discovered, that we can only truly love others
through the love within, and for, ourselves. The ramifications of this in our
relationship with others, nature, and everything else are easily observable.

232. Most of us are aware of and applaud the positive effects of love. Few
recognize those represent Reality and the powerful second name of I AM.
Dwelling on spiritual issues is often seen as avoiding public efforts to
improve a world that cries out for it. This critique has no merit whatsoever
for those who feel the passion of Love pulsating within them.

233. Seeing our person as beloved, precious and desired ignites in us the
recognition of whom we really are, regardless of the problems we face.
We then can follow the one drive in us that is permanent and unerring.
It sets us free and makes us proud. We then exude in all directions the love
we are, including resisting publicly any evil as being inferior to our reality.

234. There is a universal component to each life-form. The only reason for
us being alive is to be partner in the love affair which existence is.
Each participant, in its own way, represents the fullness of I AM's totality.
If only one person on earth in all honesty seeks to honor her or his love
nature, the rest of the universe will see our whole planet by that glow.

235. This applies to the words of this booklet and similar words from the
same source. We tend to think that a certain amount of numbers will cause
change. But even if nobody would read or react to these words, they now
are written. They are the voice of Love and Truth, whether anybody listens
or not. They are the critical mass that spells the demise of evil.

55

236. Any choice, act, or desire in the direction of love, however small or
seemingly inconsequential, represents the glory and splendor of Love's
totality, who is for us humans just like a person. All life stems from love.
Even the darkness in and around us has a function in love's all-ness.
All true life is a result of the universe and its glorious Lover embracing.

237. Love cannot be described. It is everything that is positive, happy; it
enriches all parties involved. As far as humans are concerned, all of their
words that indicate something positive, in any of their languages, fall under
the heading love. Things, whether inanimate objects or immaterial
presences, speak of their love simply by being part of positive use.

238. However, this booklet does not separate what is positive -love -,
from what is negative -evil, non-love. For all practical purposes, we must
decide, over and over again, which of the two worlds we want to support.
But knowing that all evil runs on energy stolen from love, enables us to
see and treat it as one great and gross perversion.

239. Stating this does not, by itself, prevent that many suffer from a lack
of love, or from love's energy being turned into its opposite. Darkness is
dark. But comfort comes from knowing why evil occurs, that it is
temporary, unnatural and on its way out. And even more so, that it is our
very mission to operate in the midst of it. Love staying within us counts.

240. For our behavior and decisions in practical matters, we can use the
second name to check how we can match its color, as closely as possible.
For our thinking and passions, we can use the name to fuse the sounds of
our inner life with the happy music of the universe.
Within our spirit, the second name will always make its presence feel.

TRUTH

there only is one reality

241. Truth is the name for the substance of life. It indicates that everything
that appears on the scene of the universe belongs there.
It includes all that we are. It pertains to our physical volume, to the
workings of our mind, our emotions, thoughts, and to what is called our
unconscious self. It all is part of life happening and reality being shaped.

242. Truth is the third name of totality of all that exists, of I AM.
As stated already many times, we can relate to this 'all' in a direct way, as
if it were a person. As a matter of fact, for us humans, it is a person.
We still are, in spite of our mutilated and far from perfect forms, an image
in I AM's likeness and have, as such, a clearly marked place in reality.

243. That we are alive at all, whatever our shape, place or time, means
that some force has brought us into existence. Nothing just pops up out of
nowhere. Our being alive places us within a wider scheme of things. This
is not dependent on what we do with our lives. At all times we demonstrate
our presence in life, our particular truth. Truth is all that actually occurs.

244. We human beings are aware of only a tiny segment of the universe.
The range of our physique is very limited, our time span is short and even
our space travel is restricted to our immediate galactic neighborhood.
Humans have direct access only to an infinitesimally tiny fraction of what
transpires in the grand universe of the 'real and full' reality.

245. We are used to being restricted in our moves and what we can picture.
Dreamers, philosophers, artists or children may negate certain boundaries,
but they, too, cannot escape the cage of humanity's assigned space.
Nevertheless, one reason this booklet is written is to remind each specimen
of the human race that they still are an integral part of life happening.

59

246. Just reminding ourselves that we exist as a unique and never-to-be-repeated
occurrence in the eternal history of the universes, is not enough.
Nothing is 'just' there, although on earth this is the impression we get.
Each part that exists is creating, or at least co-creating, its own world.
And, as it is in the clockwork of a watch, no wheel can be missed.

247. Nowhere in existence, in the truth of reality, is there any passivity.
Being in live is not just a state, or static. It is a happening. It, all the time,
occurs. Belonging to life and how we belong to it is the same event.
Facts are facts, and whatever we do, we write our history, our truth.
In its own way, each particle in existence shows its truth.

248. This booklet uses 'being alive', 'existence' or being a 'life-form'
indiscriminately. Nothing is dead, disposable, inferior, insignificant, or
to be used and then disregarded. It is a most disgraceful perversion in the
negative state that the universal status of equality in worth is demolished
and replaced by phony hierarchies. Earthly miseries stem from it.

249. Existence, in all its forms, means participation in life's volume. It
includes everything. Reminding ourselves of this can channel our physical
and mental energy into the only appropriate bedding: our desire to make
the best out, and amidst of, confusing and conflicting circumstances. Our
brokenness cannot be undone. Yet how we deal with it becomes our truth.

250. The proud oneness in all of life is deeply compromised because of the
exhaustive exploration of freedom by the human species. However, this
also, for all eternity, liberated the universe from any possible wonder or
fear of whether happily sharing the love nature of everything was indeed
the only direction in which the presence and power of I AM is expressed.

60

251. The nature of life, reality, love and truth, has changed. I AM changed
-by expanding. The history of life now forever includes the effort to
destroy its structure and replace it. But with unparalleled grandeur, the
the challenge to I AM's nature was countered by solely extending love to
evil's perpetrators, and by never using any of their weapons.

252. Those involved in illustrating the 'rebellion' can rejoin life's purity.
We as human beings on earth are included in that number. Simply by not
being perfect, we fail the standards of true reality. We are not condemned,
or even rated, because of this. It is our mission to operate in our world with
a constitution that is fundamentally altered and mutilated.

253. When words like reality, true reality, realness, truth or life's substance
are mentioned here, it confronts us with something very practical.
Speaking the third name impacts the workings of our mind and spirit as the
air around us effects our lungs. Without a constant interaction with the all-presence
and all-volume of Truth, we fumble with our very lifeline.

254. In our human world, truth has everything to do with honesty and
wisdom. If we want to live a life of substance, a life that, in spite of
shortcomings and worse, will 'survive', a life not ruled by phoniness or
superficial interests, then the third name with its color of sincerity and
realism opens the door to consciously reconnect with eternal realness.

255. What does it mean to interact honestly with the realm of Wisdom?
The capital 'W' is not accidental. If we desire to be part of the true
universal reality, we may get used to having Wisdom or Truth as our
friend and permanent companion, in a most wonderful personal and
intimate way. Nothing is forced on us. But Wisdom loves to enlighten.

61

256. Trusting the influx of Wisdom when we seek the best for ourselves
and others, and are willing to learn, will lead to an immense broadening of
our perception. We will respect in a speck of dust, in any product, in foe or
friend, a participant in life, as fully as we are. Their origin and purpose is
the same as ours. Their story, honorable or not, writes their truth.

257. Some people are 'all over the place' with their attention or curiosity.
Others play it close to their chest. Each person radiates different vibes.
This also is the case with nature and 'inanimate' objects. But everything, in
whatever configuration, contributes to the one volume of life and portrays
something of its totality. Everything has a legitimate place in it.

258. The consequence of us, them and everything else, rowing in the same
boat as participants in the whole of existence, is similar. We all contribute
to the same universal cause, which is making love happen everywhere:
making it happen with I AM, with anything we encounter in our world and
with ourselves. This describes the substance and content of true living.

259. The reason that words like substance, truth, volume, reality, and also
the word 'life' itself, can come across heavy, vague or abstract, is that the
situation on earth is utterly confusing compared with the real reality.
Nothing here is in harmony, in its proper place, or is transparent for the
fine purpose and joy of living. Human words also suffer from this disease.

260. This booklet contains no manipulative, subliminal or supra natural
devices. It just invites us to question our reliance on the external world and
to unclog the channel to our inner spiritual and eternity-connected sphere.
This will meet with tremendous resistance, as we are fabricated with a
dependency on insights and information coming from the outside world.

62

261. Truth, the content of the third name of life's totality, is in many
ways the opposite of what is called so on earth. Nothing in the negative
state is true or real in its literal and fullest sense. Everything, words
included, is subject to the fundamental flaws and brokenness of being a
pseudo-creation. Only our spirit shelters a tiny remnant of the full reality.

262. No human word can faultlessly cover what it wants to convey. Only
at times, when intention, body language and verbalization are in harmony,
can our speaking approximate full clarity. Gifted writers may choose
words that reverberate with precision, but in general, no human words can
be transparent to the level of perfection exhibited in the real reality.

263. In the rest of the universe, truth is not limited to sincerity in actions
and interactions, nor to correct information. Truth is what happens 'as'
everyone. We can say that there is nothing fake about any entity, in their
behavior, thinking or motivation. All of creation is for others and itself
like an open book. Communication is clear, direct and exact.

264. Ironically, 'things' or matter, which we humans treat as having no
voice, are capable of conveying without words what they are by just
being it, at any given moment. They do not lie. Yet their being part of
earth means they too are affected by the built-in corruption here.
But unlike us humans, they are just themselves, unapologetically.

265. The substance of the universe is its truth, its realness, its happening.
It is the core of all existence, the same way love is the essence of life.
It is the center and circumference of anything that exists. Because of this,
all things, small or great, can unfold into their own specific format.
Without being real, nothing can exist. I AM, as Truth, contains everything.

63

266. Calling our world a pseudo-creation could be interpreted as it being
something like a delusion -not really occurring. However, everything that
happens is a fact and belongs, as such, to the content of existence. 'All'
has a place in the 'all-ness' of I AM - thoughts, spirits, forces and concrete
presences of all sizes, including fakeries or illusions.

267. This raises the question: What type of reality is the negative state?
We humans experience our person as real, alive, as an organism and form
that allows us to react, adjust, move and make things happen. We feel pain
or happiness without any ifs, ands or buts. Our problem is that our brains
are wired in a way that they can hardly register any of the full reality.

268. Our situation on earth is not normal. It is completely different from
the way the rest of the universe experiences life. It is based on the lie that
true and full living can take place outside the loving presence of One Holy.
The negative state mimics reality, much like a full moon mimics the sun.
It borrows from the full reality, without being it.

269. We cannot know that living here is, in many ways, a caricature of
normalcy. We have no recollection of what goes on in the real reality.
Yet deep within us is the longing for something different, for all things to
be in their proper place, right, safe and making sense. That yearning is in
fact the most authentic and liberating presence in our personal makeup.

270. The nature of I AM incorporates everything that is in existence. The
name Truth expresses the fact that He/She contains all of the universe. It
includes the negative state. This does not make that state right, or into real
reality. The unimaginable event occurs that the one who is Truth allows
reality to be denied. So our earthly 'reality' exposes what truth is not.

64

271. Challenging Love and Truth as the only reality leads to the miseries
and evil situations we are so familiar with. Yet we humans are not totally
cut off from our origin. Nothing on earth is. We still know somehow what
love is, in spite of it being frustratingly contaminated. We can still value
signs of honesty and authenticity in ourselves and others.

272. Like Love, Truth is constantly tested. Lying, falsehood, dishonesty or
confusion are the result of ignoring that existence is only genuine when it
reflects life's love nature. Yet without some of life's true substance still
operational, no alternative world could have been put together and serve
its paradoxical purpose. Like Love, Truth is life, and vice versa.

273. Some residue of true reality needed to be left in the pseudo-creation
so it could survive, but also in order to make it possible for signs of life's
true substance to be recognized and used. Without that possibility the
whole endeavor of the human race would have no meaning. By now, the
availability of another option has freedom of choice truly come of age.

274. It is completely unnatural for living to occur outside the happy glow
of love and freedom. Presenting a situation as that on earth, where nothing
is in harmony, free, normal or real, was only possible because it serves a
clear, well-defined positive purpose. It operates for a limited time,
restricted to a certain place, and based on a voluntary participation.

275. It can be deeply comforting to realize that the life force that keeps us
going today amidst so many falsehoods, is the Person in whom we and all
things have our being and who never diverts His/Her attention from us.
We remain partner, investment, beloved and lover of One Holy, although
our original features have been severely disfigured and mutilated.

65

276. Evil is everything that is not love and not truth. It took 'eons' to
cause the reverse and corruption of truth in the universe's most outer
outside - to use the human linear distance concept.
Evil serves to illustrate the impossibility of a reality outside of I AM.
Paradoxically, its failure culminates in the expansion of Truth's fullness.

277. Can we speed up the process of Truth's triumph amidst all the lies?
Definitely! But, only in one way. We must see our own person as the
space in which this is going to happen. It is not easy for most of us to put
ourselves so directly on the line, or more accurately, in the line of fire.
We are born outside of the lucidity, freedom and easiness that truth causes.

278. The most crucial step on the road to recovery will be, for most of us,
the most difficult to practice. It is the title of this segment: There is only
one reality. Truth is the totality of all that was and will be. And that totality,
of which we are a part, consists exclusively of love: it is its own truth. In
this sense, love and truth are the same. To accept this is very hard for us.

279. However, if we do accept it, we can make it a point to embrace the
experience of the personal presence of Love focusing Her/His warm and
never diminishing smile on us. Fired from all sides, within and outside us,
the bullets of lies, half-truths, ignorance and ego can hit and hurt us.
Yet the third name shields and heals us, and can remain our identity.

280. Truth does not vary according to circumstance. It is the only light by
which life exists. This booklet invites us to uncover that light within
ourselves. It was always there and will be always there. Efforts to be wise,
honest, truthful, reliable, informed, genuine and candid succeed when we
stay in the company of Truth, our friend eternal, and all life's Wisdom.

the joining of truth and love

281. Love is a word all people can relate to. Even if they consider it
sentimental or impractical. The same applies to the reaction toward the
concept of goodness. Some may have strange ideas of what is good, but
the word itself is not controversial. This booklet dares everybody to accept
that everything that exists is from, for, and of, love and goodness.

282. The problem with the word truth is that, unlike love, it does not
automatically create images in our mind. It is not a household word.
Stating that something is true has always a subjective ring to it.
Even life's 'proven' facts are subject to different interpretations, or are
taken for granted. Also, truth seems to have little emotional relevance.

283. In this booklet the words truth, reality and realness are used
interchangeably. The two latter ones seem to be more practical.
Something that is considered real, not fake, concrete and up front, has the
advantage that there is nothing left to guessing. It is as it is, take it or
leave it. 'Truth' seems abstract, broad, vague; it may not even exist!

284. We can at all times question, or change, our minds about whether
something may be true or false. Yet, that 'something' will not go away.
It remains a reality, a fact of life, regardless of our opinion. It just is.
So the third name. We can be selective in what we consider real or not.
But Truth contains all of existence. So everything shows His/Her face.

285. The color of truth is its wisdom. All that exists is from, through, in
and with, the spirit of wisdom. Wisdom is the power behind all lifestyles
that enrich the expansion of life's volume with harmony, substance and
perfection. It is the wisdom in the spirit core of every particle and unit that
causes it to shine as a true, beautiful happening on the scene of existence.

67

286. We think of our world as real and as an actual occurrence, even if it
is, in many ways, offensive to what true reality is. We can label its
performance as pseudo, delusional, caricature or distortion. Whatever our
opinion, the quintessence of our being truly real is only that tiny remnant
within our spirit, where truth is acting up, even if it does so incognito.

287. This booklet challenges everyone on earth to see themselves as a
player in a game that has an exact number of participants. The very fact
that we live shows that we are included in that number. Strangely enough,
our operating here as a teammate of dubious worth increases the value of
our contribution, exactly because we exhibit imperfection.

288. The appearance of the negative state, with its phoniness, deceit and
non-wisdom is, paradoxically, a monumental step forward to prove that
the all-presence of goodness and realness, of Love and Truth, is
irreplaceable. There is no other reality than the one of I AM.
The negative state does not present a viable alternative to life's 'all-ness'.

289. It will remain difficult for us humans to know what is truly real and
aligned with the goings-on in the rest of the universe. Arguing about this
is useless. Only in the privacy of our innermost self, where we meet with
the one who is reality, can a gentle touch of Truth open our eyes.
This is nearly impossible to describe. Yet we know it is for real. It is 'it'.

290. The title of this segment is: the joining of truth and love. It needs
quite some adjusting to see those two always integrally intertwined.
Both retain their own fullness while they engage in the ever active act
of embracing, merging, and so energizing every new moment of life.
Both truth and love are the majestic constituents of the spirit of I AM.

68

291. Pairing truth and love, talking of them as being 'wedded' to each
other and embracing or merging, is a metaphor from the sphere of
marriage and sexual encounters as we know them. But actually, all
activities that relate to lovemaking, like creativity, caring, beautifying, etc.,
signal, correspond with, and have us mirror, the innermost core of I AM.

292. If anything that we consider pleasurable, creative or dear is not
congruent with the joyful sphere of life's essence and substance, it has no
value, except that it exhibits some aberration. Since everything in and of
the universe reflects, in its particular form, the glorious nature of I AM, we
can learn to always have this in mind. It can illuminate all our doings.

293. Like love still functions somewhat in the negative state, so does truth.
Without it, existence is not possible. We can equate truth with being alive,
with life itself, with its majestic magnitude of detail and volume.
We operate in that totality, in spite of compromising every little bit of it.
Only when we honestly desire to exude love, reality becomes transparent.

294. The word marriage would describe well the relationship between truth
and love, were it not that much of what is presented as being wedded on
earth is a persiflage of this intense, happy and so much involving union.
Control issues, cultural dictates, dependency needs or other defects impair
the comparison of marriage with its model: truth and love joining.

295. Among us, human relationships habitually exhibit an imbalanced
duality of truth and love, of male and female. When a couple is formally
wedded, do things together and start a family, it is considered a stable
marriage. But when there is no warmth, caring, mutual respect and joy,
the relationship fails with regard to its essence as a showcase of love.

69

296. In the same way, when a couple is in love and honestly cares for each
other and their children, if there are any, but is behaving selfishly or
irresponsibly in terms of adult obligations, they fail on the side of truth and
on being fully human. Simply said: Exhibiting truth without love amounts
to cruelty, and showering love without wisdom is foolishness.

297. Love and truth are never without each other. I AM is Love and is
Truth. The life-enabling spirit in all emanations is, in a relative way, the
dynamic force the 'life' of One Holy consists of. The ever occurring
embrace of reality and love within I AM generates, in all absoluteness, the
power that causes existence to occur. Some of it has became our person.

298. Not just human beings show -in a relative way - the image of life's
one totality. All else that exists does so in its own way, on its own level,
as the life-form it is. That nothing in existence is ever repeated or the
same testifies to the dazzling brilliance of I AM, in whom nothing is
repeated or similar. Truth and love never can or will be standardized.

299. Practically, this means that we may, over and over, test ourselves,
whether we are aligned with the universal reality. For this, we have to go
inward with our attention, and invite Truth to be with us. Only then and
there, do we establish within ourselves the union of reality and love.
This way we wed within us, by free choice, our male and female parts.

300. Would some ceremony or ritual lend depth and strength to the
commitment between our two spiritual sides? In the outer world, symbols
or formulas are considered appropriate to seal unions. Whether the use of
any external word or gesture fits the magnificence of the uniting within,
depends completely on where the desire for any formality originates.

70

301. We must remember that our innermost core as person mirrors the
prime principles that determine all of reality. It is the only reason that we
find, in our person, the masculine and feminine duality in the first place.
Our outer and mental forms as typical female or male have their ways of
uniting. The interaction of the two sides within us takes place all the time.

302. We do not have adequate icons to indicate the unification, merger,
embrace - the intercourse of truth and love - within. Its occurrence is just
too fundamental. It goes back to the physical gender oneness of the first
human generation, and beyond that. The words of this booklet and similar
ones speak of something that otherwise completely escapes our knowledge.

303. But even without precise images, we can touch upon the true state of
affairs in the universe. For instance, we can picture in our minds a universe
void of anything negative, and glowing everywhere with harmony and
happiness. We can tell ourselves that such a picture approximates what the
atmosphere is in the realm of eternity.

304. But this is not enough. We also need to muster the courage to check
whether it is what we really want for ourselves, to be a presence of
goodness, giving love and receiving it, and living to the fullest. We then
can pinch our skin to make sure we are not fantasizing and that, indeed,
this our person is real as an eternal entity, however difficult it is to fathom.

305. And even this is not enough. We can still come closer to actually
experiencing some of the merging within ourselves of our male and female
identities, our essence and substance, our goodness and wisdom.
This happens when we dare to see that also through and with the persons
we are, I AM, as Truth, is expanding His/Her eternal volume.

71

306. Once we are, in the most personal way possible, face to face with the
one who is the totality of all existence, we can sort of feel, experience,
sense, know, see, that we are truly real. It can come with a wave of awe
when we realize that in the eyes of Truth nothing is missing in us, even
while we painfully remain conscious of our present multiple inadequacies.

307. On the spiritual level, in our innermost sanctuary, the intimacy with
I AM is the highest form of love and reality we can know here. It is this
presence that radiates light, warmth and happiness, with the guarantee of
permanence. The most startling revelation is that we personally are invited
to respond in kind, by becoming totally dedicated to honesty and love.

308. We are never more our true selves, genuine and complete, than in our
intimate relationship with Truth and Love. The seven names are for good
reasons given at this time. They are instrumental in finalizing the endeavor
of the human race. Moreover, they are representative for the final stage of
I AM's involvement with the negative state.

309. We can evaluate any way we want the accomplishments of our
pseudo-creation and its fabricators. But what stands out, from the
perspective of eternity and the actuality of events, is that the all-ness of life,
I AM, remained true to being the second and third name, Love and Truth.
At no point does the reality of love, nor the love nature of truth, falter.

310. This still is the only true reality. Efforts to find a viable alternative
fail. Among the instigators of the negative state, the fifth human
generation, this is more and more admitted. Which is not to say that the
fallout of their pursuit will not keep our galaxies in the claws of lies, deceit,
fear and death, for the time being. Yet this cycle of time is ending.

72

311. The main 'battle' is over. The spirit of I AM has proven it cannot be
replaced. On the contrary, Truth and Love are augmented by the events
that attack them during the search for possible other types of reality.
These words also testify to this. They signal that the true reality is now
accessible for anyone who sincerely desires to participate in it.

312. Throughout the history of the negative state, signs and signals of the
true reality have been breaking through the layers of spiritual ignorance
and deliberate deception. There always have been manifestations of all
sorts, in line with people's deepest yearning for a world of truth and love.
They indicate that no might, lie, or confusion can keep true reality caged.

313. On the surface, it seems that humankind is still conditioned to forge
their tools of self-protection and survival from external ingredients.
Peace efforts, control of nature, technology, genetic engineering, etc., are
prominent in trying to shape a safer world. The fallacy is in expecting
outer changes to resurrect harmony and security. Peace comes from within.

314. Within each person and anything that exists pulsates the spirit of life.
It is the presence of I AM. It consists of the intertwining of the feminine
and masculine principles. It is irrelevant how we humans explain the
joining of the gender features. We may treasure the results: that its rhythm
creates an existence of peace and exuberant liveliness for 'everything'.

315. A child can illustrate the oneness of life's core duality when, in
frankness and trust, it responds to love with loving. As adults, we must
struggle to keep honesty and love, wisdom and goodness, our male and
female identities, integrated. Yet it is worth it, if we want to maximize our
potential to bring some sanity to a human society mired in un-reality.

73

316. The celebration of truth and love merging within us, consists of a
feeling of gratitude, trust, peace and joy. Words for it are not essential.
This sense comes from being 'home'. It will inspire our thoughts and
actions. The use of certain words, prayers, symbols or rituals easily
distracts from the mutual 'smile' when we visit with life's full Reality.

317. The greatest violation of the all-ness of the third name is, seeking
proof that something is true by solely relying on external data. We almost
automatically turn to other people, science, literature, specialists, the
media, the internet, etc., to get the assurance of authenticity, usefulness,
scope, and the reliability of things we want to know.

318. There is nothing wrong, of course, in orienting ourselves within the
world we live in. But what we do not know is that our whole situation on
earth is the result of a deliberate effort to find a way of life that is capable
of replacing the 'original' one. We do not realize that seeking only external
validations about whether things are real, prevents learning the truth.

319. The appendix in this booklet - Narrative - provides insight in how the
present situation on earth came about. It explains that nothing on earth is
true or real in its literal sense. The external 'reality', taken by itself, with
its rules, laws and logic, amounts to a caricature of what is authentic. Only
the signs of everything's spiritual origin reveal the universal situation.

320. The relationship between the sexes on earth is a good example of this.
Not knowing the origin of the external gender separation and following the
dictates of its outer needs -physical, emotional, social, cultural, legal -, we
create a state of servitude. This shows in the tensions, abuses, unrealistic
expectations, etc.. There is no truth in these externals by themselves.

the power of truth

321. Most of us agree that, in general, honesty is a healthy attitude.
Speaking the truth may make us vulnerable and incriminate us. It can
backfire, but it also releases us from having to remember what we said, or
having to defend it. The truth is the truth. The worst violations of this are
lying to ourselves and keeping up appearances before the one who is Truth.

322. But this is not the only message here. When we meet with I AM, it
happens on a level where it is hard to hide or avoid anything false or fake.
Not that we can easily eliminate our phony parts or instantly know what to
do. But it does leave its mark when, on our spirit level, we have moments
of total honesty and personal closeness to I AM.

323. What the intimacy, within our innermost self, with the personal
presence of Truth means is that we reconnect with a world we lost.
By being born on earth we lost the ability to grasp, not just the grand
design of universal existence, but we also lost the ability to experience
ourselves as an integral, welcome, and happy part of that whole.

324. It was stated that all that is not love is evil. In the same way, all
that is not real is evil. Evil is not a label for something immoral.
It is everything that does not proudly show its combined outer, internal
and spiritual self - which nothing in the negative state can. Only here
and there, fragments of the real reality signal the third name's all-ness.

325. In other words, visiting with Truth, who contains all that exists, gives
us a sense of what we and the whole universe are all about.
Yet that sensation can be so alien and potentially far reaching that we
avoid exposing ourselves to it. It makes us aware that in every nook and
corner of our person, half-truths, inadequacies and deceptions operate.

75

326. Allowing the light of true reality to illuminate our minds amounts to
nothing less than a restoration of our direct connection with life's center.
This is not granted as a gift, nor is it being pushed on us. We do not have
to 'pray' for it. When we choose to seek truth, and for that go inward with
our attention, it triggers the reactivation of our eternal nature.

327. There only is one reality. We belong to it because we exist. That we
live in a pseudo-reality, born out of falsities, means that we hardly know
any of the full scope of living. But we still exist -isolated -in the same
universe as everything else. We can make it a point to not forget this.
It can act as an antidote when our circumstances are bleak or confining.

328. Accepting that we belong to the universal oneness of all, and that our
person is a welcome addition to that totality, can jolt us into radically
altering our attitude toward life in general, and especially toward ourselves.
The truth is also us, regardless of how we butcher it. As far as that goes,
even honest efforts to be saintly cannot change our innate corruptness.

329. Seeing that we already belong to the one glorious reality truly
liberates our spirit and mind from whatever forces keep us in bondage.
Expectations and judgments from those around us can stifle the pride in,
and the love for, ourselves. Frequently we are our own harshest critic.
But our shortcomings and falsities are temporary. True life survives.

330. The methods used by our ancestors to find an alternative to the one
known reality did not attack the I AM directly. They conditioned their
offspring to look for and rely on external sources of satisfaction. This
became a form of dependency and slavery that we humans now are hardly
aware of. It eclipses the closeness to One Holy as source for full living.

76

331. When someone makes a critical remark about us that hits home, we
have the tendency to not hear it, become defensive, or attack the speaker
in return. Yet we also can be appreciative that it has us wondering whether
there is any truth in what was thrown at us, and if so, what we can do about
that of which we were painfully reminded.

332. When we are in the presence of the one who is Truth, we will hear no
criticism. He/She never attacks, judges, makes us feel guilty or inadequate.
Truth 'knows'. His/Her nature includes the experience of being denied,
also by us. We may keep this in mind when we are confronted with how
others see us; or more importantly, how we judge ourselves.

333. To many it is a scary thought that absolute everything we are, do, or
think, is recorded as our story and cannot be dismissed as not-really-us.
Excuses, rationalizations or pretences abound. Religions call their people
to honesty before their respective divinities. The problem is that we have
a gift for creating and maintaining cleverly disguised blind spots.

334. Even when we decide to turn inward to meet with One Holy, the
joy of it often depends on how we feel, or what we are willing to discuss.
Beside that, satisfaction with the visit may come from having done our
religious duty or having honored one of our daily routines.
Yet meeting with Truth is not a matter of priority, it is our life.

335. The message of the third name is not just that everything that occurs
through and with our body, mind or spirit, whether we choose it or are
unaware of it, does co-write the story of the universe. It also highlights the
intertwining with the fullness of the second name, enabling it to absorb
whatever darkness surfaced. That is the everything else overruling story.

77

336. The unrestricted might of Truth is that within it is contained the
whole universe. Its content is the totality of existence, including life's
I AM. This could be interpreted as meaning we are more or less victims of,
or powerless pawns in, an inescapable situation. Some call life an illusion,
or a meaningless fluke of nature's forces. Yet called whatever, life exists.

337. This chapter is about the third name of the I AM of all existence.
All seven names have something in common that is hard to understand for
us humans. It is that each name not just indicates or covers the totality of
life, but that it is its totality. In this sense we can speak of I AM's totality
being seven-fold. Truth is 'everything', and so are the other six names.

338. It is an enigma for us that, while each name stand for its absolute
all-ness, they are also integrally interwoven with each other.
Therefore we need to know all seven names. What each represents, and is,
colors the oneness, unity, fullness and might of all of the universe.
Our human flair to compartmentalize is, by this light, quite a silly habit.

339. The consequence of all this is that being in the truth, in the reality
of existing, even while in many ways obscuring it, means that we live in
a fullness without limits. The liveliness of truth and love is the core of
what, indeed, could be called the seven-fold ever expanding reality. It is an
incredibly majestic whole to mirror. When we do it, the more power to us!

340. If at any time, in any circumstance, by whomever, truthfulness is not
the desire, intention and energy in shaping life, then a falsity is created.
It is the tragedy of most human groups and societies that they welcome
conformity much more readily than authenticity. Yet true living is based
on honesty and wisdom, however disturbing, and not on conformity.

78

341. It happens frequently that we reject as nonsense something that later
starts to make sense. We can credit this to becoming better informed, or to
just getting wiser. But getting wiser ultimately occurs only when our
connection with, and origin in, Truth acts up. As said earlier, Truth
manifests Him/Herself as wisdom; through us too.

342. Another sign of the power of truth is that it can x-ray our personal
struggles and reveal what goes on behind the scenes. We all have doubts
about what we were taught as children. Certain certainties stop looking so
unshakable. Not that this is always disconcerting, but it warns us that
nothing coming from the outside is trustworthy per se.

343. The enormous relief offered here, in the midst of our doubts and
wondering, is that we do not have to prove anything. We ourselves are the
surest factor of life. And as the truth of existence is only love, we can relax.
Knowing all the details of this is not important, but letting the names
illuminate our person is. It means the universal wisdom dwells within us.

344. The rational, responsible and planning side in us, representing our
masculinity, can at all times be energized by evoking the third name.
We do not have to stay skeptical, or wait until it becomes obvious what the
value of our life is. We live now. The names are now. Our opinion of them
is irrelevant. We can choose to embrace them and have them embrace us.

345. The importance of our existence is not what we consider to be our
'true selves'. Our ideas are seldom based on objective facts anyway.
Besides that, we may have entered life here with a special mission to
explore extremes or unorthodox situations. It is trusting the one who is
Truth, that can give us an inner peace nobody can take away from us.

79

346. It is not always easy to make the jump, from the intimate setting of
being in our spirit with Truth, who embodies the only reality there is, to
the activities of our daily lives. A way of eliminating the gap is separating
the spiritual and the mundane. We can then cleverly rationalize that
everything has its own time and place and is a matter of setting priorities.

347. The third name, however, does not differentiate between times, places,
circumstances or emotions. We are invited to be continuously aware of the
realm we exist in. Truth happens at all times and in non-time, anywhere.
We never have to look for it. Alternating between spiritual frequencies and
secular ones is therefore artificial and misleading.

348. We are always engaged in some activity, even while asleep. The
variety of these is endless. But whether lofty or routine, boring or exciting,
spiritual or base, each activity falls under the heading that we contribute to
enlarging life's volume and, as such, are responsible for it. Our status is
that we are co-creators of reality, in all we are and do -always.

349. Practically, co-creating reality means that everything we think and do
is interesting. Our truth is interesting because it has never been around
before, and it will not be repeated. Every split second in the life of any
particle in existence adds something different and unique to life's totality.
So, the unstoppable force of reality we are causes adventures, not fate.

350. Our masculine side is meant to take responsibility for the choices we
make, in all our circumstances. It is clear that this booklet appeals to that
aspect of our personality that lets us make up our own minds.
When we make decisions that lead to our 'reality' becoming less love and
less truth, we exhibit a version of it that is the opposite of true living.

80

351. It can be confusing that our behavior and mental activities vary so
much, from moment to moment, and also in intention and outcome.
Some we like, some we dislike, and some we disown. Our person seems
fragmented and is seldom nicely in balance and of one spirit -just like
anything else in the negative state. We reflect reality like a broken mirror.

352. So, why bother about what will not change? We know our human acts
are flawed, to say the least, and often the opposite of being perfect. Yet we
do not have to be skeptical. The third name represents the totality of all
that exists, including the weirdness of untruths, falsehoods and confusion.
Truth, as person, knows He/She is misrepresented and worse, also by us.

353. Again, it is from the oneness with Love that free reign was given to
challenge the veracity of reality. It had to be shown that there being only
love was a choice, and not forced upon anything. In this sense, all lies the
negative state produced did serve, and still do serve, the awesome goal of
providing data about possible other principles than truth and love.

354. Realizing that all reality is a love reality can profoundly change our
attitude toward our world's miseries. Brokenness, malfunction, death and
violence seem all-powerful. They are not. Not that they are an illusion, in
the sense we can ignore them. The pain they cause hurts. But now that we
are shown the origin of suffering and evil, we can grasp the role they play.

355. When we live close to the one who is the real reality, we do not have
to avoid facing any facet of life. All events count. Even the evil, non-love
and non-truth events play a role in how we fulfill our missions; as do the
positive ones. We often do not even know which is which. But we can
trust the us-including, ultimate event of all existence: reality is love.

81

356. The consequence of all this is that any fear on our spiritual level is
abnormal. Each person is invited to see themselves as functioning in the
one grand realness. In it, all deficiencies are absorbed by the spirit of life
who is One Holy, Truth and Love. Recognizing we are in that company
means that spiritually we have already returned home.

357. It cannot be stressed enough that all this is not meant as food for
thoughts during moments of reflection. It is not a theory explaining life,
like physics or philosophy try to do. As with the effect of the other names,
this name floods 'everything' with its all-revealing light. We are invited to
see and understand that truth is taking place. Can reality be safer?

358. Truth exists. It is everything. He/She is all. It does not have to be
proven. It can be experienced by everything, because all things are already
a part of it. We humans can endlessly discuss whether 'this' is perhaps
more true than 'that'. It may be helpful, or even necessary, in order to find
our way through so much confusion and uncertainty.

359. However, the message of the third name is loud and clear. It does not
announce the discovery of a hitherto hidden fact, or of a missing link in the
understanding of what the universe or our human life is all about.
It says that the universe, as well as our personal lives, are and always will
be, co-writers of the one and only history of existence, of I AM.

360. Realizing that our 'truth', our volume, our story, our person, despite
everything that is negative in it, is still the product and agent of love, is
the greatest discovery we will ever make. The one reality, Truth, is who
He/She is. If we wish, we can organize our lives as the individuals we truly
are in the eyes of the grand Lover of all, who contains all of the universe.

PROPER

all is connected

361. Not many people have difficulty accepting that everything belongs
somehow to the same universe. Not that we can prove it, but it seems
logical. That the totality of everything is as a person, in whom we and all
things have our being, is easily dismissed as nonsense. Yet it is what this
booklet states: that we exist in, with, and before, a personal I AM.

362. Saying the first name I AM with the desire to feel a personal
closeness to One Holy, leads us to a direct contact with the one who is
life's totality. It includes that we touch upon those parts of reality that
transcend everything. But we can safely leave it up to One Holy, to be
aware of and treasure these ever evolving realms.

363. Many see no practical relevance in trying to figure out things like this.
The thought of being connected may be interesting, but so what? We are
still here. It is different, however, with the second name of life's totality,
Love. Taking that name seriously will clearly have an immediate bearing
on us personally, and also on many pressing social and global issues.

364. If, as stated, the essence, color and music of life is love, then at least
we have a standard by which to compare how we, other people, society,
and nature, perform. If Love is all, then the way we are connected with
what is around and within us will somehow have the characteristics of
making love, in its broadest possible sense. And indeed, this is the case.

365. Then there is the third name of I AM, Truth. It seals the exquisite
nature of the universe by declaring that everything of and in it, is the
volume and substance of His/Her 'person'. Nothing is outside of Truth
occurring. The repercussion of this is monumental. There is not such a
thing as 'our' or 'their' or 'a' truth. We all form reality together.

85

366. All that we are, good or bad, our past, present and future, and what
we were before being born on earth, it is all included in our unique
contribution to the universal happening of life. The fourth name covers it.
The fourth of the seven names of the totality of all existence is 'Proper'.
It means that everything is right and beautiful, in design and execution.

367. Throughout this booklet several statements seem to get repeated.
Yet there is no redundancy,as each different context highlights another
aspect. Here, again, attention is requested for the, for us almost
ungraspable fact that each of the seven names represents not just a part,
but the fullness of I AM. This also is the case with 'Proper'.

368. It is logical to ask how a name can represent a complete and absolute
fullness, while at the same time also being something else. Why not just
take the seven names as labels for certain facets or features of the one who,
as totality of all things, is too large for an umbrella type of name? This
booklet could then just highlight some of reality's 'multiversal' quality.

369. It, indeed, does take an effort to appreciate that all seven names
represent, and are, life in its fullness. It will cause the immense scope of
what we face when we meet with I AM to become ever more awesome.
There just is nothing to compare it with. That seven and one can be both
everything, is, to us, incomprehensible. But then, who are we to judge?

370. The propriety of all contacts within and between the participants in
the universe is a reflection of the perfect nature of I AM. This type of
information may solicit a massive outpouring of protest. How do we dare
to entertain the idea of perfection, when nothing we know here is even
remotely whole, unscratched, unbroken or salvageable?

86

371. One reason for the appearance of this booklet is to make clear that
everyone can, on her or his deepest possible level, connect with life's 'lost'
authentic structure. We must live on this side of that reality, so we cannot
oversee the whole of it, and should not expect immediate changes.
Yet we all can reconnect, from within, with life's indomitable strength.

372. When we know the seven names, we can lift them up, say them in
our mind or aloud; all seven of them. Before we do it, we have to make
sure that this is what we want to do. We do not have to do it. But if we
desire to align ourselves with the designs and forces in the universe, the
names let us enter the roads leading to inner and outer maturity.

373. Speaking the names is a purely private decision and undertaking.
Parents or teachers can only offer their knowledge of the names to their
children as something extremely important that they would like to pass on.
In the same way, the names can be shared when there is a genuine
openness to hear about the secret behind our inner peace and confidence.

374. Now, the names are available to be savored, tasted and whispered.
Doing this, it involves ourselves as, in a way, they are also our names.
We can see other people or events as belonging to the sevenfold oneness,
but we can never demand or push anyone to experience life the same way
we do. Religions, in general, miserably fail in this respect.

375. When, on our spiritual level, we seek the closeness to One Holy -who
always is waiting for us -, we can pronounce the names with deep
respect. The moment is intimate and private. Reciting the names together
with others easily distracts from the powerful delicacy of the meeting.
Needing the company of others for using the names is a hideous trap.

87

376. Speaking the names from a desire to be in harmony with the whole
of the universe, even if we have no precise images of it, guarantees that
we function the best we can during our limited time on earth. It sets us on
and keeps us on the right track. We touch our environment in countless
ways. Existence is an organism, based on connections and cooperation.

377. We can, if we want to, change the ways in which we relate to the
world around and in us. We can be a positive presence, and deliberately
focus our attention and behavior on promoting more caring, truthfulness,
justice, beauty, happiness and health for more people.
But these external signs of life's true stature do not paint the whole picture.

378. Also on our internal level, with its mental activities, connecting goes
on all the time. Even when we clear our minds from conscious thoughts,
and try to create a blessed nothingness, inner peace or silence, our person
keeps interacting with life as it goes on, on all three levels.
The mental void we seem to induce still touches the container around it.

379. Every moment is a moment of touching and being touched. Within
ourselves, our thoughts and feelings do it. It happens with whatever
surrounds us. It has the universe expanding with newness, because we
are unique, and in that sense, indispensable for life reaching its fullness.
Recognizing this can save us from being too wrapped up in ourselves.

380. All connections taking place on the spiritual and mental levels, all
contacts with the ghosts from our past and the influx of other people's
ideas, as well as the interactions of our body's and social systems, make us
the person we are now. It is wise to ask what keeps us going, from where
our energy, blueprint and drive come, by what we are influenced.

88

381. The name Proper, the fourth name of the I AM of all existence,
points to the nature of all connecting and affecting. It reveals the model
after which the universe is shaped. Everything in existence has a structure.
Even waves of energy are a composition. Nothing is just by itself. If it
was, it still would have its own dynamics and particular configuration.

382. The name Proper stands for the well-functioning of all that exists.
The universe is in perfect shape, despite our human observations.
Proper is as the mind, the mental layer of all that exists. The essence and
substance of life - the spirit level -materializes through the perfection and
rightness of the internal level, which carries the names Proper and Healing.

383. The word 'proper' may not be the most fashionable one to express
that life is good, in place and right. It may have a ring of stuffiness.
Yet this name is a gem. It encompasses every aspect of existence.
From the perspective of I AM, nothing is a mistake, out of sync, ugly or
not in its right spot. Even if the negative state seems to mock this.

384. Like One Holy stands for sacredness, oneness and all-transcending,
and Love stands for life's goodness, and Truth for its wisdom, so beams
the name Proper perfection. It covers life's intricacies and smooth
functioning. It expresses that we belong to a life of flawless proportions,
ever new adventures and all-positive creative endeavors.

385. All is connected, visibly or not, directly or indirectly, in time or in
non-time, spiritually or physically. This incorporates all the processes
within I AM. The building of universal existence is structured so that all
of it, and in it, have it as their rightful and thoroughly appreciated home.
The glow of its welcome never fades.

89

386. One significant aspect of all parts of life being connected and forming
a solid, perfect structure must be highlighted here. Otherwise it escapes our
observation and understanding. It is that belonging to life's structure is not
automatic or neutral. No particle or unit is conscripted, or forced to play a
role in the ongoing performance of life in all its shades and forms.

387. Why this is so, has everything to do with the nature of I AM, from
whom all that exists is emanated. Everything that comes into being is alike
its source, in sphere, quality and composition. One of the supreme
elements of the nature of I AM is the complete freedom to operate one
way or another. Everything reflects this - sentient entities and matter alike.

388. We humans pride ourselves in having at least some free will. We
may detect a little of it also in flora and fauna. But the idea that 'things',
in nature or as fabricated products, have the freedom to make decisions
or changes, goes way too far. Even without meaning to boast, but is it not
an exclusive human acumen -or privilege - to rule and arrange at will?

389. Proper, as the fourth fullness of all existence, implies that everything
functions in freedom. She/He embodies reality, in which nothing is ever
forced on anything or anyone. How, for instance, a stone exercises this
free will, we humans cannot fathom; simply because we are not a stone.
Yet, in its particular way, a stone also volunteers to participate in life.

390. This booklet will shake up our traditional ways of seeing things.
Insight into the true facts and principles of life is offered, so that we can
adjust, and even substantially change, the way we think and react.
All that exists is not joined together by fate, but by the desire and choice
to contribute to the well-being of all participants in the game of life.

90

391. That all is connected does not mean all connections can be figured
out, or even need to be. The name Proper impresses on us that whatever
we touch, and are touched by, is of a purposefully positive nature.
It seems an unattainable luxury to us here: a world of unthreatened
spontaneity and innocence, of trust and uncomplicated intermingling.

392. We usually plan our lives with an eye toward what or with whom
we are involved, voluntarily or by necessity. In situations we cannot take
care of ourselves, we turn to experts in the field to help us out, like
doctors and technicians. We rely on the media and authorities. We profit
from, as much as we have to be careful of, society's ruling forces.

393. The name Proper alleviates any fear of possible spiritual powers that
could be harmful and negative. It invites us to an unconditional trust in all
life being healthy and soundly constructed, even if this is not evident.
During visits with Proper in our spirit, this will always be confirmed; not
by: 'I tell you so', but by experiencing Her/His calming assurance.

394. When faced with sick or destructive connections, we usually react
with trying to sever them, and replace them with less negative ones.
On earth, this will never result in guaranteed or permanent solutions.
The negative state is one of disconnectedness and adversity. Yet speaking
with the one Proper will convince us that we are safe and can move on.

395. The merging of our spirit with the spirit of Proper leads to a strong
conviction about our ultimate personal value. Our mission here places us
in an environment that invariably distorts even our finest achievements.
But through our spiritual contact, we are reminded that, in principle, all
connecting is an offshoot of I AM's vigorous and all-inspiring embrace.

91

396. Every connection serves a beautiful purpose. It is there, so that more
lovemaking can happen. Saying the name Proper with honest awe and joy
energizes all positive influences on our lives. The negative ones have to
back off, as they are not grounded in reality. How much this will change
our behavior is not the issue. Crucial is, whether we want to be aligned.

397. If it was possible, we all would love to know in detail what the
intention of people's actions are. Often we think we can figure it out, to
have to admit later that we were wrong. What we took for a noble
motivation may turn out to be self-serving. It is easy to get disillusioned
by influential people or virtuous causes. Yet often we ignore the lessons.

398. We have the same problem with figuring out ourselves. Often we
just do not know where certain impulses or feelings come from. We
suspect that there are links with memories, fears or expectations hiding in
our system. But how do we measure their impact, knowing that so many
factors play a role: our upbringing, genes, conditionings, chemistry, etc.?

399. The beautiful message of this booklet is that each of us can come
clean with any connection that we suspect being negative. The simplicity
of the word proper, and the all-ness it stands for, tells us to, first of all, see
ourselves as the hub from which our life branches out, towards the past
and into today. We are the affecting factor. Proper works through us.

400. The point is, to never see ourselves as victim, or failure. The fourth
name covers us. We are based in the eternal perfection. That is our prime
connection. Our situation and behavior on earth may make this into a
joke, but now we know that we still belong to the one sturdy reality. We
can choose that reality as direction in which we are going to react.

all is right and of beauty

401. The name Proper highlights the structure of existence. We appreciate
a structure as strong, well-designed and reliable. Above all, capable to
carry the weight. These features are indeed covered by the fourth name
of the one who also is life's totality. But two special characteristics of the
universe's structure stand out. They are: flexibility and all-ness.

402. Every unit or entity exists as an interactive combination of segments.
We humans are composed of millions of features. It goes on, ad infinitum,
that life consists of a collaboration of parts, in the wide cosmos out there,
and in the micro-cosmos within. We are so used to this that we, unless
there is a malfunction, have complete confidence in this being normal.

403. There is a distinct reason for this situation. The ever-touching, joining
and 'embracing' of the different parts reflects the origin and nature of
reality. All things are, forever and integrally, connected with their source.
More precisely, all structures exist in order to represent the ever exciting,
new, changing and creative nature of the One from whom life flows.

404. We therefore must rethink the concept that the structure of I AM
- the standard for all structures -is inflexible, monolithic, frozen or
unchangeable. If that were so, the greatest act of love could never have
taken place. This was that, when a segment of life turned into a caricature,
into its opposite, I AM did not destroy it, but embraced the affected parts.

405. The freedom to design the structure of existence stands out in the
nature of I AM. As result of it we see the majestic all-ness of love. This
provides us with a glorious model, after which the whole universe shapes
itself. In bits and pieces, we here can reprogram the faculties of our mind,
so that we too can function as agents of true reality.

93

406. The structure of the universe, and of all that exists, parallels the
second name, Love. It highlights the composition of the multifaceted and
all-affecting dynamics of love. Healing, the fifth name of I AM, parallels
the third name, Truth. It stresses the process of the ever self-perfecting
nature of reality. Proper beams the female, Healing the male music of life.

407. Everything is right about the one reality, from its totality to the way
all parts cooperate to keep the universe going. It is the desire of each
participant in life to do so. We may have lost the direct connection with
that desire, but this will not be held against us, as it is precisely our mission
to operate in a world that is rife with dysfunction, conflicts, and decay.

408. As stated so many times already, it is by placing ourselves in the
intimate proximity of One Holy, that, as it were, an inner light allows us
to see that nothing is disturbing or threatening. What happens then is that
the deep yearning inside of us for everything to be all right comes out of
the closet, and receives recognition as the faithful remnant of true reality.

409. Things, all things, are right. But we do not believe it because we look
for signs of this in the external world. When, there, things go our way we,
most likely, consider them to be correct and proper, like they should.
Yet how feeble and short-lived are successes on earth. They may signal
some 'properness', but only the deep longing within us is eternity-based.

410. It is a glorious moment when in the presence of the one with the
name Proper, we feel clean, empowered, wise and in touch with reality.
It always comes with the desire to do what we can to bend our touching
and being touched toward enriching and beautifying the world around
and within us. It proves that our mind can align with our spirit core.

94

411. A human saying goes that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
When we see with the eyes of Her/Him who is the rightness of life, this
becomes true in all absoluteness. Our 'normal' vision or hearing can pick
up forms or sounds that we consider to be beautiful and uplifting, yet
much of this can be arbitrary and subject to mood or circumstance.

412. When we approach the world around us from a spirit of love and
realism, we use universally-practiced standards for enjoying the beauty of
life. We do not need to criticize the cheapness and ugliness on earth that is
held up as attractive. But our sensitivity to phony and misleading things
and situations does increase once we taste eternity's beauty.

413. Beauty is more than an esthetic impression. It does more than cause
excitement and stimulate sharing and indulging in it with others.
In its deepest sense, it represents the unmatched splendor of I AM, in
whom sparkles the glory of harmony, freshness and pure joy.
This makes beauty into something that never becomes boring or jaded.

414. We know that analyzing the components of something we consider
beautiful does not necessarily contribute to enjoying it more. Yet in view
of the all-ness of She/He who is proper, each fragment and its connections
is, to the core, perfect in its glamour. This is not detectible on earth, where
everlasting beauty is unknown, except for small hints of its presence.

415. When we are in touch on the spiritual level with beauty in its fullness,
we may look at everything with different eyes. It is such a challenge to see,
in principle, each and every presence in life, whether considered beautiful
or not, as of a singular quality, having the potential to give joy through the
delicacies of its unique and colorful features.

95

416. We humans struggle uncomfortably with whether anything is just or
fair. So many inequities float around in our own person and in society.
It solicits pessimism, frustration, skepticism and other negative feelings.
It often seems as if all structures and systems on earth are corrupt,
unreliable and a potential threat. This goes for all of the negative state.

417. It is discouraging that so many people suffer from preventable
miseries, like hunger, oppression, prejudices and certain illnesses.
It seems to boil down to the absence of a collective will to change this
degrading situation. Behind this, though, is the irreversible phenomenon
on earth that the very structure of life itself is tampered with.

418. Moving away, as our ancestors did, from the light that illuminates,
warms and energizes, creates its own darkness. In it, everything can
become confusing, maladjusted, unfair and a threat to health and safety.
When, on earth, one area improves, another deteriorates. This is not fate,
but the doing of defective minds and induced abnormalities.

419. Some people truly wish to promote justice, equality, freedom, health,
arts, human rights and fairness in distributing nature's riches. This desire
may come from being affected by the radiance of the fourth name.
But even if secondary gain or ego is involved, the results of those actions
can contribute to keeping alive a sense of what is normal and natural.

420. The irony is that we, and all of our world, belong to a structure that
has already survived its own potential collapse. The negative state still
continues on its deceitful path, and some of its fabricators still believe they
found a viable alternative to the lucid realm of Proper's structure. So, for
us here, the choice remains: representing true reality, or muddling on.

96

421. We can harbor an inner happiness, peace and joy that nobody can
take away from us. The reason for this is that it does not originate in, or is
dependent on, anything external. It is nurtured and strengthened by our
spirit within. It is the core of our spirit. It links us to the positive state,
where smiles and laughter dominate, instead of confinement or stress.

422. It is a most successful manipulation of our fabricators that they
conditioned our generation humans to expect life's goodies to come from
the outside world, from physical pleasures like food and sex, from
intellectual stimulation and from social settings and entertainment.
We can enjoy these, yet dependence on them still is a form of slavery.

423. Much laughter and humor on earth stems from efforts to escape
the frequently bleak picture of daily living. We say, it is better to laugh
than to cry. But this booklet invites us to bypass psychological detours
and go straight to the all-around happiness hiding within. This 'all around'
refers to our real self, our eternity-connected center.

424. When within our spirit we experience the light and strength of the
one who is Proper, it will affect the workings of our minds. However much
we may be conditioned by genes and other factors, everyone can change
toward more lightheartedness and inner joy. The universe is a happy one.
Being disconnected from it weighs us down. Yet smiles can break through.

425. The joy with which elements anywhere join together, in order to
strengthen life's structure, has to with their freedom to do so. There is no
true joy if there is no freedom. In this sense, the act of putting together the
universe is the sole achievement of volunteers; happy ones. The happy and
free spirit of Proper reverberates in all joints, configurations and unions.

97

426. The name Proper presents the functional perfection of all that exists.
All things the universe consists of is part of one and the same organism.
The core, content and totality of all existence is I AM. Everything is
relative to this central fact. Our eternal health is guaranteed, simply
because our systems are relative to I AM, who desires to be reflected.

427. The saying goes that if one member suffers, the whole body does.
This is so true. Even the tiniest segment of life is a full participant in the
formation of its structure. As such, it contributes to the health and strength
of the one great universal organism, as much as it receives from it.
When it malfunctions, it concerns the well-being of life's totality, I AM.

428. Concerns for their well-functioning dominate our human societies.
Rightly, we sense that not just our physical health is important, but that
the social structures we belong to should also be in good shape, so that life
is safe and orderly. The bad news is that the fundamental brokenness of
life on earth inhibits an everything-including restoration of well-being.

429. The good news is that in our inner sanctuary, in the presence of
One Holy, we can embrace our own sacredness, and experience moments
of distance from our deficiencies and debilitating diseases.
How effective the liberation of our psyche from evil will be, is mainly up
to us. In the areas of our physical health, we have much less control.

430. When structures fall apart or weaken, as happens with human bodies,
relationships, society's fabric and nature, it reminds us of our mortality,
and of our world itself perhaps coming to an end one day.
If we do not recognize our spiritual self, or life's eternal texture, all our
speculations about the future of earth can only draw from unreliable data.

98

431. The name Proper captures the undefeatable, uncompromising and
ever lively strength of everything in existence. Being intricate structures
ourselves, and our belonging to life's one organism, make our presence
an important factor in the universe; notwithstanding our present
participation in the endeavors of the negative state.

432. Even if our personal life goes reasonably well, we know that
perfection escapes us and any earthly entity, big or small. Talking about
eternity as a state of forever reaching more perfection may sound good, but
it is an empty notion, unless we know exactly what we talk about. Even so,
it still may seem boring there. What is left to do, when all is in place?

433. The, by now familiar, trap is that we see perfection as the summit of
what we consider right, beautiful, just and healthy. We, indeed, have a
hard time knowing what we are talking about. But when, on our spiritual
level, we visit with Her/Him who is Proper, we know that we witness an
awesomely sublime space, although we will not be able to describe it.

434. Some dreamers do imagine a perfect world: one without the miseries,
brokenness and worries that we experience here on earth. Yet when we
take perfection as the opposite of anything negative or restricted, we
approach the concept from the wrong, from the external, direction.
Only our innermost connection can trigger the right ideas about perfection.

435. All that is not right on earth - which is everything -is not to be seen
as the opposite of perfection. It is part of it. It is part of the majestic
occurrence that love and rightness are being tested. Any suspicion that
these two could be something automatic is publicly played out, in order to
forever dispel it. For this, our special cycle of time was created.

99

436. Whether life on earth, the way it is functioning now, will improve or
deteriorate as measured by our standards, does not just depend on what
we humans do, or do not. Our greatest contribution to eternity is whether
we choose to treat ourselves as the precious investment that we are, or
continue to judge our lives only by earthly, external, successes.

437. People have discovered that there is a tremendous pay-off in
positioning ourselves squarely in the presence of the one who is Proper.
That presence is the light by which we see, sense and feel what is right.
In other words, it brings out the best in us. We may try to argue, turn away
from the light, or prefer our ideas, but the beaming presence will not waver.

438. It is as with speaking the truth. Not lying makes life so much less
complicated. So it is with choosing, as a matter of principle, to be a
positive, respectful, pleasant, fun-loving and joy-giving person. We can
put our mind on a track that switches from serving only ourselves, to one
that supports health, work, freedom, equality and justice for all people.

439. Living within the radius of the fourth name completely defines our
political agenda. Regardless of our personal preferences, the all-presence
of Proper leaves no margin of error with regard to us humans being,
together with nature and all creatures or things, one family, one household.
We are all lover and beloved of the one in, and before whom, we exist.

440. This does not mean it is easy for us to bring order amidst so much
chaos and unwillingness to seek solutions. Many good intended initiatives
backfire. Yet there is no excuse to not have Proper as our mentor, friend,
comforter, fortress and daily joy -and this, until our last day on earth, and
to the best of our spiritual, mental and behavioral ability.

the power of 'propriety'

441. The power of propriety is in the fact that the universe and all that is
in it, is not just there, but is part of a lively organism. Its intricate systems
are not something neutral or accidental. They all serve the desire within
the core of I AM to experience all that exists as a presence to interact with
as partner and beloved. That constitutes reality.

442. We can always fall back upon this universal situation when questions
about what is right or wrong, or the why's and when's, jump on us. And
they will, sooner or later. We still live in a fog. We are so limited in
knowing exactly what the organism that carries our name is all about.
Yet, considering life's total picture is pure wisdom.

443. We can look at any detail of our lives - whether it is a cell, molecule,
organ, thought, feeling or activity -and focus on it while in the presence
of I AM. The technical aspects of how those parts function is not the issue
here. But what we may clearly see is that each part is meant to do a perfect
job. And that is the message our mind can give them, to go for that.

444. What about our sick parts, those that obviously malfunction, causing
pain or threaten our lives? It is extremely important that we do not fall in
the trap of hating them, or pretending they are not really part of us.
Instead, we can in our minds approach those parts with a gentle yet firm
appeal to heal. That way we transmit to them what Proper radiates to us.

445. This also applies to the fact that we are segments of a social structure
and part of our natural environment. What is sick in that, we can try to
correct. We can protect ourselves, as well as we can, against destructive
forces. We take medication, support positive actions, and can, as a matter
of principle, promote health, justice, joy and all things right and beautiful.

101

446. Thinking that we can undo the corruptness of the inner workings of
our planet is a delusion. Our world is made dysfunctional, in order to serve
the purpose for its 'creation'. This dysfunction allowed for exploration of
an alternative way of life, in which I AM does not play a role. Only when
this situation is illustrated, for all to see, can it be embraced, or rejected.

447. The statement that this planet and everything on it cannot really
improve, considering its faulty beginnings, will be met with much
resistance. Yet turning our thinking around and observing things from our
closeness to One Holy, challenges the purposefully injected lie that the
flow of life is determined by external forces, and not by the spirit within.

448. This is not said to discourage human efforts aimed at protecting the
good in life and the desire to embellish it with safety, beauty and joy.
On the contrary, these words point to the road leading to positive change
for all people in all circumstances. The flow of life is from within to
without. So our ability to enrich is well-rooted within our spirit.

449. We associate the word structure with something that is built.
This is so true. All of life is a construction, and not an accidental one.
There is a blueprint. It is in the mind of I AM, inspired by being only love.
In that sense, life's structure is the mind of I AM. Whatever comes up in it
- which is everything - takes on its own form and function.

450. This does not mean that the I AM of all, as it were, single-handedly
energizes, shapes and controls the universe; or us, for that matter.
From the center of life's all-ness the sphere and modes of existence exude.
They appear as goodness, wisdom, properness and healing. They act as
principles, rules or 'laws', through which the myriads of life-forms evolve.

102

451. When new forms of life materialize, the spirit, sphere, energy and
model of I AM is present at every step of the process. We could say that
this alone secures the fact that nothing can come into existence by force, or
as inferior. Any addition to the universal structure is based on the free will
of all participants: material, energies, spheres, products and humans alike.

452. This explains why we can talk about all that exists, small and big,
wherever it is located, as a reflection or mirror of the beauty and fullness
of its source. All parts want to do this. Their 'will' or ability to choose
is quite different than what we humans consider as such. But each and
every particle has the innate equivalent of what we call freedom of choice.

453. We know that for anything to look or function as it does, a multitude
of factors plays a role. Science has identified many laws and principles in
the workings of life. Yet those types of laws mainly explain the surface
factors of what goes on. Meaning, or 'emotional' content, the mind-set, is
usually left out; in addition to all of earth's 'laws' being flawed anyway.

454. Having the light of the fourth name glow in us, and saying the name
as a tribute to the all-glory of life, positions us in the center of its field of
power. This pertains to everything our life consist of. Despite our
imperfections, we may realize that we are ultimately composed of
elements of pure beauty, wholesomeness, freedom and happiness.

455. Experiencing life and its all-connectedness this way, leads to a
mind-set different than most of us operate by now. It will cause us to
break ranks with traditional, cultural, popular, insular and self-centered
thinking. Meeting personally with the one who is Proper is a thoroughly
liberating experience. It allows us to see life as it is meant to be.

103

456. It is a nice metaphor, to call the total structure in which all exists, the
'building' in which life universal takes place. It includes the materials it is
made of, and, of course, its 'architect'. The universe is the safe haven for
all its inhabitants. Moments of exposure to its beauty already now, in our
spirit -and for certain after our physical death - surpass anything.

457. The intricate systems by which the true reality functions are, for us,
impossible to grasp. For one thing, they lack completely the feature of
dependency, which in our world is the most notorious prerequisite for
anything to survive. Just take our need for oxygen. What, for us, is pure
necessity, emerges in the real world from joyful volunteering.

458. Another difference is the absence of our idea of time. We calculate
the strength and composition of our projects with an eye on the calendar.
We think of how long is it supposed to last, when parts must be replaced,
etc.. We know that, at some time, somewhere, deterioration sets in.
This anxiety- and tension-provoking perspective real life does not know.

459. All systems work to perfection when they reflect the core of all life,
which is the reality of love and the 'loving realness'. This is not just a
spiritual principle. It is the prime force of life itself at work. It proves now,
through us too, that what the name Proper stands for, survives the poisons
of ego, abuse, boredom, dependency and decay.

460. Those in the universe who are aware of the situation on earth, have
the choice to opt for joining our way of life. No one does. Those who
volunteered to be born here for a specific mission were thoroughly briefed
about earth's unnatural situation. As all memories were erased, they were
left with only a weak sense of what is right. But now, there is more.

104

461. Throughout human history, people have acted upon the tiny remnant
of true life within them. They correctly concluded that our world is not all
there is. They often were not aware at all where their uneasiness with the
status quo came from. But many took the little voice within us as
authentic, and chose to listen to it, using it as their guide through life.

462. Now, it can happen to anyone that the sense of there being 'more to
life' increases to a point that they desire to act upon it. We can get side-tracked
or enter dead-end streets when tradition, religion or popular
personalities tell us what to do and how to interpret our enlightenment.
But we can resist that temptation, and keep I AM's flame inside burning.

463. Children often have a keen sense of life's proper proportions, until
they 'grow up'. Artists feel inspired to reach what lies beyond the surface
and give it a form. Innovators, scientists and adventurers are not satisfied
with the obvious. Candid, sensitive and motivated people may treasure
the skeleton of realness inside. So can we all, if we want to.

464. Some people who learn to see life in its proper dimensions become
martyrs for it. Many remain anonymous. Yet a few acquire a large
following; frequently after their death more than while alive. Memories of
them are kept alive by organizations that promote their ideas. Yet,
venerating persons of the past is more distracting than truth-inspiring.

465. The uphill battle for each person is to not rely on what others say, do
or believe. The wisdom to see life's systems in their proper function and
context hides within each individual. However distorted they still may
look now, the basis and purpose of all structures is, also on earth, their
ability to represent solidity, camaraderie and the joy of serving the whole.

105

466. As stated already, when we experience the rightness of all that exists,
through the wisdom of I AM within, we establish our own home-base in
the spiritual realm. But as we are all also part of a society, we can make it
a point to be constructive participants in the fight for building a healthy
environment for as many people as possible.

467. The beauty and satisfaction of being an agent of the positive state
lies in the fact that we operate as the sane part of the collective human
brain. Directly and indirectly, consciously and intuitively, we can send
out signals for how to make the best of our deeply conflicted predicament.
Whether others heed to our insight and example is not up to us.

468. In the construction of the universe is place for everyone and
everything. It is the indescribable vigor of life's edifice that it provides
room for attempts to replace it. The positive state is never on the defensive.
At one point, all 'deserters' of life's oneness will realize they have been
wrong. True life has no alternative; and it cannot be stopped.

469. There are written testimonies about what some people in the past
experienced who did gain insight on life's fundamental composition.
Some of these documents are declared holy and treated as such. However,
any story is void of practical or spiritual value if the reader or hearer
avoids meeting, personally, with Proper, in whom we all have our place.

470. Most religious movements address spiritual and moral issues.
This booklet explains that all positive efforts come from the same source.
They originate in the perfect nature of the one who is Proper in all
absoluteness. The universe, and all in it, is modeled after Her/Him.
Anyone can proudly represent the fourth name with the person they are.

106

471. The moment the personal connection in our innermost spiritual level
is blocked, externalization sets in. Instead of communicating with Proper
directly, we tend to turn to substitutes like holy books, rituals, symbols or
prayer routines. Or we avoid it all together. Whatever the reason for this,
the spine of life becomes replaced with hollow habits.

472. The edifice of life is strong, elegant, comfortable, safe and inviting.
In our terms, it is a true home or castle. Nothing is lacking. Every part in
and of it contributes freely. Its construction is as intricate as it is clear. Its
space is filled with laughter, colors, fragrances and sounds, geared to give
joy to each and everyone. It is rife with challenges that never disappoint.

473. Being offered this positive information does not mean we should
treat it as a beautiful dream, or start longing for good things to come.
This would take away from the mental energy we need for daily living.
The song in our heart that this pleasant picture can create is not about our
future, it is our reality today. In our spirit, we can already thrive on it.

474. The workings of our psyche are in many ways erratic. Many wonder
whether a 'normal', fully balanced person exists; correctly so.
The same goes for things we call perfectly beautiful and right. If they
would occur, they would invalidate the reason for earth to exist as it is.
In spite of all that functions well, earth stands for 'enemy' territory.

475. Opposites of what is proper are ugliness, weakness, decay, confusion
and everything that does not bring joy. We face these on a daily basis, also
in our personal lives. Yet the name Proper can serve as a beacon for our
thoughts, a measure for our judgments and inspiration for our feelings.
There is no limit to the wellness from which we originate and belong to.

107

476. All joining, assemblage and incorporation, on any level and in all
circumstances, is the result of love at work. For us, the challenge is to
show that. No structure, relationship or organism without love has lasting
value. We can invest in it anyway, but then we decorate our own grave, so
to speak. Adopting the sphere of the fourth name decorates the dance floor.

477. It is moving to see children who have no toys to play with, act out
their desire to make something beautiful, funny or endearing. Anything
they find lying around can serve that purpose. We can look at ourselves,
whether or not we are still in touch with that deep yearning for things
pleasant, satisfying, beautiful, safe, and a joy. It can be activated.

478. We are, in every respect, a detail of a wider entity: the universe and
the fullness of I AM. It is a strange position to be in. On one hand we, as
part, are responsible for not living up to the glory of full life's splendor, even if
we do not enjoy polluting it. On the other hand, it can be so
comforting to know that despite our dysfunctions, life sings anyway.

479. We can train our mental faculties, the way we think, judge, believe
and plan, to not waste time and energy with anything belying our closeness
to the one who is Proper. She/He can be the light, strength and blueprint in
all our earthly situations. Our life's goal is not perfection. It is to be honest,
caring and, by reflecting Proper, be beautiful, just and happy.

480. We are born within the building of life. We did not built it. But, once
in it, we participate. We did not make the universe the majestic occurrence
it is, but now, knowing more about it, we can adjust our ways of thinking
and spending time and energy. Eternity is captured, not by the pseudo-creation
earth itself, but by the beauty of true life breaking through on it.

HEALING

the wholeness of life

481. The words wholeness, wholesomeness, health, healing, holy and
holiness are closely related in the language these words are written in.
We could add words like oneness and all-ness, as also reflecting what
they try to convey. Yet in the fifth name of the one who is life's totality,
I AM, two monumental features stand out.

482. One feature is that the name 'Healing' acknowledges the situation in
which we humans, with all of the negative state, find ourselves. For us on
earth, the word healing is primarily understood as restoration of what is
broken or sick. The fifth name, indeed, carries this in its banner.
All that is broken, for whatever reason, will be healed.

483. Of the seven names, it is the only one directly referring to the
completely novel situation that what was grand and healthy, became
challenged, taken out of context, fractured, and offered as an alternative
to life as it truly is. For this to happen, a special cycle of time was
introduced, the era of the pseudo-world, formed by the human species.

484. The name Healing for I AM includes the outcome of this one-time-only
occurrence, which touches all of the universe to its core. Even those
not directly affected by it, sense the crucial significance of having the
authenticity of their source and center put to the test. They see a part of
their one world descending into darkness. Above all, it changed I AM.

485. The human race was asked to find out whether freedom had any
limits, and whether acting and reacting with love was indeed a free
choice for each existing particle and unit. They were promised that
whatever the result of their explorations, they would not be deserted, and
would be offered a return to the world they came from, if they wished.

111

486. The power to make whole again and heal, alludes specifically to the
human pursuit and its negative outcome. But the rest of the universe is also
covered by the fifth nature of I AM. It represents the way life proceeds.
This is the second feature that stands out majestically. It says that literally
everything in, and of, the universe is on the move toward more perfection.

487. In other words, healing does not start with brokenness; it starts in the
realm of perfection. It is the force behind the movements that produce
ever more new and exciting additions, in every possible direction.
The universe is forever unfolding. The process by which this happens is
what the fifth name is all about. It presents the ever active 'mind' of I AM.

488. In its broadest sense, healing means 'making whole again' -our
situation -, and 'making more whole' - the universal position. A catchy
way of saying this is that healing is all about perfecting the perfection.
This is the mind-set of the totality of life, I AM. It is solely dedicated to
unfolding to more splendor everything that emanates into a form of life.

489. In operational terms, the process by which all of reality unfolds is
the materialization of goodness and wisdom. Both are the constituents of
the spirit core of I AM. What transpires there, does not stay hidden. It
instantly creates thought patterns and desires, intentions and directions.
The mingling of life's three layers, initiated within, is life occurring.

490. This all is an ongoing process. Nothing is ever stagnant in the real
reality. The 'busy-ness' of life has nothing to do with restlessness, or with
a need to progress in order not to regress or be left behind.
On earth, we operate by those dynamics. 'More' is taken as a must, and in
many ways creates more dependency and disquietude.

112

491. When our ancestors - the fifth human generation - shaped our type
of humans, they deliberately manipulated our brains, senses, metabolism,
nerve systems, etc., by hooking them up to outside sources of survival.
They made us dependent on air and food, other people and the structures
of society. We have little freedom left to substantially control our lives.

492. We are always 'busy'. Our body is. Countless processes go on outside
of our awareness. We have no control over them. Even if we would stop
our bodies by committing suicide, their components just change course
and join other configurations. Our mind never sleeps, even if our body
does. Some call it frantic, the way our systems run all of the time.

493. It is no wonder that we seek pockets of rest, peacefulness, quietness
and calm. We find them on vacation, by sleeping, goofing off, meditating
or by avoiding life's 'rat race'. Yet most of these methods still need the
cooperation of external sources: money, time, a place, or tolerant people.
The only spot where life loses its 'hecticness' is within our inner sanctuary.

494. Being dependent on external sources is the way life works, we think.
This booklet says that it is not. As the name Proper revealed, everywhere
in the universe occurs a spontaneous joining, interacting and sharing.
And this not based on neediness or dependency. It originates in the desire,
joy and pride to enrich each other and life's totality.

495. Our ancestors 'glued' the attention of their offspring to the external
world, as they saw no other way to substitute I AM's personal presence.
It is up to us to prove their efforts futile, if we want to. This booklet can
facilitate that process. It tells us that our dependency on externals is not
just bothersome in general, but that it violates our innate freedom.

113

496. Healing, or becoming more whole, is a process. It is ongoing. As it is
a name of I AM, it means that it pertains to all of reality. The name invites
us to look at any part of ourselves or our environment, and see it not just in
its proper function now, but also as in a state of progression. In the true
reality only one direction is chosen. It is the move toward more perfection.

497. On earth, it seems of little importance that we can view all parts and
particles in life as being on their own journey. Yet it is the radiance of the
fifth name that illuminates the whole happening of life, in its details and its
totality. It is a liberating realization that traveling and arriving are basically
the same. Everything is already whole. Thus 'healing' defines existing.

498. This does not make sense to us on earth. Yet, it can be said more
specifically. Everything is already whole in the eyes of I AM. Nothing is
present in the mind and person of One Holy -and therefore also not in the
universe - that is not whole and moving as currents of I AM's spirit
towards more splendor. It is the reality of being in live, so it is our reality.

499. The implications of being already whole, as far as I AM is concerned,
are fundamental. One is that the most existential question for every person
in the negative state is placed before us: Do we continue to observe our
situation with our human eyes and minds, or are we so close to reality that
we can see things through the eyes of One Holy?

500. Using the expression 'seeing through who's eyes' is not just a manner
of speaking. On our mental level is processed not only what comes from
outside, but also what comes from within -from our spirit and its direct
connection with the source of life itself. Our mind can 'see', intuit, select,
judge and picture. But, like our body's eyes, we can close our mind's-eye.

114

501. Merging on the spiritual level with the one life force is not 'just'
something spiritual. It is reconnecting with an actual force that will cause
changes, if we want them. One of them is the healing of our inner eyesight,
so that we can discern more clearly the movements and direction of our
own mind, besides perceiving the happy presence of Healing Him/Herself.

502. Why does not everyone opt for having their inner eyesight restored?
For one, it does not seem a necessity. The reason being, that we are
conditioned to ignore our closeness to, and journey with, the one who is
Healing as not relevant to survival. But secondly, even if it does become
a personal experience, sharing it with others may create problems.

503. Our journey through life is, to a point, a lonely one; in our negative
state, that is. We are all unique and therefore different. In that sense, it is
all but impossible to speak each other's spiritual language, especially when
trying to explain our inner life. There is not much tolerance for belief
systems different than our own anyway, as human history shows.

504. It is only when we see our traveling companion, Healing, as also the
friend of other people and other things, that we create a vision of happy
wholeness in all regions of our minds. It is not just us, heading to more
fulfillment, but we journey that path with all participants of life. Through
the wisdom in our spirit we can sense this, and feel close to all of them.

505. This booklet recognizes the resistance to opening our spiritual eyes,
and the reason for it. Yet its message culminates in telling the awesome
ultimate result of our blindness, which is that the nature of I AM includes
now its exposure to corruption and rejection. To use our time frame, I AM
was different before this cycle of time, marked by the human blindness.

115

506. It seems paradoxical that the fullness of life, because of being
challenged and denied by the fifth human generation, continued to grow
despite the efforts to eliminate and replace it. We are still in the midst of
efforts to show that Healing is not all of life, or Proper, or Love, or Truth.
Yet He/She is. And there is a way to prove it.

507. The most convincing proof of the grand wholesomeness of life is our
deep longing for it. Probing this can lead us straight into meeting the one
who is Healing. His/Her presence teaches us the liveliness of our traveling,
with its component of already having arrived and being home. Our insight
now includes knowing that all things here progress toward healing.

508. We cannot perceive this vision with our earthly eyes. In many ways,
in spite of technical advances and other 'improvements', the family of and
on our planet seems to face a bleak future. But bleak or not, we have the
chance to travel on, from day to day, as responsibly as we can, treasuring in
our spirit, and processing in our mind, our friendship with Healing.

509. It is just as with Love and Truth. One Holy is them both. They always
are together: joined, wedded. So with Proper and Healing. They each
represent life's fullness, as a beautiful structure and as ongoing unfolding.
Together, they reveal the mind of I AM; a mind we can mirror.
We can celebrate, internally, the marriage of rightness and unfurling.

510. The image of a marriage is intended to evoke a sphere of happiness,
enrichment, and above all, one of adventure. Existing is full of surprises -pleasant
ones. Life's versatility means that anything can happen.
As all life comes from love, there is no end to celebrating its freshness and
creativity. There is no dull moment anywhere in the universe.

116

511. There is a youthfulness to the appearance of I AM as Healing.
Unfolding to more wholeness shows an open-endedness that stimulates
healthy risks. To many people, the road towards the future looks arduous.
And, ultimately, we all have to surrender to dying. So, youthful bravura
and risk-taking are not commonly seen as appropriate or wise.

512. In the positive state, what will happen with this part or with that, is of
little concern. For one thing, nothing has to happen or is supposed to grow
or expand. Changing, or unfolding, is like anything else a matter of freely
choosing to do it. The opportunities to change are treasured, as everything
is of one mind with One Holy. It reflects the all-out liveliness in I AM.

513. The other thing to remember is the fact that everything, in its own
right, is a world unto itself. Each subatomic and smaller particle in our
tissue is. Comparing, let alone worrying, or being jealous, is completely
absent in the real world of the positive state. Each part can take care of
itself. This creates a lightheartedness, equally shared by all segments.

514. Will there ever be an end to expanding? How more whole can things
become? Somewhere there must be a limit, we think. Expanding cannot go
on forever. Otherwise things get in each other's way. Overpopulation or
traffic problems here show it. This gets exacerbated by the fact that in the
real world no regression whatsoever occurs. So, how long can it go on?

515. It is ironic that during our short life on earth, most of us, admitting it
or not, crave for more: more health, possessions, longevity, security, status,
etc.. Yet we have difficulty accepting that we are already part of an eternal
blessedness, in which happiness only increases. We dismiss this, or treat it
as a fantasy. Yet, the positive state is happening, here and now.

117

516. Reality has no boundaries. Everything is part of its unfolding towards
more wholeness and wholesomeness. There is no end to this. Any part can
change when it desires to have a different experience. Nothing is set in
stone. Nothing is stagnant. All is vibrantly alive, perfecting the perfection,
and honoring the glorious fifth name of I AM.

517. Most of the time, for us, feeling whole is indeed that, a feeling. It
may occur at moments that circumstances not even seem to warrant this
immensely gratifying sense of completeness, harmony and inner peace.
No one else can give us this feeling. It comes from within. It also is
unpredictable. We cannot force ourselves to feel at ease and fulfilled.

518. Throughout human history, reaching an advanced state of well-being
has been linked to the use of certain substances, like drugs that create a
sense of euphoria. We also can set up a sphere, conducive to lofty feelings,
or let waves of hysteria from crowds or loved ones sweep us away. But
just feeling whole inside can lift up our spirits and produces an inner smile.

519. These words do not criticize any pleasure derived from outside
sources. We all seek our own roads toward having the best time possible.
What this booklet does, is to simply point to the fifth name as the source
of wholesomeness. Not that the one who is Healing will give us the
sensation that everything is well. The name says, We are already whole.

520. The strength of our wholesomeness is that it is not dependent on any
stimulant from outside. Traveling by the light of the fifth name makes life
as complete as it will ever get on earth. That light is not a substitute or
correspondence. It is 'it'. The joyous sparkling eyes of our companion
Healing can always brighten our day. Nothing is lacking in our spirit.

118

perpetual motion

521. Everything is caught up in movements. Even an 'inanimate' object
has forces working in it that enables it to stay a unit. Changes go on,
including in the physical parts of what we call dead. Life is on the move
all the time, with all its components, in us and around us. The issue here is
whether this all has meaning. We cannot stop the process.

522. As we do so often, we accept much of what goes on in life as a given.
We shrug off as 'one of those things' that nothing ever stops changing and
moving, in case we do consider for a moment the strangeness of it.
Yet this element of progression in all of existence defines the scope of life.
It defines the start of life, how long it will go on, and in which direction.

523. The answer to questions about life's first movement, or its last, is
relatively easy. The answer to both is the same: There never was a first
step and there never will be a last one. After all, it is what eternity is all
about: no beginning and no end. Can we understand this? Intellectually,
No. Existentially, Yes. We can relate to it. And why not? We are eternal!

524. We can experience some of life's infinite expansion when we are
in close contact with the one life force of all existence, time, space and
density. It is not that we then get a clear picture. Yet some of eternity is
tangible. We originate in life's eternal source, so we could say it is in our
blood to feel at home in an existence that has no need for time or distance.

525. As pointed out before, certain types of ecstasy, exposure to nature,
during sex, when being in love, or having success, can give a foretaste of
a world without confining boundaries. Yet mirroring Healing's character
of unfolding to 'more', is not tied to certain circumstances or emotions.
It can be in our hearts all the time, the knowing that we are arriving.

119

526. At this point, another pertinent question can be raised. In many ways
we observe that life moves on, changes its appearance, and is never the
same. Laws, like those of physics or biology, explain much of this.
But how do we interpret it? Is this good or bad? Or a mixture of the two?
Do the moves and changes everywhere signal progression or regression?

527. Logically, we react with: It all depends. For instance eating. Food
renews our vitality, yet at the cost of labor and the sacrifice of plants or
animals. What for one is bread, means having to be dead for another.
We may pay lip service to the dilemma, good or bad, deterioration or
progress, but we usually follow our personal and cultural habits anyway.

528. The mind-boggling information the fifth name contains is that the
movement toward more wholeness pertains to all elements in the universe,
without exception. Life is a festive procession in which, literally, all
beings participate. The air is music and the road a red carpet. Anticipation,
as well as pride in achievements, make every step feel light and inspired.

529. We have to be careful not to paint rosy pictures of what can or should
be our reality. Yet, regularly lifting up the fifth name as banner of also our
personal trajectory, will make our steps lighter and our mood brighter.
Deep down, we can know that in spite of whatever obstacles, our journey
connects with 'home'. It just is the process of, and in, all that exists.

530. All of this is to say that everything is progressing. There is no such
thing as regression, even if, for all practical purposes, the negative state
seems to present the unflattering picture of just that. There cannot be real
regression, as it would suggest a diminishing of fullness within the totality
of life's I AM. Our ancestors were asked to explore this anyway.

120

531. It has to be said bluntly: What qualifies in our world as regression,
or as lacking positive progress, is an offense to the harmonious order by
which I AM proceeds. Sadly enough, 'everything' on earth qualifies.
And yet, there is no room for any permanent decay, despite destructive,
pathetic and unnatural things that occur. They do serve a purpose.

532. Life flows from within to without, so all inner and outer activities
carry the traits of splendor that constitute the central force of all existence.
Everything in our world seems to contradict this. And, indeed, it portrays
what, theoretically, cannot occur, and yet still does. It accounts for the
aberration of lies, distortion, insanity and the illusion of true reality.

533. We may argue that the potential of having a world emerge other than
the one of total wholeness, could have remained buried deep in the inner
recesses of life's I AM. But it did not. I AM is life's perpetual motion.
What can be conceived within, emerges as potential. Therefore, also this
unimaginable 'impossibility' had to be publicly addressed.

534. It took a multitude of 'eons' -in human linear time - to implement
the thought of no progression. Not just because of the unnaturalness of
questioning the ever perfecting nature of I AM. But also to protect the
integrity of the universe as a whole, without jeopardizing the freedom to
join the human pursuit. It causes this 'cycle of time' to surely stand out.

535. The pursuits of the latter human generations could be considered a
regression from life's fullness. In that sense, they are pseudo-realities or
delusions. Yet ultimately, they do not qualify as regression. Nothing does.
If the idea of a possible alternative world would have been suppressed,
that would have been stagnation. It would have caused life to self-destruct.

121

536. When, in human systems, growth and change are interrupted, it is
called a mental, social or personality disorder. We can live with most of
these. We do not expect ourselves or others to be perfect, or to live to the
fullest all the time. But this is not so for those living in the realm of the
positive state. We are, indeed, trapped in an exceptional situation.

537. The way to truly 'succeed' on earth is to accept our role in the key
occurrence of all existence. The stage is provided for acting out the denial,
obscuring and possible replacement of I AM as life's totality.
We act on that stage, conditioned by the perpetrators of this act of
'rebellion'. But we have many opportunities to resist following their script.

538. More than resisting what is negative and untrue, we also can see
through much of it. What we observe and suffer as regression, we can take
as being instrumental in exhausting the great lie that joy and success in life
can be found outside of the all-ness of Healing. To its own frustration, the
negative state finds itself enmeshed in the opposites of happiness.

539. In case we struggle with mental or physical defects that prevent us
from blossoming, we may know that in I AM's appearance as Healing, we
have a powerful 'builder of bridges' to everywhere: as both our friend
and companion. No obstacle can stop life from moving toward more
wholesomeness. We all are welcome to join the adventure.

540. Words will not convince anyone on earth to change their outlook.
First, there has to be an honest desire to question the road we walk on.
And what about spiritual or religious leaders, guru's, clergy, shamans, etc.?
Can they be instrumental in putting us on a path that liberates us from
falsities and energize our enthusiasm for our 'true self' taking charge?

122

541. Our learning from and trusting others should be critically looked at.
Belonging to whichever community means that we are exposed to
countless -mostly biased -influences and expectations. In addition to this,
we carry a full load of teachings from our past. So, awareness of which
message we listen to, is crucial for finding and establishing our identity.

542. We learn, not when we are flooded with information, but when we
honestly desire to know. Therefore, these words should not be pushed on
anybody. We can happily reject what they say, anyway. It would be wise,
though, to eschew any movement or group that pretends to know answers
and urges us to join their beliefs or organization.

543. In matters of spiritual relevance, only an honest analysis within our
innermost self gives insight. However, even on our spirit level we
encounter voices, hunches, images, sensations or signs that mimic the
presence of I AM. Those imposters can be extremely clever.
Actually, our spiritual path is cluttered with them and with other debris.

544. We have to keep imposters in mind, when we allow ourselves to get
close to a 'spiritual' leader. Even the slightest pressure to believe or follow
him or her or their particular ideas, disqualifies them as genuine. Only
when they deeply respect our honesty, it can indicate that they, too, may
walk with Healing. Then, we can have a productive meeting of the minds.

545. When we know in our heart the joy of traveling with the one who
always opens our eyes for new and unexpected sights, our life is quite rich.
Dependency on others decreases, and the sense of being on the right track
prevails. Worthwhile learning comes from sharing our journey with our
companion, beautifully named: One Holy, Love, Truth, Proper, Healing.

123

546. Unfolding to more wholeness comes with changes and flexibility.
It reflects the nature of I AM. It has us marching to the beat of true life.
It is a color of our sevenfold reflection of reality. Each of the names
represents fullness and perfection, so moving within their sphere is a
completely natural phenomenon. Dwelling on the past is abnormal.

547. We may feel gratitude when we remember good times, but longing
for the past has no meaning. This points to the fact that in the positive state
no unpleasant memories exist. Even more so, 'daily' activities there are
always satisfying, surprising and increasingly joyful. What we call past
and present blends there into an ever more tasty elixir.

548. In this context, we can easily see the significance of forgiveness.
It is highly unnatural to hold on to an event in our past and its emotional
content, letting that influence us. Not that we must forget - we cannot -,
or condone the bad that happened - we should not -, but we can move on.
Not forgiving means, not letting go. It keeps the wrong alive in our mind.

549. People fall victim to hideous crimes, as individual, or as part of a
group. Wherever possible, we can distance ourselves from violence and
evil. We can protest and fight it. Forgiving is not a gesture of largesse; it
simply shows that traveling with One Holy is our preference. It can
become our second nature to keep our minds clean by focusing on healing.

550. Forgiving ourselves is a conscious act also. It means admitting our
failure to act out of wisdom and love. It seeks a way toward restitution. It
wants to learn from our mistakes. With it comes an honest desire to avoid
repeating them. Without this kind of forgiveness, we remain chained to the
past, which is offensive to the one who is Healing. It prevents moving on.

124

551. It is easy to dismiss as unanswerable questions about the type of
forces involved in the genesis, sustenance and unfolding of the universe.
'They do what they do', we figure, if we wonder about them at all.
We guess there must be some source of power, beyond our human reach.
That source could be completely indifferent to the outcome of things.

552. This booklet says it is the opposite. For certain, the spirit core within
I AM and all that is emanated seems to 'do its own thing', regardless of us.
But actually, nothing is 'just there', stuck with what life hands out.
It is precisely our inner spirit connection with life's source that allows us
to participate in unfolding toward more likeness of I AM.

553. As everything originates in love, which includes the possibility to
change appearances, the joyful liveliness is everywhere. Love is the apex
of mobility, as it always augments joy and newness. To summarize:
nothing is stagnant, boring or automatic during the journey true life is.
Nor is anything hectic or relentless. Living is a happy adventure for all.

554. The great comfort for us on earth is not just that wounds heal over
time, or that nice surprises may be around the corner, but that we are
already a part of the new nature of I AM. That new nature incorporates the
parts that still deny or defy the altered situation. They show up in us also.
But those parts can change their mind. Nothing is final.

555. There is no ground for any fear of how I AM as Healing will react,
once we invite Him/Her to travel with us as our best friend. Ideas of
I AM being involved in wrath, punishment, judgment, condemnation,
sacrifices, or what have you, are all pure human projections. If those were
true, then that would signal decay! But no, fear and guilt are unnatural.

125

556. Yesterday's journey differs from today's or tomorrow's. Identifying
with the fifth name eliminates what may be uncomfortable about this.
Any time we think of it, we can treasure being engulfed by the spirited
currents of love on all levels. Earth time allows us to compare the
different stages we go through on our journey towards the true reality.

557. It is hard for us to consciously turn our upside-down situation on
earth around. It is not easy to start from the beginning, from the truth, the
real reality and hold on to the purpose of our being alive as the person we
are. But our days are not measured by what we here call progress. The one
who is Healing marvels when feeling our hands in His/Hers.

558. We can use our time to be productive. We can be very aware of the
clock ticking. We may live full lives till our last day on earth. We also can
stay on the side lines, or join destructive forces. Perhaps we will do some
of all of the above. But nobody needs to wonder about what really goes on.
Life is the elegant, agile and absorbing dance of making more love.

559. When illness or disasters hit us, we are almost forced to reevaluate
our position in life. Thinking and meditating may lead to deeper insight.
But it is not wise to wait until we are shocked into facing reality.
Taking out the map now, to see where we stand in life and eternity, is
more effective. This booklet offers reliable guidelines for it.

560. We are moving on. Like our planet keeps circling around the sun, we
are caught up in the movement of the eternally unfolding reality.
Our external world lives by its rhythms, seasons, stages and cadences.
They can serve as correspondences to life's most magnificent flow: the
spreading of more fullness, by having I AM's splendor unfold.

no death

561. Many efforts go into trying to make some sense of our dying, after
a certain number of years on earth. Dying in infancy, or before being
'officially' born, adds to the puzzle of how to interpret this phenomenon.
Reactions vary from a stoic 'who knows, such is life', to high hopes of
entering some sort of paradise. But what we say, we not necessarily feel.

562. Each individual has somehow to come to terms with her or his
demise. It will happen. Yet most of us have in common that, to a more or
lesser degree, we dislike thinking about it. We can use all kinds of excuses
or reasons for avoiding to deal with dying. Many people count on what
relevant words, rites, symbols, teachings and support their religion offers.

563. Underneath any approach to death and dying, whether it is clinical,
emotional or traditional, lies the unpleasantness of having to go through
this unavoidable and overwhelming transition. Two questions arise here.
Does something like dying exist in the positive state? And, does it make a
difference whether we die a 'natural', or a sudden, forced, death?

564. The answer to the first question is both a categorical and resounding
'No', and at the same time a categorical and resounding 'Yes'.
This is less confusing than it sounds. The problem is in our human words
for death: dying, life coming to a halt, cessation, and others that stress the
finality of what we observe. They say that a particular life is over.

565. This aspect is worth facing squarely. Not in order to cater to the
morbid thought that everything we see is on its way out. But, knowing the
fifth name, we should ask where the parts that will be separated by death
move to. What happens to our bodies is clear. The external parts change
their composition. They join other elements, for different uses.

127

566. While alive, we are conscious of our outer, internal and spiritual
layers. But each physical particle of our body also has its own spirit core.
We are unaware that it is the connection of our eternal spirit with the spirit
core of our body parts, that makes us feel and function as a whole person.
This, in general, keeps our life going. It applies to every unit in existence.

567. When we die, the experiences of the spirit of our physical and mental
parts stay integrated in our eternal spirit core. So, even if the external and
internal parts of our person detach when we die, spiritually, our former
body remains a constituent of our eternal volume. Because of this, we will
retain awareness of our earthly identity, for as long as we want.

568. We often try to soften the harshness of 'over is over', or 'dead is
dead'. Words are used like transition, passing on, leaving for a better
world, eternal sleep, etc.. Those believing in reincarnation add their own
set of descriptions to what they think happens after being dead on earth.
The irony is that death takes place every second true life is compromised.

569. For humans on earth, dying signifies the end of our mission here.
Regardless of what words are used, what doctrine believed in, or what
images floating through our mind, dying remains an individual occurrence.
Answering the first question: In the positive state, the equivalence of dying
is simply a change, when desired; without any negative connotations.

570. Having to die is a gross perversion of the freedom to change.
Moving on, and experiencing newness, is one of life's favorite modes.
It always occurs from free will, in the open, and never takes away from,
but always enriches everything one was involved in until that point.
So in this sense, death, moving on, or changing appearance, is exciting.

128

571. A direct implication of this is that, instead of trying to hold on to the
past, we can absorb the nature of our travel companion, Healing. His/Her
closeness comes with new vistas. All that was good yesterday and before,
represents eternity. So we can remember it fondly. But the principles of
love, truth, proper and healing call for a fresh and enriching 'today'.

572. It is the ever unfolding nature of I AM that marks the process of what
goes on in life, and where it leads to. We would not mind knowing where
our journey brings us. This booklet tells us. It says that life offers us
continually, on a daily basis, so to speak, the beautiful freedom that we
can choose what kind of person we want to be. Nothing is set in stone.

573. Many details of life's theater are too complicated for us to oversee.
But we do have a role to play on its stage -even if we would do nothing.
And, we are given some cues. For us, the seven names can serve as those
cues. They contain the whole majestic story of a universe that, for all in it,
continues to increase in fullness, variety and joy.

574. The other question was about whether there is a distinction between a
'natural' death and a forced one, as through accidents, crime, war, etc..
Actually, we could call all deaths on earth involuntary, forced on us by
aging or some other malfunction. Death here is never a happy occurrence.
It is the negative state's pitiful trump card.

575. The principal difference between an abrupt and forced death and a
fading away after a fulfilling life, is in what the two represent. A forced
death always represents the ultimate 'triumph' of our pseudo-creation, in
which everything is upside down, unnatural. A 'sweet' death, corresponds
with progressing through continually rewarding and intriguing stages.

129

576. Yet we have to be careful in making distinctions. What do we know
about the purpose of each other's mission, or personal agendas?
The time and manner of our death may be less arbitrarily than we think.
'Unconsciously', we all may participate more in our dying process than we
care to know. Ultimately, the purpose of our mission is the key here.

577. One thing should be very clear. We can have an unshakable trust in
the 'mind' of I AM, also as it relates to how long we live and to what
happens to us during our stay here. But it is incorrect to say that I AM is
responsible for how our life ends. Millions of factors shape the way of
our dying, but I AM stepping in and taking over is not one of them.

578. However, our childlike trust in One Holy can mature into a secure
relationship. When on our journey here, we can deliberately stay in contact
with the companion that Healing is. This does not only sharpen our
insights, but also enlarges tremendously our confidence in His/Her might
and all-ness. And what a comfort that is! Especially when facing death.

579. Many factors determine our entrance in life, its trajectory and exit.
These factors include technical aspects as well. Some mysteries are being
pierced by science. Discovering the workings of evolution, social
dynamics, chemistry, viruses and so much more, lifts some of the veil of
life's processes. Many more of life's complexities wait to be unraveled.

580. These words offer free admission to the great reservoir of life's facts.
By saying and treasuring the seven names, we can overcome much of our
spiritual and mental illiteracy. We may not be able to comprehend life's
cosmic and micro-cosmic intricacies intellectually, but if we did, it would
confirm what our heart already knows: I AM unfolds through 'everything'.

130

581. When we are engaged in something pleasant, we say that time flies.
Actually, it seems we are outside of time and place, and have to go back
into our cage when we are done. This is a bit of how 'walking close to
Healing' may feel. Walking without Him/Her, or outside of love, amounts
to being stuck on earth, hampered by the negative state's confinements.

582. At times, as in a flash, or by some mental gymnastics, we can relive
some earlier situation. It is more than just remembering, it can feel as if
things are actually happening again; we moved back in time.
A sensation like that points at the fact that even time is flexible. Whether it
is time, distance, or 'death', in the real world they are always relative.

583. What is constant in life is the radiation of I AM's presence. It always
sparkles with the passion of multi colored and creative love. To this, every
particle and unit in existence is relative. Everything reflects it. As I AMis
life happening, all things in life vibrate on the rhythm and energy of this
center. This is life's only unchanging, yet ever vibrant, constant.

584

The impact of I AM, as Healing and as always 'expanding to more',
has many consequences. One is, as said, the naturalness of forgiving as
'letting go' and moving on. Another is, the unmasking of death on earth as
a caricature. It also validates freedom: things unable to change mock free
choice. So the name supports our uphill battle for liberation.

585. There is quite some speculation about the future of our planet.
Especially now humans have the potential to destroy it, or at least life on
it as we know it. In view of the message of this booklet, it is interesting
to note that our world came about as a human fabrication; of our ancestors.
As they disregarded the spirit of love and truth, their products cannot last.

131

586. What about the future of our planet? Will it, at some time, explode or
implode? How long will humans be able to live on it? Ideas about this are
fertilized by the imagery of science fiction and by space exploration that
may lead to interstellar or intergalactic contacts. Telecommunications that
rapidly intensify give many a sense of dramatic changes in the making.

587. Predictions are made about the course our planet could take towards
its demise. Visionaries, as well as charlatans, mention time and method.
Scientific data, if they hold up, do not indicate anything catastrophic in
the near future - which may sound comforting. But this booklet does not
endorse any scenario for what might happen. It presents harder data.

588. The fifth name says that everything is involved in bringing life to
more perfection and happiness. The strange and paradoxical role the
negative state plays in this, will be over one day. We can choose today, to
step into the positive, eternal state. Information about what evil 'achieved'
-our non-love too - remains available, but just as a matter of record.

589. Those from the negative state who identified with its style, will be
exposed to the full range of reality, especially with what of it they denied
or resisted. Theoretically, they can continue rejecting life's facts. They
may be so frozen into the lies that they refuse to change. In that case, they
can -for the time being -hold on to their illusion of being right.

590. The point here is that the direction our journey through life takes, is
our responsibility. Not so much its form and shape -our mission may
require specific features -as what we do with them. Every moment we
choose the negative, we interfere with the unfolding of true life, and we
dull our reflection of I AM. True life goes on, anyway, but then without us.

132

591. We could approach the future of our planet, of each of us personally,
or of the universe as such, with a sense of urgency. After all, knowing
where we are heading would help to squeeze the most out of the present.
This sounds logical, but it rarely is the driving force in us. We avoid giving
priority to pondering the implications of our and earth's demise.

592. One surprising reason that most of us have a hard time calmly
evaluating the impact of their, or our planet's, death, is the prodding that
comes from our 'intuition'. Something seemingly irrational tells us that
life is not a fluke of fate. However garbled or weak, that information is
correct. Our fabricators could not destroy all connections with eternity.
593 As mentioned before, they had to leave some space for eternity's
energy in their offspring. If only because, without it, they could not exist.
It is through that extremely insulated and weakened current, mainly on our
spirit level, that we can pick up inklings of a different life. It is one reason
for our uneasiness with death. What we see and what we sense do collide.

594. So what kind of future is in store for us and for our world?
The wonderful message of also this booklet is that there is no such thing
as a future. I AM is now, was, and will ever be, the all of existence.
Being Healing, building bridges in all directions, unfolding to more
wholeness says that life expands to the past as much as to the future.

595. It means that if we are truly interested in our future, or past, we can
consult the one who is both. Our only knowing linear time limits our
grasping this fully. For us, time comes with worries and wonderings. It
separates us from eternity. Yet by walking with Healing, we sense the
universal situation of being safely underway, while being home also.

133

596. Having arrived home spiritually does not guarantee that our mental
or physical workings visibly improve. And yet we now know that in those
areas too, resurrection and adjustment to the full reality is underway.
When we savor the fifth name, we know we are not stuck in life. It means
that we, in the negative state, live for a while with a dual citizenship.

597. Many, if not all, who read this will be skeptical whether these words
will have any impact, especially in areas where traditions, beliefs and
customs are deeply ingrained in us. This certainly is the case with dying
and death. As it is such an unsettling occurrence, most of us probably want
the familiarity and comfort of particular rites, words and customs.

598. This booklet is not written in order to take away any comfort we may
derive from established or newly developed ways of dealing with losses.
Yet any ceremony has the trappings of tightening dependency on external
forms that block the comfort which comes from Healing's direct presence.
Rituals, etc. also obscure that any time non-love occurs, death takes place.

599. We are fabricated with a dependency on outer forces and tissues. So
we are very vulnerable and confused when those deteriorate or are taken
away. This is in contrast to the real reality, in which no dependency, but
only pleasant cooperation exists. For us, it cannot be stressed enough that,
however feebly, we can connect with the ways of life in the positive state.

600. We can learn to see our journey not as just horizontal, from birth to
old age, but also as vertical, moving closer to the 'normal' reality of love
and completeness. It is by entering the innermost sanctuary of our spirit
that we access the wideness of the universe, lose what inhibits our growth,
and, above all, restore our full love relationship with the totality of life.

MANIFESTATION

everything shows

601. 'Manifestation' is the sixth name of the one totality of all existence.
The name speaks of the external, or outside, aspect of life.
All of existence is the expression of I AM. Life is always in the process of
being demonstrated. From the all-transcending core, to the infinite variety
of what the universe shows, all is from, in, and through I AM.

602. We consider it normal that everything we know has an outside and an
inside. Many will debate whether there is also an innermost, spiritual, side
to everything. But, clearly, all existing things have a side that faces their
surroundings. It marks the boundary of every unit and particle, and it
seems one of life's most normal and natural phenomena.

603. In practical matters, it is our external side that interacts with what is
around us. It dominates our daily life and can never be dismissed.
We know about facades, and that there is more than what meets the eye.
Yet it is because of our 'outside' part that we are known as a person, and
can perceive the world we live in. Our body is the prototype for this.

604. The monumental message of the sixth name is that everything is a
manifestation of the one who is All in all absoluteness.
Nothing is outside of the one reality who relates to us as a person.
Absorbing this information is a most liberating experience. I AM is
expressed in everything. Through us too. And we know who I AM is.

605. How is it that we can know the totality of all that exists, if we want?
It is because we emerged from it, as does all creation. We are, in human
terms, its flesh and blood. We could not exist -nothing can - without
being given life. As this is the case - we do live! -, some type of awareness
survives in us that connects us with the 'giver' of life.

137

606. We can think of a child. Long before an infant realizes it, its parents
know it belongs to them, and not to another couple. It comes gradually,
that the youngster learns of his or her exclusive identity as offspring of
this particular set of parents, and, that this cannot be changed.
Of course, what children do with this knowledge later is up to them.

607. The sixth name addresses the issue of as what, we or anything else,
exist. It is not enough to know about life's origin. Information or
speculation about that can be ignored anyway. This is not the concern of
this name. It says that everything is manifesting, representing and showing
in its own way, the boundless glory of Love and Reality.

608. As a young child, at one point, recognizes its unique place among
people, so can we uncover our unique standing in life: that we are here as
a presence that shows in its particular way what life is all about. This
determines our position in the universe and in eternity. Most astonishingly,
being an expression of I AM includes the freedom to honor that, or not.

609. Two main obstacles prevent spontaneously absorbing our status as
manifestation of I AM. One is that nothing on earth lives up to this
standard. The second is the blunt claim that 'everything' manifests I AM.
That sentient entities like humans can do it may be open for discussion,
but, everything? It sounds absurd, and there is no way to picture it.

610. Still, it is exactly the inclusion of all and everything that makes
embracing and treasuring the sixth name so overwhelming and
inescapable. It cries out for being applied to ourselves. The name 'shouts'
that also our person is a demonstration of who and what the originator
and living volume of the totality of existence is all about.

138

611. To say that everything is a manifestation, representation, portrayal or
materialization of the one who is life's totality, only makes sense if we see
ourselves included in it. It is useless to figure out how other people, or, for
instance, beautiful pieces of art represent I AM's nature, if we forget that
we do it too. We have this in common with literally 'everything'.

612. For us humans, being alive has two typical characteristics. One is,
that we can observe our behavior and be aware of our internal workings
which are not noticeable to other people. In general, we have no difficulty
operating as the specific individuals we are. This is not by accident, as it
fits the purpose for which the human race came into being.

613. We are individuals -and aware of this -because we humans display
the image of the 'person' I AM is. Everything that exists is unique, and, in
that sense, has an individual appearance. But in human beings, the full
scope of life's nature is maximally approximated. This is gloriously
exhibited and honored by the first generations of humans.

614. In our quite different situation as the sixth human generation, we still
should know that everything of us is meant as a direct representation of
I AM. We can integrate this fact into the way we think, and deal with what
comes our way. It can cause our mission to thrive, and it makes us very
alert partners in our personal resurrection to reality.

615. The implications of the sixth name are tremendous for humans. We
are like I AM. We can act in the name of that all-Presence. We consist of
the same elements as all in the universe, but our communication with I AM
is direct, conscious and incessant. Our mental faculties can process this
and monitor our performance. Despite our defects, bliss accompanies us.

139

616. Being a product of deliberate distortions and mutilations, the idea of
us being personally a manifestation of I AM's splendor is quite grandiose.
This booklet keeps saying that, indeed, what we observe is not the normal
situation. Much more normal is our deepest yearning for a blessedness that
comes from a world from which we are now separated, but still is ours.

617. As we can only see with our own eyes, we can manifest reality only
through the person we are. This does not mean we do not care how others
live, or wish they would act as I AM's manifestation. We do expect
positive things from our family, society, nature or our work. We like
improvements. Yet our contribution hinges solely on our personal choices.

618. This brings us to the second characteristic of our human situation.
The cosmos we live in hangs in the 'most outer regions' of the universe.
In our human concept of distance, earth could not be further removed
from life's center. It is placed in isolation, outside the realm of true reality.
It mimics belonging to the universe, but is a fundamental aberration.

619. Nevertheless, displaced, insulated, 'lost', as it may be, the negative
realm with its successive human generations as protagonists does play a
decisive role in testing the genuineness of reality. The stage had to be set
up in the 'farthest reaches' of the universe, as otherwise negative things
could never materialize. Of course, 'distance' is used metaphorically.

620. The forces of the negative state, the fifth human generation, used the
isolated location to their advantage. It enabled them to mold their
manipulated offspring - us -into willingly buying the idea that the external
world comes first, and that matters of the spirit are a luxury, not essential.
That way, humans became the flag bearers of a new, alternative, 'reality'.

140

621. All that exists manifests in its is own way some of the totality to which
it belongs. But for humans this is not enough. Our species is still equipped
to explore. The challenge now is to investigate whether we can integrate
again life's three layers. By recognizing our spirit core, reclaiming and
purifying our mental capacity, we can reshape our external involvements.

622. It is important to remember that, for us, life takes place primarily in
the 'outermost regions' of the universe. It is one reason that we have such
a hard time treating our spiritual connections as significant, concrete,
realistic and practical, the same way we treat our physical concerns. Yet it
is our mission to live, as it were, as a growth on the skin of the universe.

623. After leaving the earthly scene, we will -if we want to -experience
our person quite differently than we do at the moment. There will be an
awareness of having an external body, not unlike we experience it now.
But there will be no influx of anything confusing, vague or conflicting,
while the harmony and unity of our inner and outer sides will be restored.

624. Even if now the three levels in our person are disjointed, and our
spiritual realm is mostly suppressed, most of us sense that our physical self
is not all there is to us. The enormous challenge is to go with that inkling,
nurture the remnant of truth within, and shape our thinking and behavior
according to the nature of Manifestation.

625. Clearly, the ugliness and brokenness on earth do not reflect the
exuberant liveliness of love. And yet, in a way, they do! They are included
in the sixth name. What does not show love and is not perfect, violates
what existence is. Yet it also manifests the unrestrictedness of freedom
which, on I AM's side, resulted in extending love to areas being defiled.

141

626. The most awesome aspect of the sixth name is that in and through
us, I AM is immersed in the negative state. This is not our individual
doing or choice. It is the ultimate consequence of all being an expression
of who I AM is. Even if everything in and around us would exhibit evil,
the loyalty of life's totality covers what sinks in the abyss of darkness.

627. Each of us is from, through, before and in I AM. I AM, by the way,
is not a name, but a description. As we have no direct recollection of the
world we came from, the danger is that we take the sixth name as maybe
true, but then more as a theory or matter of faith, than as the most effective
inspiration for daily decisions we have to make.

628. We live in a body and environment on which we are dependent.
We are fabricated that way. The externals reign. This will not change on
earth, or in our galaxy in case other celestial bodies will be accessed.
We are incarnated into un-freedom. And yet, however tiny the room left
for closeness to One Holy, true nature is restored in that little space.

629. It is up to us, whether we start every morning by putting things in
their proper perspective, or not. We can recognize our position in a hostile
and demanding sphere and make it a point to embrace the seven names of
true reality. We can calibrate our priorities, so they are aligned with what
we, and everything else, ultimately are: beloved manifestations of I AM.

630. Whether a raindrop, music, or a gun, manifest love or truth, is not
dependent on our human judgment. The message is that, regardless of our
opinion, it is the nature of all existence that, in its own way, it expresses
the glory of being. Evil does it paradoxically, by illustrating the delusional
alternative to this. It shows a pathetic disrespect for reality's grandness.

142

631. As everything manifests I AM, it seems logical to declare everything
'sacred'; at least in principle. However, we have to be careful.
The word 'sacred' is often used as contrast to what is not holy or pure, or
as far above anything base or mundane. Yet, sacredness is life's normal
state. Not showing it, stands out as an aberration, as unnatural.

632. It is possible that these words about our stature as representatives of
an ideal world cause discouragement. What is the use of knowing about
something that clearly cannot be achieved? And indeed, on earth, in spite
of all its beauty and goodness, perfection and lasting enjoyment elude us.
Only some signs of it here and there keep us posted. But is that enough?

633. Discouragement can lead to irritation. Why entertaining ideas that
have no direct positive impact on our human or planetary situation?
Religions, with all the good they may do, have proven to be as riddled
with inadequacies and pretenses as do communities without any god-talk.
Perhaps they are worse, as they tend to smother individual honesty.

634. This booklet will solicit negative reactions. It comes out of nowhere.
It has no respected authority behind it. Its content may seem interesting to
some, but overall, who needs unverifiable, speculative 'information'
coming out of one person's -not particular brilliant -mind?
These are legitimate objections. They also illustrate how 'lost' we are.

635. There is only one way of finding out if there is any value or truth in
these words. In terms of the sixth name, we should turn to our deepest
level of honesty. There, we may discover that we, as all else, are meant to
demonstrate the majesty of a total love and trust reality, despite our
obvious limitations. Somewhere and somehow this resonates within us.

143

636. If it is true that all that exists expresses something of life -not many
will deny that! -, then the next step is to verify what life, or life force, we
talk about. Can that be done? Clearly, this booklet invites us to go for it.
And the proof that 'life' is like a person we can communicate with, comes
from within ourselves. It comes when we are willing to uncover reality.

637. This booklet speaks of placing ourselves in the presence of the one
who is life's totality. This is not just a realization that we are before the all-presence,
but it is like a personal visit. We can communicate on that level.
In addition, the presence is not something amorphous or vague, but it has
the distinct characteristics of the seven names which are revealed here.

638. The qualities or identities that the names indicate may blend into one
majestic splendorous appearance, without any hint of intimidation.
But we also can specifically meet with the presence each name identifies.
All the names represent the fullness of I AM, so even if we call on them
separately, life's totality embraces us and lets us know we are welcome.

639. The last two names, 'Manifestation' and 'Energy' add something to
this. They represent the third layer of what all existence is 'composed' of:
the external, outside, realm. When we meet with, focus on, or visit I AM in
the sphere of the last two names, the presence is not alone. The best way to
say this is: I AM as Manifestation is always accompanied by us.

640. We will be aware of our own presence, not as the person we are here,
but as our male and female sides from before we were incarnated on earth.
We still are those two sides, although we have no awareness of them. The
gap between the two worlds is too wide. Yet, 'seeing' our dual 'alter ego's'
or 'eternal selves' can help us sense how awesomely 'more' we are.

our contribution

641. It is a universal situation that everything that exists expresses, in its
own way, the nature, person and presence of I AM. But then, if everything
of us is exclusively a manifestation of something 'bigger', do we have
anything to offer as uniquely ours? If what we are is solely determined by
mirroring some other entity, what value has that?

642. We know ourselves as distinct, independent individuals, different
from any other person. We have a sense of being free and can, to a
substantial degree, make our own decisions. But if our existence only
serves as tool for showing off someone else's ingenuity, or reflecting
some higher glory, why do we need to be involved? To feed I AM's ego?

643. It is wise to think this through. As what do we exist? Is there any joy
in being programmed to perform in a play that is pushed on us, even if it
contains fancy sentences and surprising plots? Why are we what we are:
a one-of-a-kind body and mind, operating as a speck in the universe?
We owe it to ourselves to answer these kinds of questions.

644. This booklet gives information about the status of us humans in the
present cycle of life. It may be helpful here to describe how the fact that
everything manifests the nature of I AM is experienced in other
dimensions. Or, to include us, how, after our physical death here, we are
going to deal with being a demonstration of the nature of I AM.

645. When those in the positive state see the awesomeness of One Holy
reflected in themselves and in all that is around them, it is an ever
surprising source of excitement and inspiration. What more could one
wish than to be able to respond, in a personal way, to the unconditional
love and pride coming one's way from the universe's source and center?

145

646. The external appearance of the worlds we here are separated from is
glowing with energy and joy. As mentioned earlier, there are no dull
moments in the sphere of open-ended opportunities; always surprising
with novel twists and turns, within and without. However complex, all
activities in the real reality radiate harmony, lucidity, joy and pride.

647. The presence of I AM is experienced as an integral part of each
entity's awareness. Not only that, but it is noticeable in everything one
encounters. Every occurrence in the other dimensions is born from the
closeness to One Holy. It is never imposed. It is each entity's choice to
live that way. Manifesting I AM includes being free.

648. It is offensive to ask a caring mother if she has to love her child. Of
course, her devotion can be analyzed and dissected. But the bottom line is
that she wants to follow her deeply rooted desire to act with love. To be a
manifestation of I AM is everyone's deepest desire and choice. This fact
makes all other dimensions into the unrestrictedly happy places they are.

649. When we die, we are exposed to an entirely new purity. For a while,
the awareness of our earthly body and situation stays with us. But 'soon' it
dawns upon us that we are free to change. Without being pushed, we can
shed anything confining and confusing. When we do, we merge with our
eternal parts, and an eternity-adjusted outside layer forms around us.

650. For the first time since we were born on earth, we will be exposed to
life's real proportions. Seeing ourselves by that radiance, we have the
choice to embrace it or hold on to what we were. There is no judgment;
just an explanation of the content of our mission. If we open up to it, the
direct, undimmed, closeness to I AM will be almost unbearably beautiful.

146

651. We may be anxious to hear more details about our transition. But
this booklet is one lengthy testimony to the fact that what happens when
we die, is already occurring today. Any speculation about the future,
optimistic or gloomy, is an offense to the all-ness of the sixth name. We
can choose to be a representative of I AM's mighty nature today.

652. We take good and bad, perfect and imperfect as opposites. They are
not. Night and darkness occur when our planet turns away from the sun.
So is our situation today. The all-splendor of life is not gone, but we are
positioned in a turned-away mode, blocking the source of light and life.
Yet, we can see and know true reality penetrating in small increments.

653. We interfere with I AM's nature shining through; most of the time
unconsciously. We are physically and mentally so conditioned to rely on
outer sources that the spark of true reality within us, which could show
that we still are I AM's treasured manifestation, is usually neglected, to
say the least. Yet, this fact cannot be completely obscured or suppressed.

654. The cosmos, with its galaxies, and the micro-organisms, with their
unimaginable roots, and everything in between and around them, are all
expressions of the same single life force: the I AM of all existence.
Even with its outer form heavily damaged, the relationship with I AM
is there to stay, and it shows. Being in life itself is the first sign.

655. The power of the seven names is that they are not based on human
observations or logic, but that they appear because they represent reality.
They present perspectives we could not invent ourselves.
But now they are among us. Our innermost spirit comprehends them. Our
mind can follow suit, and treasuring them will sanitize our external layer.

147

656. Nothing on earth, or in us, is pure, perfect, or represents undeniably
true reality. Something rotten can hide behind any beautiful and smooth
façade. Our main concern should be that we are willing to uncover, within
ourselves, what the names stand for: our sacredness, our being love, real,
well-connected, and on the move to more wholeness. That is 'us truly'.

657. In other words, it is not a matter of a better life, or perfection, later,
versus our brokenness now. A child can disown its parents, but it still is
their offspring. The seven names have the power to reverberate on our
deepest level, so that our mind and behavior wish to express what they
intimate: that we too belong to life's fullness, in time, and in non-time.

658. Some people, when exposed to nature's beauty, have flashes of a
realm superior to ours. Works of art can have this effect. It is as if through
the outer form as medium, a wider space of immeasurable splendor opens
up. And who does not know people with wonderful dispositions, wise,
happy, caring, courageous, who illustrate an exceptional nobility?

659. Yet indulging in special moments of bliss, or aiming at achieving
them, can easily become another trap, cleverly set up by the negative state
to divert our attention from what we are at every single moment. There is
an awesome importance to all of us. It is anchored in what I AM did and
does: not disappearing when rejected. This blissful reality happens now.

660. Being participant in the negative state with its dependencies on the
externals, is not negative in itself. On the contrary, each of us contributes
to illustrate what happens in a state where I AM is rejected as its source,
model and lover. It is a highly unnatural state, but in the midst of it we
can honor I AM's love response to it, through our actions and attitudes.

148

661. It is in the area of the externals that the forces of the negative state,
our ancestors, saw their chance to challenge the all-ness of I AM.
The gigantic undertaking to bring about an alternative world, took them
eons. They could not touch life itself, the prime manifestation of I AM.
Without life, they themselves could not exist.

662. As much as they could, they separated and isolated in their offspring
the spirit realm, in which the presence of I AM is directly experienced.
They introduced the novel principle of dependency upon externals.
In the real reality too, all things are interconnected, and seem to depend
on other existing elements in order to function. Yet, what a difference!

663. Because one of the components of I AM's nature is freedom, this also
is a key element in everything manifested. What we call dependency in the
positive state is actually the opposite. All actions and interactions there are
based on a desire to share, be available and enrich. As all individual entities
and particles are different, so each contribution is special and personal.

664. It is all but impossible for us humans to grasp that dependence on
necessities like air, family, society, nature, body or whatever, can be
based on voluntary participation of all involved. Yet that is the normal
situation among all creatures in the rest of the universe.
Actually, it is more than 'just' normal. It is thrilling and ever-energizing.

665. Some of this may occasionally happen on earth, but we may not
recognize it as a representation of our true nature. Yet when we are excited
about some situation, or when something works out well, and we 'glow'
and want the world to know, we can take this as the burning of the sixth
flame in us. It sets us afire with the desire to live to the fullest.

149

666. The I AM of all existence' nature being expressed through us -even
if we can thoroughly obscure and corrupt it - should throw out any
thought of dependency on that nature being a sort of inescapable fate.
The wonderful secret of this is that we do not just live as alife-form, but
that I AM wants to live through us, with us and for us; all the time.

667. We can say that all in existence, we ourselves in the first place, are
co-creators of reality, even if, obviously, we cannot create life itself.
We have I AM's nature. We enrich the volume of life's totality with our
existence. Are we therefore on the same footing as One Holy? To a point,
yes! Not because of what we do, but because of One Holy dwelling in us.

668. We, on earth, experience ourselves primarily through our external
parts: our brains, nerve systems, senses, etc.. Although the details may
escape us, also those physical functions are manifestation of I AM's
nature. We can therefore include all external functions and parts in the
way we view and treat the world we live in.

669. This will also determine how we speak with I AM, when we meet.
We can share our joys, concerns, pains, or anything of our external life.
When our body malfunctions, we do not need to pray for healing. I AM is
present in the affected parts and knows. What we can do is not forgetting
that in those externals too, the indestructible spirit of I AM dwells.

670. In the positive state, everything glows because of One Holy's direct
presence in it. This is exactly what we can strive for. We cannot reverse
our slavery to life's compromised external side. Becoming aware of the
all-manifestation of IAM does not transform our present status.
Yet in many ways, it is up to us to give our true nature a chance to shine.

150

671. We all have a deeply ingrained tendency to seek external validations
when we want to know if something is significant. We do this also when
we test our relationship with One Holy: what is the 'practical' value?
This causes us often to feel as if we have to row upstream when we try to
think as a representative of I AM and use that as criterion for our attitudes.

672. It is understandable that religions and spiritual movements step in
here, and offer symbols, rituals and rules that are supposed to facilitate
living an aligned life. Yet it is their downfall. It plays nicely into the goal
of the negative forces: to get us comfortable with outer signs or routines,
instead of simply being with I AM directly.

673. But do we not, as individuals, need certain traditions, words, or fellow
humans, to keep the inner fire burning, as so little on earth seems to support
I AM's presence? The sixth name says: 'No'. When we expose ourselves
to the radiation of I AM, usually certain habits develop that help to
integrate this into our life style. But these habits are purely personal.

674. There is a lot of dependency on others, groups, rituals, holy books or
places -all external! -for keeping closeness to One Holy alive.
It ties us to the world of externals. But nothing there can replace I AM's
direct presence. Within us, dangers lurk as well. Our mind can play tricks
on us. Imposters, cunning voices and thoughts, distractions, etc., abound.

675. It may seem impossible to sort this out by ourselves, without the help
of others or institutions. Yet that is precisely what these words invite us to
do. Life, also its external, physical and social parts, originates in, and flows
from the creative spirit of I AM. Only our personal spirit within has the
direct connection with the one of whom we are a unique manifestation.

151

676. Is it not normal to join others for support, learning or celebrations?
Does not this very booklet tries to get things across? What is wrong with
learning from others? We do not live in a vacuum. Groups can stimulate.
The answer is simple: Nobody can add to our being the beloved of I AM,
and being embraced by the personal all-ness of life's totality.

677. The realization that we are as individuals manifestations of I AM,
and that it is therefore natural to mirror this in everything we are and do,
contains a practical and powerful message for everyone. We should, very
critically, look at whom or what we try to emulate or follow, consciously
or unconsciously. Who, or what, is our model or source of inspiration?

678. We all have some idea of what kind of person we could be, or would
like to be. Two things stand out here. One is that we are free to do with our
lives what we want. The other is that, when we know I AM's nature, only
expressing that will make us authentic and cause us to blossom.
And this, in our own manner, as the individual we are, in the allotted time.

679. The interesting element here is that we are freed from needing
anything or anyone else as model, example, standard, or ideal. I AM, as
made visible by the seven names, will do! How much liberation from
mental slavery can occur when the power of parents, national pride,
idealized saints, demanding gods, or ego's, are replaced with I AM's.

680. We can admire decent and honest people, or those who achieve much.
We can learn from them. But this will only be effective when we dare to
see that what is so positive in them, also hides in us, They, we, and
everything, have it in us to become more transparent for the goodness,
wisdom, beauty, wholeness and power of the seven-fold reality.

differentness and harmony

681. The sixth name, Manifestation, stresses that nothing is excepted
from expressing some of the totality of existence, who is life's I AM.
It also says that only by unconditionally including ourselves in this, we
are able to grasp the monumental scope of being alive. What is offered
here is not a concept or theory. It speaks of what is happening with us.

682. This applies to everything; a stone, and the elements it consists of,
can choose, act and be available, in line with its purpose. Doing so, it
honors the reason for its existence. Of course, on earth, this seems a fiction.
Yet, whether a brick or a human being, we only blossom as participants in
co-creating the universe, when we act as the investment we are.

683. To hear this, is one. To experience and practice it, is another story.
This booklet makes it clear that the difficulty we have with this on earth
is our problem. The imprint of I AM on every segment of life is in the rest
of the universe with its many dimensions, called here 'the positive state',
not just an assumption. It is the music and color of all expressions of life.

684. A complication for understanding this are our man-made products.
They seem so artificial, and are far removed from their natural source.
Processed, molded, forged, often as throwaway's, they seem completely
unequal to humans or nature as images of, and love partners with, I AM.
And yet they exist and like all things they are covered by the sixth name.

685. It is ironic. The progress in space travel, genetic engineering and
computer wizardry could stir up interest in how we and our planet came
into existence as manipulated products -as this booklet's narrative
describes. Yet that is ignored, even while blatantly the modern advances
enslave us to earth's energy sources, and to the ones who control them.

153

686. The tension between what we can know as truth on our spirit level,
and what we experience in our psyche, body and surroundings, cannot
be avoided. Our spirit core is, as it were, dropped into enemy territory.
With our mind and body we participate directly in that world. It is very
familiar to us. But the two worlds seem in so many ways incompatible.

687. This brings us to the question of what we were, before being born.
Were we 'just' a spirit, whether distinct or amorphous? Does our present
appearance resembles our eternal self? Of course, many of us flatly reject
any idea of a pre-existence. Well, whether we receive insight or actual
information on life before birth depends on where we look for it.

688. We can let the sixth name explain itself. I AM as all-manifestation
is life's external appearance. It means that no part of it is inconsequential,
by accident, replaceable or removable from existence. So the first issue to
consider is not the form in which we materialize, but whether we see that
we -as all things -always were and will be incorporated in I AM's totality.

689. From I AM's within, ideas and desires materialize, becoming the
outer side of existence, in an endless variety of ways. Novel situations,
species and entities come into being by means of evolution, experiments,
direct and indirect endowments with life. We belong to this process,
otherwise we could not have made our appearance on the scene of history.

690. Many of us may not have any interest at all in whether all life -or
our lives -have something to do with an I AM or whatever greater force.
In that case, we then lack insight on the purpose, origin, goal and scope
of life. It causes us to be stuck with substitutes like academic logic, blind
faith, popular ideas, ignorance or vague wishful thinking.

154

691. We can let the seven names resonate within us and see ourselves as
specific and willed manifestations of a life that the names represent.
Then, the all-ness of I AM can prove itself real, by meeting with us on
our human level. Nothing compares with this occurrence. Despite any
lingering doubt or disbelief, we will sense and know that this is 'it'.

692. So, do we exist before our birth here, and if this is the case, did we
have an external body or personal identity? The answer is a simple 'Yes',
provided we hear what the sixth name says. I AM's manifestation through
us also, means that at no time and in no circumstance are we out of
existence. The seeming separation is temporary. We will be reunited.

693. This statement cries out for elaboration, if it is to be taken seriously.
Yet the problem is that our brains cannot process the completely different
density in the positive state of eternity. We hardly comprehend life here!
Our present brains are part of the external layer of our person, which is the
area our fabricators most effectively disconnected from the true reality.

694. While we are close to One Holy, details about our 'other' existence
are of little relevance, as a sense of 'feelable' fullness engulfs us.
Without being able to describe or picture it, we intuit and are sure that we
are more than the ones we are here. This can be a terrific stimulant to
unmask a multitude of false, so called, facts, during our mission here.

695. During our time on earth, we are disconnected from our eternal
selves. Our external physical appearance here has no resemblance to how
we looked before we volunteered to be incarnated. 'Looked', because after
our return, the purified features of our earthly body and mind will blend
with our eternal self. This 'purification' process can start here, at any time.

155

696. Our task is on earth, where we are free to think what we want and
do what we wish. Even if that freedom is greatly compromised by the
way our ancestors engineered us. Results of experimentations with
vegetation and animals were used to design an offspring that externally
barely qualifies as human. Yet we still belong to that special species.

697. What is deformed here, compared with our eternal appearance, is at
the same time our special contribution to bringing the negative state to its
demise. Subjecting ourselves to corruption and decay -and having I AM
exposed to it through us -gives us a chance to display the phoniness of
evil and to exemplify, in our particular way, to where rejecting truth leads.

698. In spite of massive obstacles, we still are able to enter our inner
sanctuary, where the spirit and presence of I AM dwells as in its own.
In that space we can, even now, have an accurate sense of our true power
as beloved of One Holy. We can feel a genuine love for I AM, and see
clearly our chance to align our external doings with true reality.

699. Knowing that we also have an eternal identity is not based on
intellectual understanding. It mainly is the result of an unconditional trust
in the personal presence and radiation of what the names stand for.
Our resurrection to reality starts in our innermost core. There, it receives
ongoing impulses. This resurrection promotes inner and outer harmony.

700. It is suggested that all of humanity is as one organism, a body, in
which each individual plays a part, even if often the community dictates
suppress individual needs. Yet, in a way, it is true that the human species
-all six generations -is as one person before I AM, and functions as the
lover and beloved, approximating I AM's glory.

156

701. Being a tiny part in the beautiful system of humanity never takes
away from our being a full-fledged individual entity. As such, I AM
relates to us. As such, we take care of ourselves. We are, in all eternity, a
unique, responsible and proud mirror of One Holy as beloved and lovers.
No one can replace, or hide behind, another. We all show life's liveliness.

702. For us, it comes with life that we feel and act as the center of our
space, despite of the billions of other entities around. But being that center
is not all. Within our body, all the different parts are also positioned and
acting that way. Our organs, tissue, cells, molecules, etc., all function
differently, yet not one is inferior, or less the center of its world.

703. 'Things' are included in the sixth name. We do not have to figure
out how a car, or puff of wind, manifest the totality of life. But we can
approach everything and everyone with the thought that we are related
by having the same originator, and serving the same purpose. In this
sense, everything qualifies equally as a member of the universal family.

704. Seeing ourselves as an exponent of the sixth name will, on the
deepest possible level, liberate us from prejudice, hypocrisy and fear.
Sure, people can act as predators and victimize us. Insanity is rampant
everywhere in society as well as in nature. We rightly despise certain
behaviors. Yet the name stands, despite being desecrated on earth.

705. A wonderful sense of happiness can well up in our hearts when we
realize that, whatever pain is felt around or within us, our identity will
not change. That others do not care about the sanctity of all forms of life
and we, at times, do not either, is sad indeed. But these words remind us
that our and everything's appearance is still rooted in exquisite bliss.

157

706. All life is one grand manifestation of the power, creativity and desire
of I AM. We face the problem that there are huge differences and
discrepancies in how this shows up. With all respect for the uniqueness of a
grain of sand, but does not a work of art, an orchid, or a caring person,
clearly surpass something of which there are trillions?

707. As we, in our body, distinguish between vital and other organs or
functions, we take certain manifestations of life as more important than
others. It seems artificial to see everything in and around us on the lofty
level of being a transparent representation of the glory of I AM.
Thinking or talking as if everything can do that, sounds highly unrealistic.

708. We may keep two things in mind here. One is that, in our negative
state, everything is fragmented and alienated as result of the isolation of
life's three levels. Each particle has to fight for itself. Not only do we lack
sensitivity for the needs of other presences, but we categorize the, in itself
fascinating, variety of life-forms and cast them into rigid hierarchies.

709. Yet sensing and seeing that in everything is I AM's presence is the
'normal' situation. This vision is lost on earth. Understandably so, in view
of our mutilated earthly externals. In the true universe, all units, parts and
particles thrive on being respectful. They feel a kinship, as they know that
they have the individual closeness to I AM in common with all others.

710. The other thing to keep in mind is this. As everything evolves from its
most inner spirit core, I AM who is the one life force, is directly present in
all that exists. The internal and external layers of each unit are, as it were,
draped around this innermost core, receiving their power to exist from that
inner fire, whether we realize or see its glow or not. It is a matter of trust.

158

711. Although we have to be very careful with distinctions, for practical
reasons we could distinguish between a direct and an indirect presence of
I AM. The difference is not in more or less realness, but in the immediacy
of touch and embrace. The same applies to the distinction 'absolute' and
'relative' in describing I AM's presence.

712. On the spirit level of 'everything', the fullness of manifesting I AM
is absolute. From that sphere, the light of life erupts. It is transmitted and
proceeds, always diversifying itself in literally all directions. This is the
genesis of a pebble, a nation, or a human fetus. I AM's presence is in this
process and its materialization in externals we could call indirect.

713. There is a stubborn misunderstanding that I AMdoes everything.
If that was so, it would block the freedom element in all emanations.
This is impossible as everything is of I AM's freedom nature. But also, it
would be a cruel joke, to give life-forms the impression they are in charge,
while actually they where just acting like puppets on strings.

714. All this means that, ultimately, everything in existence is of the same
nature. But it develops in freedom, within the context of its species or
function, and in concert with the forces and 'laws' working in those.
On earth, these forces are corrupt, erratic, fragmented and confused. So it
is difficult to see in the violent history of earth the love of I AM at work.

715. Except in our most inner sanctuary, the presence of I AM is 'indirect'
in the rest of our person and our world. It is like light from the moon: it is
still sunlight, but it is substantially weakened. But we do not really need to
analyze the shades of I AM's presence. What I AM 'does' for sure, is
emanate life and love, and enjoy the multiverse in which that is expressed.

159

716. Direct or indirect, absolute or relative, whatever the words we use for
I AM's presence, they are superfluous when we evoke, taste, whisper and
treasure the sixth name as the secret of our own person.
We are covered by it. And so is friend and foe. Everything is. All things
share life's glorious nature, despite this being quite problematic for us.

717. It must be clear by now that all the information of this booklet serves
a dual purpose. One is, to put 'everything' in its right perspective. Which
means for us on earth, seeing that the flow of life is from within to without,
from the spirit core to the outer realms. The other is, liberating our energy
from the negative state's falsities, so we can be agents of the real reality.

718. This can be said in a more personal way. The dual purpose of these
words is to have us as individuals know and experience the closeness and
loving embrace of the one with the seven names. Letting our spirit merge
with the spirit of I AM, will inspire our mental, physical and social
faculties to be positive, helpful, elegant and wise.

719. The success of our mission here is not measured by how others or
we ourselves judge. Nobody here sees the full picture anyway. I AM does.
The seven names are the full picture of existence. They are among us now.
They inspire and encourage us to go by the facts of true life, and not by the
fiction of the negative state. In that way, we merge with the names.

720. The purpose of the appearance of this booklet is to have a piece of
unpolluted information available on earth. Everything on our planet has
the potential of demonstrating some of the true reality. Whether hidden,
honored or defiled, I AM being manifested is the face of reality.
Our mission here is to show what accepting this will lead to.

ENERGY

it is life

721. As is the case with the other six names, the seventh one, Energy, is
not just one aspect of life's totality. It also is the totality of all that exists.
This is not too strange a statement for us, as we humans operate this way.
Nobody will deny that the one person we are, is a bundle of energy and a
mixture of countless forces that form us and enable us to function.

722. We count on innate forces to keep our different components together
and active. We are powerless when some, or all of them, decide to call it
quits, in spite of medical intervention or willpower.
Death, of course, is the simple proof of this. But, as long as we are alive,
we presume that some force in our body and mind will keep us going.

723. The seventh name bluntly claims that, be it the busy-ness of the
reproduction of cells in our body or the explosions that hurdle galaxies
into existence, it is I AM as Energy, who allows things to happen.
Energy, in whatever potency or form, represents the power and activity
- the external side -of I AM as the totality of all existence.

724. The 'label' I AM implies that the totality of existence is like a person.
This has been, and will be, rejected by most humans. But otherwise, the
idea of a prime, probably central and always operational energy generator
for all of the universe, makes sense to most of us. Even if we cannot grasp
where this force comes from, that there is one seems rather obvious.

725. Scientific discoveries, especially those made recently, give us some
idea of how the cosmos, as we know it, works. They explain a few of the
phenomenal intricacies of the immense world around us, as well as the
fascinating microcosm within each fragment of it.
Trying to unravel life's mysteries and dynamics is in our species' blood.

163

726. The difficulty science encounters is not the immensity of the field of
research, or insufficient instrumentation, but the very nature of what it
explores. Science, as does religion, philosophy or art, is practiced within
the confinement of the negative, distorted and isolated state. It is affected
by the limited range of the defective and conditioned human brain.

727. Left in our - the sixth -generation of humans is the species-specific
urge to ask questions and explore boundaries. This booklet makes it clear
that we can still turn to that tiny connection within our spirit where
remnants of the true reality may provide glimpses of universal facts.
Otherwise, no information comes from outside the cage we live in on earth.

728. The way we see and experience life can fundamentally change when
we welcome, and apply to ourselves, the last of the seven faces or names
of I AM. Our intellectual understanding remains dependent on data found
by human ingenuity, but the personal closeness to I AM dispenses
'first-hand' universal insights.

729. The energy that causes existence to occur, in all its forms, emanates
from one source. That source is its own source. It is the spark of Love and
Truth eternally uniting. It is the passion of sharing that encompasses and
sustains the whole universe. With this generator of all life's energy we are
directly connected in our spirits. Our external world only shows hints of it.

730. The singular frequency on which the power that activates life vibrates
is the frequency of love. Over the ages, many efforts to comprehend the
meaning and full scope of life fizzled, because love was not taken as the
force and the source of all existence. In other words, the fact was ignored
that all energy is love energy.

164

731. In order to cope with aspects of living on earth that bother us, we are
wise to focus our attention on the central drive in all existence, which is
love. The energy of love creates life. There is, therefore, no life without
love. If something bothers us, and we want to change the situation, we
must ask ourselves if we want love to take over.

732. When the word 'must' is used, is does not mean a command. It
indicates that there is only one universal reality, and if we truly want to
be part of it, and not waste time with detours, speculations or fooling
ourselves, then traveling the access road of love is the only solution. Life's
energy is ours to use. It can be corrupted, but it also can erupt as goodness.

733. The existence of life, the universe and everything in it, is not just the
result of I AM emanating creative power, so that it can occur. The energy
in, and of, all life is what I AM consists of; it is the external side of
existence. It is through all the expressions of life that I AM unfolds.
The heartbeat pulsating in all that exists, is the one of I AM.

734. Energy, as the prime exponent of life, has invisibility in common with
phenomena like wind or electricity, but its impact leaves nothing to guess.
Nothing can exist without it; even 'dead' matter needs power to
decompose or stay immobile. Literally everything is energy-based, and is
therefore called 'alive'. Life exists of energy. As does I AM.

735. Understanding this is crucial to knowing what our position as humans
in life is. It is a personal force that is at work, in details and total, in
ourselves and others, and in matter and nature. The variety in outward
appearances is inexhaustible, but the driving force in them is the same.
This leaves no room whatsoever for human beings to feel superior.

165

736. There are times in most people's life that the forces we count on
seem to crumble. In whatever direction we look for help or assurance,
we can be met by cold stares. How precious it then is that we know the
might of the seventh name. What fails us in our environment, our bodies
or society can never be stronger than our innate love-power it abuses.

737. To many people, the inevitability of having to die is frightening.
Nobody can protect us against it, or stop our moving in that direction.
We have to undergo the dying process completely alone, it seems.
Yet, when we acknowledge that in everything, from our body cells to the
world around us, the same power is at work, the change becomes relative.

738. There is no death as cessation. What we on earth know as death is an
ugly deformity, one that those in the rest of the universe never experience.
There, changing into another form is always voluntarily. It is never at the
cost of any discomfort for anybody affected by it.
We can keep this in mind, when the idea of our demise scares us.

739. Also, during moments we feel utterly alone, we can evoke, through
the seventh name, the personal closeness of the most caring, loving and
energizing force. We can think of any piece of our body or of the world
we live in, and realize that all its atoms and subatomic particles are,
without exception, on their way to being liberated, as much as we are.

740. Many people who read this -if they made it this far - will scoff at
these seemingly iffy, far-fetched, quasi-religious, and therefore suspect,
ideas, offered as comfort for when there is pain, injustice or despair. Yet
any person thinking this through, will end up being aware of a yearning in
her or his heart that signals that Energy is waiting to unleash its full light.

166

741. Everything in existence has the same origin and roots. Each segment
develops and performs in its own way. Yet the source of everything is not
just 'a' source. The source is life itself. It manifests itself in all of its facets
and faces, everywhere and everywhen. We are included in this. In our
condition here, it is the most fascinating aspect of being alive.

742. As the one who is life's energy, I AM functions in everything as the
force that makes that form of life possible. This has nothing to do with the
popular idea that a prime-force controls, or has a sort of ownership of, the
universe. On the contrary, the fullness of Energy means that everything, by
its own means, co-creates, shapes and controls its share of the universe.

743. In the positive state there is no conflict whatsoever between the all-power
of Energy and the freedom to choose one's own form or lifestyle.
In the negative state, with its confusion and fears, the universe's prime
force is usually taken as a sovereign super power, whether benevolent,
malicious, or detached; particularly in religious teachings.

744. The truth is that I AMis also what is emanated. All that is exists by
the power that is love; including us. On a 'daily' basis, the one life force
chooses to honor its nature. Therefore, all that comes into existence glows
with a happiness-radiating disposition. This may sound unreal to us. And,
indeed, our language cannot express the joy and safety Energy stands for.

745. I AM, as the emanating force, through which all particles, units,
entities, species, etc., materialize, is also the force by which they operate.
We here speak about the laws of physics, evolution, heredity and so on.
Yet, the secret of anything we can see or think of is that it ultimately
shows the power and inspiration of Energy at work.

167

746. What does this mean for our situation on earth? It would be wise to
focus for a moment on the life-form we are. What about the physical
components we consist of, which also seem to channel the movements of
our minds that let us know how we feel and how we think our body should
function? Together they take care of us, as they are us.

747. For the time we are on earth, our cells, molecules, atoms and smaller,
unimaginable, particles play a role in us being the individuals we are.
Our psyche has this in common with them. The point is that the elements
that form our organs and tissues are as much relative to I AM as is the
entirety of the sophisticated person we consider ourselves to be.

748. The seventh name tells us that all forms of life are empowered to
perform as representatives of the one universal life force.
Correctly, it has been suggested that the incessant movements of all the,
for us, imperceptible particles perform a dance. A dance of joy, freedom,
belonging, uniqueness and enrichment: of life being alive.

749. In other words, even if what we call decay sets in physically, it does
not mean that the life force in us deteriorates. The configuration of the
participants in our particular person changes, and the currents of energy in
all our parts find another bedding. But life itself does not end. We do not
end. Life's celebration continues on another dance floor; and happily so.

750. Do atoms have a personal life like us humans? Or the other way
around: are we perhaps a conglomeration of neutral forces with some
consciousness as dressing? Again, it has to be stressed that having the
same origin does not mean, being the same. All that exists has in common
that it is 'in life', 'alive', and meant to express love: in its own way.

168

751. The grand design of life is that I AM relates to everything that has
been emanated in a personal and its place and freedom respecting way.
As nothing in, and of, One Holy repeats itself, everything that comes into
existence is different. What we may overlook is that this difference also
applies to the way we, and all things, communicate with I AM.

752. The consequence of I AM being the all-power in what exists has to
be taken seriously. Each atom or particle has its own relationship with
I AM, because it is of I AM' energy, even if this sounds absurd to human
ears. But we have to use human words and images, even if we know that
other entities have a different set of means to communicate with I AM .

753. 'They' are not us, and we are not them. We, here, cannot speak the
language of a star or molecule, and vice versa. How those entities respond
to the love nature we have in common is their choice. When 'things'
exhibit harmony, beauty or joy, they are corresponding to true reality.
After dying, we will witness how efficiently that can be done by all.

754. Because we exist, we share with everything else our origin,
importance and the ability to serve the well-being of all. Together and
alone we are related to the presence of I AM. We are that presence. Each
cell in our body fully participates in the glory of existing with vigor and
satisfaction, while loving the opportunity to be themselves.

755. The mechanics by which nature and matter act, in freedom and with
love, are unlike those in humans. But they represent Energy as much as
we do. This is true, despite our fabricators having done a momentous job
in thoroughly disconnecting creation's spiritual core from its externals.
Thus, they obscured and poisoned the joyful and productive kinship of all.

169

756. Life is the energy of I AM at work. Only in the negative state does
this not show. Therefore, for us who are in that state, we cannot learn or
deduct from any external aspect what pure positive power is. Even the
content of this booklet, as it appears in an external form, must be
validated on our spirit level. Only there can its full power ignite.

757. Many readers may think that the issues brought up here, about being
plugged into the one life force, with all its positive ramifications, still do
not amount to much more than a theory. Or, even if taken as truth, to
spend time and concentration on such far-reaching concepts is a luxury not
many can afford. We already have some belief system in place, anyway.

758. It seems, indeed, a great triumph for the perpetrators of the negative
state that the present human race hardly questions their spiritual source,
even while forced to address threats to our survival as planet and humanity
on a national and international scale. And, ironically, the supply of energy
needed to keep modern life going, is one of the most crucial problems.

759. But, in general, there is no consensus at all among the nations that
in order to solve 'external' problems, first the spirit and mentality roots
of them have to be taken in consideration. The world population seems to
just 'coast along', holding on to their ways of thinking. On the agenda are
external improvements, not the thrill of Energy revealing Her/Himself.

760. The one who is Energy is not a friend or companion like Proper and
Healing. We never face Her/Him alone. When we speak, whisper or think
the name, the image of ourselves comes up; an image of us as the eternal
fulltime co-workers and love partners of Energy. It can shock us deeply. It
also may convince us that, starting with us, the negative state can crumble.

170

one power

761. This booklet does not delve into the technical aspects of Energy's
workings, although all practicalities in life have directly to do with them.
Science has made great strides in piercing, explaining, and helping
domesticate, some of the forces that keep everything going: within,
'without', in positive and negative ways, here and in our galaxy.

762. These words do ask attention for the dynamics enabling the universe
and its tiniest details to exist. However, they do not approach this from the
outside, by observing and probing. They get their insight from listening,
not to what people have to say, or to what wisdoms of the past offer.
This listening is a choice. It is not forced on anybody, yet all can do it.

763. Everything stems from the one force that was there before us and will
remain the driving and creative force in cycles of time to come.
It is the force that embodies ideas with what we know as life's outside.
Actually, a thought or idea will only come up, if it can add to embellish the
universal expansion to more perfection.

764. When children play the game of asking: What was before that, and
before that, and before that, etc., they inevitably come out at the seeming
mystery that life just is, with no beginning; which is beyond human grasp.
The first of the seven names covers this. Amazingly, it is not a mystery.
Life's 'beginning' is the fullness of I AM, which we share.

765. I AM, being the totality of what is, was and will be, is also the force
that allows everything to materialize, because it is I AM's self-chosen
nature to be that way. All that exists reflects this. It means that each life-form
is creating itself. Being in existence is never passive, only being a
recipient of life. Everything, therefore, is capable to be a force of love.

171

766. All things we call inanimate are related to the same source as humans.
On their level, they relate to that source with the equivalent of what we
call 'personal'. They are being recognized as unique in place, function and
form. Each and everyone of them is invited to respond, in their own
'not-human' manner, to be a materialization of love.

767. The seventh name affirms the universal situation that all things have
an individual identity. The energy of love is never impersonal or 'general'.
Every presence takes place within the attention span of, and in a way, as
I AM. The name Energy proclaims that nothing in life is anonymous, just
as the power by which everything exists, is not either. Energy is us.

768. All this has to do with listening to the wisdom coming from within us.
It makes the 'facts' of life transparent. Wisdom is the spirit of Energy, the
one and only life force. This listening is not like hearing voices or having
visions. These kinds of mental activities are cleverly used by the forces of
the negative state to feed us misinformation disguised as revelation.

769. We become aware of the radiation of I AM's presence when we open
ourselves up to it. The desire to do so is not dependent on outside support
or urging. It is life itself, within us, knocking on the doors of our spiritual
and mental self, if we let it. As said, we can tell our story to children or
others who are interested. But how we experience Energy cannot be taught.

770. Whether we hear the knocking from within, is up to us. It is a matter
of wanting to listen and hear. So why do some people take this seriously,
and others seem to not care at all? Are some of us by nature more spiritual,
or is the difference caused by culture or upbringing? These kinds of
questions have no merit. Merit has making choices as the persons we are.

172

771. Nobody will argue that we have no idea how atoms relate to I AM.
This booklet does not tell us. We can only assume that they have a
relationship, as consequence of the situation that I AM, as life's totality,
relates to everything in a personal way. These words are a joyful
testimony of that. How non humans relate, we do not know. But they do!

772. What happens when we realize our connection with the life force
in which we originate, and by who's energy all things operate?
One of the first things we may notice is that we are engulfed by waves of
unconditional love. How could this not happen, as love is the content and
'electricity' of true life? Yet many will refuse to experience it.

773. What becomes clear immediately is that this sensation of love, that
may come with a sort of light within and around us, zeroes in on the
person we are. Other people, even those we are close to, are not part of it.
However, just outside the circle of light, we may sense a multitude of
dark and threatening faces, voices, vibes, figures or sounds.

774. When we actually take steps to connect with Energy in our spirit,
the powers of the negative state that are in our space will not let us slip
away from under their influence. In sweet, ridiculing, or crude, ways they
contaminate our minds with doubts or fears, tempting us to give up.
We have the option to tell them, right there and then, that we will not.

775. Stepping into the true reality, as it is directly accessible on our
spiritual level, comes with light and inner lightness. But it also comes with
negative forces or thoughts claiming and pulling us. However, when we
deliberately seek the personal closeness of Energy, we notice an influx
of positive power and a sense of being completely safe.

173

776. This is some of what spiritual listening entails. The 'home-coming'
is different for each of us. As we are unique, the sequence, intensity or
'colors' of the experience as just described, varies. Yet there always is
a simplicity to it. It parallels the clarity of the names themselves.
Separately and together, they welcome us back into the 'lost' real reality.

777. In regard to the 'attacks' by the forces of our fabricators, when we see
through their conditionings and fallacies, the best policy is to tell them in
no uncertain terms to back off. Regardless of the manner they approach us,
whether nicely, with threats, casually, or with good arguments, we can
simply tell them that we have chosen to stay with the reality of One Holy.

778. Unbeknownst to us, by stepping into the light within our innermost
self, our sequestered love energy wakes up and becomes activated.
It organizes adjustments based on our reestablished inner connection.
Remembering again that we are loved unconditionally is a strong incentive
to feel liberated, peaceful, and fully capable of making changes.

779. The human body and its routines presents a most difficult resistance to
overcome. It is like a puppet in the hands of the negative forces. This is
not a surprise, because it is the product of their manipulations and
distortions. Any part of our body or mind can disrupt the inspiration
coming from the tiny connection with reality within our innermost spirit.

780. Knowing, treasuring and whispering the seventh name has a powerful
effect. It confirms that everything exists by the grace of Energy sharing
Her/His power. Evil forces confiscate their portion. We cannot undo the
negative exploits of evil, but we can distance ourselves from its poisonous
prompting and act as a force of love, goodness, honesty and wisdom.

174

781. It seems such a dichotomy:On one hand, we exist by powers we
cannot control, whether positive or negative. While on the other hand, we
are supposed to choose and be responsible for what we do.
If I AM is the engine, fuel and movement of everything, where does that
leave us? Answer: Nowhere. Unless we realize who I AM is.

782. I AM is a force; is the force of all life. Yet, this does not amount to
being dependent on it! The 'simple', but mind-blowing fact is that
everything that exists not just reflects the glorious nature of I AM, but is
of the same quality, including its independence. Therefore, even the most
minute life-form is free to be of use, available, or not.

783. Nothing in the real reality is a fixed commodity, or 'just there'. This
includes all forces in the universe. I AM is free. And so is all that is
emanated - which is everything. Dependencies on earth would qualify
as an impossibility, or pure idiocy, were it not that they serve to complete
reality with a demonstration of what falsifying I AM's nature leads to.

784. Our human condition is filled with dependencies: on each other, on
food, air, gravity, etc.. Nothing is exempt, even if we, at times, act as if
we are above it all. Our galaxy, and all in it, is so fabricated that it could
qualify as an alternative world. So much so, that it seemingly debunks the
supposed all-ness of I AM. We all here figure in this doomed effort.

785. We seem dependent on inner and outer forces, whether good and bad.
It is the only reality we know. We cannot escape it, except perhaps
momentarily on our spirit level. But then, how real is that? We can only
void the dichotomy, dependent or independent, by recognizing that all life
operates by the grace of Energy who, by definition, is love and shares.

175

786. Being dependent is a form of slavery, despite our being used to it.
At times, promoting or praising it seems natural and beneficial.
We are brainwashed that way. But when we realize by what power we
exist, we can change positions and start identifying with life's true nature.
This can occur of free will, because we can choose, despite our handicaps.

787. I AM would not derive any joy from anything that has to be there.
Operating by the same life force as we all do amounts to having only
relatives. It is the life style of all in existence to treat life as an ever
exciting adventure. All activities are characterized by using every form
of power to make love more beautiful, for all and everything.

788. When we know who I AM is, we know who we are. This is true, not
just during our difficult mission here, but also before birth and after death.
This is not speculating about our past or future. It reaffirms the
indestructible connection with eternity that operates in us. The family
portrait of the universe shows I AM glowing also through us.

789. Full transparency for the power by which we exist is here a losing
proposition. Which does not mean we cannot, courageously, purify,
reorganize, and treasure the energies that keep us together a person. They
also enable others and nature to be what they are. Allowing the seven
names to breathe causes the embers of our eternal self to lustily flame.

790. A common misunderstanding is to see a discrepancy between life as
a direct emanation of I AM and what comes into being via evolutionary or
human-controlled processes. Yet there is none. Everything is, directly or
indirectly, at any moment, related to the absoluteness of I AM and is
therefore fully capable to be a creative center of power by itself.

176

791. The name Energy for I AM implies that all life and living occurs
through Her/His vigor. The powerlessness we humans so frequently
experience is unknown in the rest of the universe. Enough energy is
available for what is desired, planned and executed. All of this occurs
without negative side effects, competition or the need for compensation.

792. Both builder and building consist, in their respective appearance, of
the same kind of energy. The vibes between them are filled with the joy of
doing things together and achieving the goals set. Materials used are not
passive objects as they seem on earth. They do not speak or hear like
humans, yet their life also pulsates on the frequency of the seventh name.

793. Differences in species, composition, looks, use, potential, etc., are as
common in the universe as we know them here. But the way all things
touch, 'use' and interact within themselves and in their environments is
always in harmony. This occurs not as an automatic reaction, but as a
follow up on the inner desire to add new accents and depth to perfection.

794. This core desire that all in existence have in common is the very spirit
of life. It is the spirit of I AM. It enables clear communication between all
life's different segments. Everyone feels, senses, and reacts to, everyone
else's wishes, vibrations and potential without any difficulty. If there is
any wondering, it is straightened out with humor and good wishes.

795. This world, so hard for us to imagine, is nevertheless also our world.
Here, we experience everywhere the opposite of happy togetherness and
strong performances. Yet this does not erase life's true nature of harmony,
might and pride. The brokenness of all external life on earth cannot be
undone. But we can hold on to the small upsurges of true vitality.

177

796. The heartbeat of life is forever, and is shared by all that exists. It is
invigorating. Its rhythm carries the evermore elegant and satisfying dance
of the universe. A dance, which now also celebrates the closure of this
cycle of time. Our physical heart can give out. Life in us cannot.
Energy joins the other six names in establishing the victory of life as love.

797. The one power of and in all existence is also us. This gives us that
sense that, as individuals, we are important enough to have a place in life.
It causes us to take care of ourselves and protect our possessions. It brings
satisfaction when we achieve something positive. So, indeed, each of us is
also 'I am', relative to the I AM who is so in all absoluteness.

798. This, right there, should eliminate any possible controversy about
elevating the importance of us as individual, at the expense of the
community or organism we are part of. The two cannot clash, ever.
The totality of reality is the totality of I AM. Therefore, all existing, as
individual or group, takes place as one grand celebration of love.

799. We seem outside of this reality without controversies, conflicts and
inequalities. And we are, to a point. We are temporarily cut off from full
participation in the abundance of life. It is our mission to participate in the
completely unnatural state of living without the power of love. Yet, every
little bit of it we are able to recreate amounts to restoring normalcy.

800. The universe exists as the result of I AM having the power to be the
All-That-Is. This is where our thinking about life should start.
We are included in that 'all'. We are an 'I am', a power house of love,
however damaged and pitiful our appearance. There only is one force at
work, Energy. We are Her/His face. We, as do all, write Her/His story.

178

energy is love

801. The spirit core of all existence is love. Love is the second name of
I AM. It is the female 'side' of existence. Everything evolves from it and
has the opportunity to beautify it. Doing so, honors the person and nature
of One Holy, oneself and all else in life. The name Energy stands for
love's passion, drive, and fire. It is love, performing life.

802. The seventh name relates directly to the second name of I AM.
Like the word Love, Energy expresses the female fullness of life.
It may come as a surprise that the energy and power in everything does
not come from the masculine aspect of reality. On earth, the general
assumption is that power, might or authority are mainly male attributes.

803. When things point to a power struggle in our societies, we tend to
associate them with competition, winning or losing, ego, control, and
the threat of violence. These are considered signs of male domination.
Yet, being strong, in charge, on top and successful belongs to the domain
of love, with its nurturing, life-giving power and creative energy.

804. It can be a productive exercise for us to reflect on this, and figure
in which atmosphere we use our physical strength and show our mental
vitality. What is the driving force and passion of our minds, as it feeds our
actions, attitudes, manipulations and level of self-confidence? Do we dare
to scrutinize where our energy goes, and for which purpose it is used?

805. The grandness of existence and its realness is that all life expresses
also externally the splendor of I AM. The sixth name, Manifestation,
relates directly to the third and fifth names, Truth and Healing. These three
represent the masculine sphere of reality, while the names Energy, Proper
and Love, express the feminine realm.

179

806. Countless factors are involved in creating new life-forms, and in
keeping the machinery of the universe running. Desires, materials, needs,
circumstances, invisible forces, and so on, all work together; often by
strict rules. The power of I AM as factor in this process seems untraceable.
No analysis will detect the personal prime factor that I AM is. Except....

807. As long as analyzing inner and outer dynamics proceeds from the
outside - to which method most of our thinking is committed -, spiritual,
or even emotional factors are neglected, if considered at all. We know the
external world best, so it is logical to derive our ideas of life's dynamics
from there. Yet, no 'milking' the externals will reveal life's secret.

808. So what about that 'except'? Is there a way of pinpointing, or proving,
the presence of the one who is Energy? The answer is quite simple: 'Of
course' there is. It is a matter of whether we want to see the oneness of all
that exists before and within I AM. To achieve this, we must recognize our
being conditioned to only trust externals facts -and let go of that.

809. In other words, unless we place ourselves within the all-ness of I AM,
as expressed by the seven names, our thinking and philosophizing will
keep leading us into dead-end streets. We may be used to this, but we also
can learn to bring our thoughts first to our spiritual awareness level where
I AM dwells. This booklet and similar messages offer us to do so.

810. Being 'for real', and knowing it, begins within ourselves. We can
align with the one life force, and so reconnect with eternity. Only then do
we get a firm sense of life's oneness. Looking at externals is confusing.
They suffer from an innate brokenness, as do those who interpret them.
But within our innermost core can we detect that Energy is 'everything'.

180

811. Recognizing that all that we are exists by the grace of I AM being
Energy, enables us to approach anything in existence with this, now
personal, knowledge. It will look less and less far-fetched to be in touch
with the one central force of life and to operate as Her/His agent.
We can learn to trust that the flow of energy is from within to the outside.

812. Saying that our whole person vibrates on the rhythm of One Holy is
useless as a general statement. It is not a concept, theory or premise. It is
the very 'happening' of the human being we are. It is the same for an atom
and its components, or the whole body of the universe. The heartbeat of
life is the music of being loved, and being capable to respond with love.

813. It is interesting that when we think 'from within', all types of
darkness become more and more puzzling. We wonder why not everybody
turns to their innermost self, in order to find the safety we all crave. Our
earthly external world cannot guarantee anything secure or positive. It is
fundamentally defective, in spite of Energy's fire still burning within.

814. We can wonder if the destructive forces in nature and in humans will
ever be tamed. The best scenario seems that all in a position of power
join hands and establish safer, more just and healthy societies. The
message here is that each of us, individually, is a power house and can be
an undefeatable agent of the positive state, honoring the seventh name.

815. The corrupted nature of earth cannot be healed. It is the product of
corrupted minds, and is purposefully disconnected from love and truth.
But life's energy, being what it is, keeps radiating its healing force. It can
break through in the least likely places and persons. It can trigger in
anyone the desire to prevent or cure misery, together and alone.

181

816. At times, some forces can be overwhelming. They act up within us,
in our families and relationships, our places of work, in politics and the
economy. Chief among them are the forces of nature. We can feel, and are,
so vulnerable when those turn against us, which they very well may do,
sooner or later. Will knowing the seventh name protect us?

817. Strength is shown by many in the face of enemies, illnesses, natural
disasters or other forms of hardships, regardless of age, race, social status,
gender, religion or level of support. Their bravery may have to do with
heredity, role models or principles, but, ultimately, it is an individual
choice when we decide to be strong, courageous or resilient.

818. Does our spiritual connection have a direct impact on the outcome of
attacks on our person or possessions? In terms of the seventh name, will
believing that the power of I AM protects us, change things for the better?
Can we, so to speak, hide under One Holy's wings? The answer is,
surprisingly to many, a qualified: 'No'. I AM does not do anything for us.

819. In order to understand the all-power of Energy we have to realize
that any space, anywhere, exists only because She/He is in it. We too
exist, whether happily or under duress, because we are an occurrence of
I AM, from whom our opportunity to exist emanated. Life in us, is I AM
in us. It means being beloved, whether we accept or reject this.

820. Life on earth is, by design, riddled with inadequacies, injustices and
malfunction. It is characterized by the evil of non-love and abuse of power.
The only purpose of this is to illustrate whether the denial of I AM's
all-ness can have the last word, or whether holding on to the remnants of
true life will puncture the falsities and lies of a fake alternative world.

182

821. When people show strength in the midst of the pains or horrors of
our planet's depravity -for which it is infamous in the rest of the universe -,
they may, or may not, be aware of their deepest motivation for holding on
to what they see as right. Yet, any act of protesting evil, and siding with
what is positive, signifies the relevance and realness of the seventh name.

822. I AM does not do things for us. It is up to us to do the best we can,
with what we have, in the direction we choose. Yet, what a difference it
makes in fighting evil, when we know Energy to be by our side. What a
difference it makes to know we exist as result of Her/His presence in us.
We may not conquer much external evil. Yet, we are victorious.

823. It is a fallacy to see ourselves as puppies, or clay, in the hands of
divine or cosmic forces. Much traditional praying falls prey to the idea of
being powerless before the highest power. We are not. We are a life-form
that reflects I AM's power as much as it exists of that power, even in
moments of darkness. We do not have to ask for strength. We are it.

824. Humility before the majestic power of I AM as us, as nature or events,
will not lead to feeling inferior. On the contrary, our pride in belonging to
such a grand reality can swell. 'Praying' is speaking with One Holy; it is
sharing our story and mentioning our desires. It is not pleading or being
submissive. We do it 'standing up', before our partner in love.

825. The glory of the seventh name is that we are -and all things are -partnered
in existing. Realizing this makes us humble. Not because many
of our contributions are of a dubious quality, but because it is an honor
that we may participate in bringing this cycle of time to its closure. Even
by way of our many imperfections and abuses of what true life stands for.

183

826. Throughout human history, there have been predictions of a
cataclysmic event that will violently end life on earth as we know it, and
perhaps the planet itself. Lately, the idea that humans may lend a hand to
this does not seem so inconceivable anymore. Yet, the wildest speculation
pales by the enormity of our own resurrection.

827. How our world, including the galaxies in which earth is located,
comes to an end, is similar to the way earthly persons cease to exist.
The ingredients of our external appearance, our physical parts, move on
to a usefulness in other configurations; to new life-forms, in other words.
So, the whole external layer of our cosmos will be 'recycled'.

828. The spirit core in all our body parts, once free from the exposure to
the falsities and deformity of the internal and outer layers, merges with
their eternal counterparts and they develop a new external body. Right
now, in the wake of our spirit's liberation, our mind can purify itself. The
personal 'end of our world' scenario is how we let love take over in us.

829. Earth also has its spiritual core, around which our ancestors built a
world of deceit. That core is still connected with eternity. The negative
experience and its solution have become part of I AM's new nature. What
seems only abuse, will be revealed as instrumental to having the negative
potential exhaust itself. This sounds ridiculous to us, but that will change.

830. Our personal resurrection is monumental, and more dramatic or
gigantic than earth dissolving at one point. These words imply all along
that we, as individuals, in our space, can 'single-handedly', break the
spell of evil. We can, on our spirit level, cause the negative state to
collapse, and restore the seven names as the music of the universe.

184

831. We could take our own resurrection as something private, and view
the destiny of our planet, with its catastrophic potential, as the greater,
ultimate occurrence of life. But this would be wrong. Our galaxies are no
more important than a speck of dust. Why not? Because within, and
before I AM, only love reigns. And love has no size: it IS everything.

832. We can learn to see ourselves, as our particular unique person, as a
result of I AM seeing to it that all of existence is an affair of love.
Only then will all the things this booklet says make sense. Only then do
we lose interest in pursuits that dim or obscure eternity's light within us.
Our daily busy-ness and survival needs may not change. But, we do.

833. I AM, as the all-power, will never clamp down on evil, even though,
at times, we would like that. Never will One Holy lower the standards of
true reality's nature. All seven names stand for what is absolute, eternal,
and forever expanding into greater love, truth, perfection and wholeness.
Everything is involved in this happening. Life consists of happy energy.

834. Through all that exists, the splendor of I AM sparkles ever brighter.
In the negative pseudo-creation, our world, this seems pure theory or
fantasy; unrealistic. It is useless to discuss the veracity of this.
Whoever wants, can step into the light this booklet represents. Asking if it
is worth the effort, is like asking whether breathing is worthwhile.

835. The One who is as a person for us humans, who relates to a tree as a
tree, and to an electron as an electron, relates to all that exists as its lover,
partner and source of energy. We are not obliged to respond with gratitude
or love. Earth is the stage on which freedom of choice is tested.
Nevertheless, we here can personally experience Energy's beautiful light.

185

836. The goal of identifying with the seventh name is not to feel eternity's
energy flowing through us. Although, at times, this can be extremely
empowering. The purpose of this name being revealed is to become
alerted to the fact that in everything we encounter in life the power of love
is present, even in the evil of non-love, or in our darkest moments.

837. If we could observe the real reality, we would see each element in it
glow, radiate, shine, exude and sparkle; doing this with joy, brightness,
transparency, and an aura of self-sufficiency and pride. Why? It is because
of the presence of I AM in each and every segment. All created things
recognize this in each other, because they experience it themselves.

838. In the true reality, I AM is visible not primarily as a separate entity,
but as the presence of light, life, power and love in everything. This
presence is visible, touchable, inviting and 'huggable'. I AM, as life's
totality, is not an abstract concept, but the realness of literally everything
we observe and are involved in. It is life's oneness in Person.

839. And so, we see these words ending where they began: by holding up
the oneness of I AM, in, before, through, and with whom all existence
takes place. The seven names tell us the sevenfold fullness, as all of the
universe knows it. We, on our strange mission here, have no excuse
anymore to not see the total picture of what existence is all about.

840. The oneness of 'everything' is in its being love, because so is I AM.
If we do not perceive life that way, or if what happens to us seems to belie
it, we face the challenge and choice to ignore what this booklet says, or to
allow ourselves to be embraced by life's love-energy, and start to walk by
a light that ignites our person; that is I AM within and through us.
